I called needing a starter replaced asap as I was 3 hours from work. They were able to get my car diagnosed with in a hour and replaced in 4, and that was also with dealing with a warranty company. They had fair pricing and were very knowledgeable and professional. I can't express how satisfied I am with my experience. Thank you Mike for taking care me and my car.

Irv was a fantastic salesman. He took his time with me. I bought a very clean rust free 07 LBZ. I had some issues about 5000 me after owning it I reach back out to Irv and he made things right. They helped me out with some parts the truck needed. Fantastic people would definitely buy there again.

This was by far the best vehicle purchase experience of my 57 years.From initial inquiry and the response from salesman Jim to additional questions, negotiations, paperwork, purchase and all done long distance (Las Vegas to Illinois)Always available , great , clear communication and most importantly everything they said was true, thorough and correct.In a world full of misrepresentation, deceit, false advertising and false promises; these guys helped restore my faith in the auto business (just a little bit:)For certain, I will consider another purchase without hesitation. Don t let distance stop you if they have a vehicle you are interested in.

Would not honor the internet price, will change the agreements you already made. Be very careful of these guys. They will make a deal with you and then change the conditions considerably. We found a vehicle we liked, came to a good negotiation, but my wife was not feeling well and we had to leave abruptly. I called them and received a significant amount of run around from them all day. They then told me they raised the price of the vehicle to pay for payroll or something. Then after 6 phone calls they finally called back and said they would honor the original internet price but would require us to trade in our truck, which was always optional in the deal we made in the parking lot. They also wouldn't fix the scratch they said they would fix, and would not detail it like they said they would as they had somebody destroy the paint on the truck with the last buffing leaving lines throughout. If you have to go there, and I cannot recommend at this time that you do, definitely work with Jason, do not work with Jim as he was the one who reneged on the agreements we had made with Jason. And I would suggest you don't take their word, make sure you get everything in writing. Just beware as they are really comfortable changing the conditions of the deal and don't really care how that affects you. There are other places that will take better care of you and won't be so course and rude about it.

I went in looking for a truck while closing on my house in Wisconsin. The timing had to be perfect and I was super stressed. The last thing I wanted to do was deal with a car salesman, Jim was an extremely honest person, helped me find exactly what I wanted with a huge selection to choose from and made it happen exactly at the time it needed to. Most importantly he was just as excited about this happening as me. I'd call him a friend, before I'd call him a salesman. Buy here!

Mike Miller was the most helpful and honest mechanic I have ever worked with. I got repair work quoted out from three other mechanics and he beat there price by hundreds of dollars. I dropped my truck off at 9 and had it back by 12. Top notch customer service and work!!!!

So far I could not be happier. Jay was great to deal with as a salesman and knowledgable about the trucks we were looking at. Financing was quick and easy. We even got a fair trade on our vehicle. And after we closed the deal we noticed a problem with one of the tires. Not a problem, we scheduled a day to bring it back, since it was not a safty issue, and they fixed the problem beyond what we expected. Top notch service on our truck. A the employees were friendly and prompt in their care. I will probably use them for any service needed on my Jeep. l

My dad purchased me a diesel truck from this location around 2016, which was a great experience from what I heard. Jay was the salesman for that sale.I ended up selling the vehicle so I came to purchase a vehicle. I test drove a GMC and was interested but Erv said they wouldn't budge at all at the price and quite frankly was rude. Had a ridiculous interest rate with their financing, which if I recall correctly was around 5%. He also said that interest rate was standard but I recieved a 3.84% rate elsewhere. Pretty much felt like he didn't take me serious at all. I left and bought a $37k truck elsewhere, which was $4k less than their vehicle.Overall, I wouldn't suggest this location because of rude salesman (Erv not Jay) and they don't have good stock with low miles. All stock seems high miles with high price range.

I can't say enough good things about Jay and the crew at Autoland Outlets. I just purchased a like new one year old Ford F350 diesel from them.Jay was completely responsive to all of my contacts and he bent over backwards dealing with my bank and their requirements for an out of state purchase.I flew in from out of state and Jay had a driver waiting for me at the airport in Madison one hour away. The truck I took a leap of faith by flying in for was even nicer than the pictures on their website showed and was better than Jay represented in our numerous conversations.I had a good deal worked out and the truck was sitting outside ready to go and the paperwork was on the inside ready for my signature.I took delivery of my truck and it had a full tank of fuel, a full tank of DEF, and the tires were inflated to exact matching PSI according to the dash readout.I can't reconcile the less than stellar reviews I see here with my experience with Jay and Autoland Outlets.

The most overpriced dealership I have ever come across. If you want to pay %20-30 above retail than this is the place for you. They have great selection and nice looking trucks but the price they ask is laughable! I would never buy here ever.

I have been coming here for years as a service client. I see well over 300 vehicles on the lot. The majority of them being Trucks. I myself do not have a truck but the fact is that they take care of me pretty darn well. The staff knows what they're talking about and I trust them implicitly. The Sales department is knowledgeable and a nice group of people.

Second rate customer service, emailed and called multiple times before receiving a response. On top of that I was quoted 25k for my trade in and 600 dollar a month payments for my new vehicle over the phone to get me in the door. Once I get there they disrespectfully offer me 19k for my trade in and my payments are north of 700 dollars. I went to 2 other dealerships afterwards and was offered almost 25k for my trade in from both of them. Their entire inventory is significantly overpriced and they will low ball you beyond belief on your trade in regardless if you're an existing customer or not. Highly recommended to shop elsewhere.

Avoid these crooks!!!! I test drove a Dodge diesel they were selling the truck had aftermarket gauges and was reading almost no fuel pressure I informed the sales man that the lift pump must be bad to which he denied it and said that there mechanics said the truck was fine. I also had my car in to get appraised for trade value they offered me pennies on the actual value of the car, and tried to tell me my cars turbo didn't work so they couldn't offer more. I took my car to a another dealer to have it inspected and they said that there was nothing wrong with the car or the Turbo. Also everything on there lot is overpriced. AVOID THESE CROOKS!!!!!!

Great people to work with. Saw a truck I was interested in, went for a test drive and decided to buy it. Was out of there in 45 minutes with the truck. Dave and Erv are good guys. Would do business with them again!

DO NOT FINANCE!! They have a great selection of used vehicles I give them a star for that. If you want to trade a vehicle they will lowball the price, double the sales tax which I have no idea how that s legal, and will add points and interest to a loan. I would advise use this as reference and buy elsewhere or outright and calculate your own interest!!

This was a great experience! Truly felt like family. Didn't hide anything and when we found something after the purchase they had no problem taking care of it. They felt bad they missed something. I highly recommend this place for purchasing or maintenance. Fantastic group of people thank you!

Great customer service. Went looked at a few trucks and found one i liked walked away with it in less then a hour..get straight to the point and make sure your pleased with the purchase. I was referred here from a friend and now il be referring more

I have a ford f250 that I brought to get it fixed but honestly they just changed me $2500 and they didn't do anything, but tucked away my money, so my recommendation is run away from this place, I'm still considering a lawsuit,,

Salesman Jim was great to work with! But their mechanic and another guy, who was possibly another salesman, were very rude and treated us like we were idiots.

Call ahead to see if they have the car you found online. They advertise cars that are at other locations. When we went there they said both minivans we were looking for were up in Racine WI at a different car dealer under a different name. False advertising. They mainly sell trucks.

Bait and switch!!!!!! Looked at a vehicle was told it was 12.5k wanted to buy it. Needed something in writing to have them hold it. And when I got the paperwork it was majicly 19.5k and all I got was a oops. I do not recommend...

Had a problem with a warranty. one call and they had the issue fixed. I will definitely buy from them again. Very friendly awesome service !!
