I wish I could rate the Walmart Auto center negative stars. I took our car in for an oil change. When I brought the car home during the week and noticed oil leaking onto the garage floor. I took it back and supposedly they couldn't find anything wrong. I ended up taking it to a reputable garage and they found that the plug was not put back in properly costing me $200.00. The garage had to rinse the oil out and reinstall the plug. DO NO take your car to this place. BE AWARE!

One star because zero is not available. Prices are great, but that s the end of this location s success story. Start time has been a moving target pre and post COVID. Posted start time means nothing. The first employee today showed up 30 minutes late. He wouldn t open the door because a second employee hadn t shown up yet.The location should fire all employees and not reopen until a staff that has a proper work ethic is hired.If start time is posted as 7am, then the first customer should be greeted at that time. No exceptions.This is not an isolated incident.Low prices make Walmart Auto Center a necessary evil. Perhaps that s why they hire the bottom of the barrel (work ethics).Here s an idea: live up to your slogan of Pay less, live better. I m not living better when I have to wait for you ne er do well auto shop employees to arrive.

I have tried stopping in twice before for minor work on my car but theres always somthing wrong, low staffing or too much work to get to me in time before closing. Today I arrived an hour early and sat, waiting for them to open. 15 minutes after they were supposed to be open, someone told me nobody has clocked in yet, probably another 30 minute wait. I wait 1 more hour for him to come out and apologize, nobody showed up to work; my best bet is to just go somewhere else. Pathetic.

Tried to get an oil change today. Waited 1 hr 20 mins and they still hadn't touched my car. I'd avoid this place but if you don't, plan accordingly

Tried going in past several days to get a simple oil change but they close early due to lack of employees, then when i finally get in with someone working they tell me I can't get the pit crew oil change because walmart/ Ford requires synthetic even tho I have had my oil changed at different walmarts several times. You aren't going to upsell with that bogus reasoning.

Today I went for an oil change and I had to wait an hour, after I entered the service everything was going well until they called me saying that my vehicle no longer started, that they had passed current twice but they could not start it, I went to verify and I they allowed me to go to the workshop and the Service Manager told me that my car had a battery problem and he had never bothered me because of that, I told them that I brought it right and that I wanted them to turn it on because my car went in fine and came out with another damage, it was a bad experience, I will not return to this place anymore.

I didn't plan on going there yesterday but turns out I left my lights on in my car while my husband went in to fill water jugs. It had just started snowing and I was in the car with my 3 year old toddler and 3 month old baby. They tried to jump my car and it wasn't working, I had both kids going nuts, both myself and my husband had just come off 12 hour shifts and hadn't slept. The guy who was helping us out ended up having to use his car to jump ours after trying 2 other jump starters. Seriously it was a HUGE help and cannot express how grateful we were to have their help.

I went to the auto center to get copies of my house key made because the minute key station was out of order . When I arrived the auto guys gave off a weird vibe but that s to be expected, I just wanted my copies of the key. The made me 3 copies and charged me $7 total. I got home and none of the copies actually worked.... I m not surprised just annoyed. And this is not the only terrible experience that I ve had with this auto center, I m staying away from the auto center for good now.

Walked in was told be about 30 min for oil change. So went shopping returned 45 min later still not done. Sat down waiting till an hour. Asked if my car was done. They said no not yet. Seen the guy drop my keys and paperwork at counter. Waited another 15 min asked if was done told again no even pointing out my keys there. Said no final one hour and 30 min later get told it done keys that was there never got moved or touched. They were done before they called me but kept telling me know. And then get I to my car and they couldn t even put the mileage till next oil change sticker on the window.

Wal-Mart Auto Care Center has great prices. My car takes synthetic oil and I change for $44.98. A different place charged me $65 for the same oil change. That's a savings of $20. They open early for those before work appointments. I will not take my car for an oil change anywhere else.

These are one of the best guys in the business specially Joel and Julio, Went to another place after I had a flat, they charged me $20 and didn't fix my tire and asked me to buy a new one, my friend recommended this place to me so i went and they managed to fix my tire for me for only half the price ($10).They are very good and fast, just make sure you don't go on weekends or times when everyone else decide to service their car at.

Very unfriendly 15 second conversation over the phone. She seemed annoyed to have answered the phone. For a company such as Walmart higher customer standards are expected. Simple things such as greet and disconnect with a warm regard, but then again they hire anyone these days and pay them low.

Three hours--yes three hours--for an oil change and changing wind sheild wipers. Only one person before me and not a lot of business on a weekday. Checked on status to find out the wiper blades still hadn't been changed and I would have to wait another hour! Never again.

Walked up to the register 2 guys are there, no one greets me asked then I asked could I get 4 set of tires done and was told 2.5hr wait. Yeah don't waste your time!!!!

This place won't rip you off. They also helped me when my wipers were not working and gave me a referral to a place that took care of me right away. I have always been happy with Walmart's service department!

Life saver. I was leaving the Wal-Mart my car wouldn't start luckily I was by automotive so got jump and battery replaced. They were nice even though it was 15 minutes before closing they did a great job

There auto care service is horrible two hour wait for a oil change is crazy at that no customers Justed a bunch of lazy ppl who take for ever on 1 car

Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone,Good luck getting in and out within any reasonable time,Good luck understanding a verbally challenged Walmart employee,Good luck making it home safe after they touch your vehicle.

Went for oil change once a I checked the level of the oil at my house i realise was short 1 quart so I have to drive back to the store.
