I've been to this location a couple of times & had a good experience but as of lately it's been a hit or miss. I attempted to call services 3 times. 1 call they picked up & immediately hanged up, I overheard the individual who picked up say "I don't have time for this" before hanging up. So I called an additional 2 more times & no one picked up. Very unprofessional & extremely rude, one of the very few times where I have been truly upset with services in regards to toyota.

I recently bought a used rav4 and needed help with my first steps in regards to maintenance and warranty service. I spoke to Tim and he was extremely helpful. Bought my car in to have the service light reset because it wasn t time for maintenance yet. Tim answered all my questions and made me feel extremely comfortable coming to Toyota. Thanks Tim for your exceptional customer service!

It took about an hour for an oil&filter change and multi point inspection. I'm surprised that they didn't mention a differential service at 10,000 miles for my 2023 Corolla Cross AWD.

Been going here since 2008. Today I went in for an oil change, was asked what time my appointment was, I told them I did not have an appointment for an oil change. I never had an appointment for an oil change before. They told me I needed an appointment for an oil change now. I was strong armed into making an appointment for the oil change. Now that the appointment has been made I do not expect to wait when I get there for the oil change appointment. I used to just drive in when I had time. Might have to look for another dealer to service my vehicle after this.

Service that doesn't care about you. Not helpful, careless, unprofessional, not concerned about your issues, total liars with poor work ethic. You will need multiple visits to prove them the issue is there, because their techs and service managers can't identify or don't want to identify existing issue. After wheel aligment I had to fight to get paperwork. Found a dude going through my personal stuff looking for wheel socket (didn't ask me where is it). Work quality is miserable and if you ask to fix it, they will fix it on paper and leave old parts on. Be carefull when you use them.

If you're looking for a vehicle go see Isaiah! We went thinking we were going to buy a smaller truck then a 4 runner came in & we got the call. Isaiah went over and above and even let us drive a Tundra. He showed us every detail And knew this was the one my husband would like. Ended up going home with a new Tundra when we thought we wanted that 4Runner. Isaiah was so helpful & knew exactly which truck to grab the keys to that better suited what my husband would like in his vehicle. Great Job!

Happy that they were able to get me in, in a timely manner....but...my issue could have been revolved with a phone call. Their phone system is the robotic automated response, useless. Time out of my day ....with health issues. this was ridiculous...

My first time coming here to get oil changed but they overtorqued the oil filter so it was very difficult for me to change (started changing my own oil to save money) They also changed my front brakes but 3 months in my brakes are still squeaking. I feel like the mechanics here are novice. There are definitely better toyota mechanics else where.

Great service team! Very easy to make appointments at your convenience. Once there, service rep took time to hear concerns and share honest expectations on time of completion. They have a good place to work from or just relax. There is an online status of your service so you can remain informed throughout. Overall, perfect service experience!

Drove here 30 minutes on a week day, early morning for oil change. They told me they can't do it without appointment. The place didn't even look that busy. I was able to do walkin to many toyota dealers and not returned from door until today. I would be fine even if they said they will do it but I will have to wait sometime.This is not how you win business...

They get the job done.. The first time I went the oil cap was seized and they had to cut it off, which costed me more $$. The second time I went, the oil screw was so loose that when I did my next oil change it only took 2 turns for it to pop off. Although its very nice and accomidating inside, the service is sketchy.

First think i want to say is that Dwayne the manger in service was great from day one helped me get my trans and engine covered under warranty. Dwayne Kept me updated every other day letting me know what was going on with my car and more so dealing with warranty could be a hassle but Dwayne made it so easy for me and I want to thank him he s such a great guy! Best experience dealing with Dwayne and Toyota 10 stars if I can !!!Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Not happy with the services.. They say they will top of fluids but they DON'T.... No new sticker to tell you when oil change should be done.... They don't do their jobs.... They don't even reset the maintenance required either.... Either they are lazy and just telling people they are doing whatever just to save money and not do they work they are hired to do... It's a joke... This whole place has just become sketchy all around

MSRP price 43K . Forcing customer to purchase additional extended warranty or color protection warranty. When refused. They declined the sale on new vehicle.

They don't seem very good to me even though they are specialists in the brand, I took my Prius C and they didn't know how to start the car, they surprised me, I can already imagine what the services they provide to the cars are like, they are supposed to be specialists.No me parecen muy buenos a pesar que son especialistas en la marca, lleve mi prius c y no supieron c�mo prend�a el carro, me dejaron sorprendido, ya me imagino como ser�n los servicios que le dan a los carros, se supone que son especialistas.
