Sergio was very nice and respectful. He responded right away with the prices I needed to get my van towed. The towing was fast and seamless. I couldn t have picked a better place to have towed my vehicle. I will definitely tell others to use the same towing place.

I started off by calling the company owner responded via text and only communicated via text we agreed upon a time the following morning I asked for a 20-minute heads up it was 15 minutes till I reached out he said he was a half hour out I called he answered he demanded that I pay him in cash $100 I told him once my car was available to me I would go down the street to the ATM and get the cash he was more than welcome to follow me he refused was very rude and hung up

Great communication, attention to detail and on time are all things that come up when I think about Sergios towing. Had a 70s Porsche towed about 40 miles and it was the best tow truck experience ever. Will use them again, thank you.

Driver showed up to try and fix my NOx sensor. I had a tech ask him what size tap he was using to verify it would be done correctly( not steal business) He proceeded to tell the tech to F off and this information is his alone. He absolutely destroyed the exhaust and it will cost $15k to replace the pipe and my DOC/DPF. I called to try and professionally rectify the situation and he hung up and said not his problem. Wish I could leave negative stars. Poor business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
