Want to give a huge thank you to Ethan Osorio and Leo Espinosa. Went into looking for a new Camry. I left there with a 2024 Camry XSE. They made the entire process completely seamless. No pressure. Answered all questions. Extremely polite and helpful. Would highly recommend to go in and ask for Ethan! Thank you again guys, I will definitely be back to purchase my next car!

Went in for a scheduled service. Tech advised that I would be getting 15K service. I requested 15K and 20K. He agreed but then returned car in less than 20 minutes stating they only can do the 15K. It seems as though they are rushing service to leave at a specific time. I called back to speak with manager and the same tech stated the manager was not available but he relayed the message and I can return to get the 20K. A slight inconvenience and I don t think the manager was notified I was on the call. I get in my car and my window sticker says next change 19K miles. I m over 19K and they did not change my oil stating we sticker at every 5K but it s good to 10K. Since I am nearing my 25K miles it seems as though they are not attempting to properly service my car and wait until I m over and state I need all of these charged services. Here is my window sticker and my current mileage. The service department and techs are attempting to not do services and leave at a specific time so offering rushed or limited to no services.

Romeoville Toyota and their team was great - especially Stephanie and Hugo from sales! Stephanie was super responsive and worked really hard in helping us find our new Grand Highlander Hybrid which we already love! Hugo was really helpful and refreshing to work with on the sale too which was straightforward and professional. The dealership facilities were very new and nice as well. I m looking forward to experiencing their service department with the new car and the rest of the dealership into the future.

I was waiting for a very specific model and color and they were great with keeping me updated on a possible delivery date. The purchase and paperwork was as smooth as you could expect. The Sales associate was very knowledgeable about the vehicle during the test drive and any questions we had. I appreciated all their attentiveness.

Hugo is a very good sales person. He provided a thorough overview of the vehicle and answered all my questions. He did not try to employ any high pressure tactics. I am very happy with my 2024 Toyota Crown. The only suggestion I have for the dealer is to stop the practice of applying $888 packages to every vehicle and essentially forcing this extra purchase on your customer. Let people buy what they want to buy. If it s that good of a product, then people will buy it. Provide them the information they need to make an informed purchasing decision for themselves, but it is important that they get to make the decision.

I had my car in a few months ago for a needed repair. This entailed removal of the dashboard. The labor cost was quite high. Recently, for the few days of warmer weather, I tried my AC and discovered that it was not getting very cold. I took my car back in and was told that the condensor and AC lines need replaced. This would again entail removal of the entire dash and thus a very high labor cost. If the team that worked on my car a few months ago had pointed out the clearly visible problem with the AC we would have had this repaired at that time. Instead, they did not point this out. Therefore, they will be able to charge us again for the labor charge for removing and replacing the dashboard. I feel that this omission was most likely intentional. I will be looking elsewhere for my auto maintenance and repair. Of course, all of this has taken place after my warranty expired.

Thank you Jeremiah for recommending us to Ethan. He did an amazing job on helping me and my wife pick out her new suv. He was very patient and polite and always had a smile. Everyone was so helpful. I came in for an oil change and Patrick, my service provider, mentioned a different promotion that was even better than the one I had come to redeem. We even booked another car under that same promotion. The booking process was easy. My oil change was also done in less than an hour!

I just purchased my first car, a 2024 RAV4 Hybrid XLE Premium, at Romeoville Toyota and the experience was excellent. Omar and Hugo helped me throughout the whole process and answered every question that I had, and helped me get to the price point I was looking for! I will definitely look for my next car at Romeoville Toyota, and would highly recommend it to everyone else in the Chicagoland area as well!

I had a great experience with Romeoville Toyota. My parents had purchased a car from Kimberly Q. and referred me. I had the pleasure of working with Tyler C. to purchase my vehicle. It was a comfortable and no pressure environment. I felt that I got the best deal I could have expected. I get excellent service here all the time.Tim and Yvette are always helpful and friendly in the Service Department. Vehicle work is outstanding. You get updated on progress with your vehicle visit. You get an estimate on your repair before the work is done. The waiting area is safe, a friendly atmosphere and makes you feel welcome there. The people there are friendly and its a well kept place. You can call or make an appointment for service. The follow up calls make sure you're happy and yourvehicle is working properly. I recommend this dealer.

Today I had the pleasure of being assisted by a young lady name Brittany. She was very helpful and honest with all my questions. Thomas should hire more people like this young lady with her respect and professionalism. She is certainly a Gem. Overall, as stated before the service department always take longer than stated but at least the young lady Brittany did offer a shuttle. I honestly don't think anyone has ever offered that service to me. Also I wanted to add that the mechanic who works on my car should return back to school or perhaps obtain some additional training. I brought the car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Well my low air sensor was on. Jiffy lube will check the air pressure on all of your tires so why won't a dealership with professionally trained technicians do it? And to make matters worse, I find found oil hand prints on my door and fender along with a scratch on the fender I called and spoke with the service manager who assured me that my vehicle will be taken care of and that the technician will be properly trained on how to treat custom cars. If I had taken my car to an under the shade tree mechanic I would not expect less but a large dealership???.

Tim was great. It was when i pick up my car and this has happened the last few times. My seat is completely in a different position than how i had it. I can see moving it up a little bit or back But it was completely upright, pushed all the way forward, and the seat cushions were different as well.

I ve been to this location 4 times now . The first three times I felt like the sales staff were really NOT trying to work with me. This last time I had the surprising opportunity to work with a young sales rep (Alvin). He was very knowledgeable, respectful, and extremely helpful. He did the work that I needed to get this deal done and now I am the PROUD owner of a 2024 Toyota Tundra (1794 edition). I really appreciate the work put in by Alvin and would most certainly recommend him for anyone who is looking for the best possible solution!!!! ALVIN you are the mannnnnn!!!!

You have been kind and great at explaining all the details and costs. Also, thank you Jose for your assistance in explaining thoroughly the processes to me. I highly recommend their service. BTW, the Sienna was very comfortable and impressive as I waited several days for repairs. 5-6 STARS if it was possible.

We just bought a gorgeous 2024 Tundra at Romeoville Toyota! Our experience couldn t have been better. Our salesperson Kim Quintero was a delight to work with. I brought my car in for an oil change a few weeks ago. Staff was courteous, efficient and professional. The whole process took about 30 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was serviced. Great job Toyota of Romeoville.

I was greeted promptly. I was told what the Service would cost and that it would be done quickly. I went and got lunch next door and when I returned 30 minutes later the work was complete. I cost was what I had been told and they sent the inspection report to my phone. I no 35 minutes it was done and I was on my way.
