My cobra sprung a leak at the Costco gas station, could not get anyone to come and tow my car, apparently there was a big accident somewhere, called la estrella towing and Umberto answered and came right away, treated my car with respect and safely towed it to my house, will definitely use again

Excellent experience with La Estrella Towing. Alberto will honor his price quote if you re honest with him about where you are stranded and where you need your vehicle towed. He arrived in less than 30 minutes in the middle of a rain/thunderstorm. He knows what he s doing. He s kind and careful. Call him, be straight with him and he will be straight with you. Called because my husband, son and dog were in cold weather with dead battery. This company was there is 20 mins and had car started in 2 mins. Very friendly service and very happy with the service. Thanks guys your a life saver !!Service: BatteryService: Battery

Had been stuck in the car for around 3 hours. Had tried several other towing places around the area in Romeoville, and to no avail a lot of places would not tow to Chicago. Thankfully La Estrella Towing agreed without hesitation. Alberto showed up In about 10 minutes. He had awesome costumer service. I appreciate this man s response time.
