Me and my husband are long costumers at this location (Romeoville at Weber) and we were always satisfied, usually Paul (manager) takes care of us and always his job was excellent and so professional but today it was Andrew who was absolutely unprofessional and rude. When I came over he not even made an eye contact and whenever I explained what is going on with my car he talked to me like I am an idiot, still looking on the computer. I was here around 10am and first he told me the technician can look on my car at 12:30pm, I left and after 5 min I called back and want to schedule at 12:30pm and first he pretended he did not have any clue what I am talking about and than told me that technician can see my car but I have to wait until 12:30pm, which is fine I understand they can be busy. I came back and again, no eye contact, not even word, except I need your key. I do not know what is his deal but for sure he needs costumer service skills. Nobody like to be treated like an idiot, maybe because I am a women and he assumed I have zero knowledge about car but this is not a reason to treats me like idiot. Very disappointed about this experience.

I have used Firestone for over 25 yrs.. Started in Texas and now in Illinois. I'm always treated with respect, have never been billed incorrectly, or felt like I was pushed to buy something. So my trust level is very high. And with a car that has over 172, 000 miles, I want the best.

The problem with this place is they over book themselves and only have 1 or 2 technicians on the weekends. Plus they are starting to be just as expensive as the dealer. I really used to like this place always courteous helpful and employees would try their hardest to go above and beyond. Now the Sunday/Saturday crew might as well close because they are useless! They probably will not be around for long especially with so much competition coming to the area, and employees suggesting to go elsewhere as an earlier reviewer posted.

My daughter took her car to this place, spent a thousand dollars for the repairs. Her check engine light was not on, now it is. They told her to bring it in yesterday 2/21 and neither Paul nor the other guy was at work and now they are telling her it's a check in fee of one hundred dollars which they never mentioned. Her check engine light wasn't on until they touched it and now want her to pay one hundred dollars to check in. I don't trust places or people like this

This place has gone downhill, since the old crew left their customer service is mediocre. Went this morning to get air check on my tires since I purchased them from here. The guy tells me the air hose is broken since too many customers ran over it in the past. This was a complete lie; he was just being lazy! The air hose is kept in bay one when you go, they pull it out and fill it for you! It is never left outside Don't lie to your customers that have been customers for years just because you are lazy and don't want to do your job!!! If a customer purchase tires and service from your store dont tell them to go to WALMART or elsewhere, no one told me to go to walmart when i did the purchase now did they??? Do your JOB! It will be the last time i purchase something there, rather go to Bell or Walmart as the employee I delt with this morning suggested

I called Firestone in romeoville on Monday 11/20, and spoke to Andrew. I told him my check engine light was on, and I needed them to diagnose the issue and then fix it, on Wednesday 11/22. He said that should be no problem, I should drop it off in the morning and they ll take care of it. I asked, What are the chances that you can have it fixed same day? He said there is a 99% chance our technician will get it back to you Wednesday evening. I said perfect! I asked if I should make an appointment, just in case they get busy, being the holiday week and all. Andrew said no, as long as I drop my car off in the morning it will be fine, we don t have many appointments for Wednesday the 22nd, and that he would be here Wednesday morning to take care of me, and he ll remember my call.I come in Wednesday morning at 8:30, and say I m here to drop off my Sonata with the engine light, and Andrew looks at me with worried face, and asked if I had an appointment? I said I do not have an appointment, I spoke to you on the phone on Monday and you said I could drop it off in the morning. He said Well we re booked all day now, is it okay if we get the car back to you Friday evening? I said no, it s not okay. You told me on the phone there was a 99% chance you can get it back to me the same day I drop it off. Andrew said he never spoke to me on the phone, and he would never tell anyone this.I don t appreciate the poor customer service, being lied to and being let on. This will be my last attempt trying to get service done with this company.

Scheduled my 2019 Subaru for service. I asked to have my original OEM tires put back on my the rims for my car as I had kept them in my garage. They refused, saying they only install brand new tires with labels on them, and they could sell me tires. I work for major tire Mfg and politley declined their offer. I took my car and tires to Belle Tire just next door to Bridgestone, and they had no issues with installing my like new tires. Will not be returning to Bridgestone for service again, as this was my second bad experience with them. The first time, they put a quart less oil in my car, and the engine light came on. I checked the oil, and it was low . I took it back, and they added oil. 2 strikes, and you are out Bridgestone. Be careful out there!

Great place for fast and reliable service. Ask for Paul. Paul has always been very helpful and knowledgeable everytime I have had my car serviced. Firestone in Romeoville is the absolute BEST!

There s a reason why I consistently choose them over and over again and always recommend them for service on vehicles, beyond the standard oil changes and tires. Paul is incredibly helpful. They will always be my go to for tires on my trucks.

Brought my car in to get the battery replaced. My door adar light was coming on as well and they offered to fix it but I said another time since I had already been waiting with my baby.. before I even pulled off I told them my car was beeping and it's never done this before. They assumed it was just the door adjar wiring. Just heard the beeping again yesterday (I never really drive anywhere) and the light came on and said transmission not in park. This was the same beeping I heard before I pulled off. I went up there yesterday to tell them and they said we don't do that here I'd have to go somewhere else. I said but it wasn't doing this until you guys touched it. I spoke to andrew today who gave the same type of attitude that they really DO NOT CARE. IDK if they're discriminating towards me because I'm a woman and won't take accountability for their fault and don't think I'm smart enough and pushing me off. I'm very disappointed and will be escalating this

Told me i d have to wait HOURS before i could get an AIR FILL on my TIRES. One even told me it was too cold outside for them to do it. LOL. Never met a softer group of mechanics in my life. Shame.

Came in for an oil change , while waiting for my car to be done they told me there were other things that needed to be done with my car I told them I would come back in a few weeks to get it fixed then after leaving their shop my check engine light came on all of a sudden

they came through when local big box couldn't get tires for an F150 same day. Staff were friendly, service was prompt, well done and the time estimate was on point.

went twice, first time was for alignment that didnt really fix my main problem of going in but next I go in for an inspection and 4 hours later turns out they have no clue whats wrong with my car. poor experience, could be bad luck on my part but will not return.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignmentServices: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I have been going to this location since 2014 and it has always been a positive experience. This past visit I was told my vehicle needed a new water pump (~$1500 installed). Firestone advised it should be covered under the manufacturer warranty and to bring it to the dealership. Sure enough, it was completely covered. I appreciate the integrity of this shop and will continue to be a customer.

Was Firestone customer for long time, but lately Firestone in Romeoville on Weber made few mistakes on my cars, 1st my wife's car was leaking oil after service, they couldn't take her same day to check for the leak, she had to go somewhere else and they found oil drain plug not tight, then my car in June had differential work done there, tech drain oil from differential and instead of adding back he added somehow to CVT transmission that caused damage to my transmission and huge cost of replacement, they paid for it but I was without car for almost a month, management didn't even contacted me after I filed a claim with them, called corporate office and claim department about 100 times and left several voicemails and no one contacted me, thanks to the dealer we got hold of them and my car fixed.....find better place to service your car...not recommending anymore this location

The customer service is always exceptional here. As a young woman who barely knows anything about cars, they explain everything thoroughly and in a way I can understand. I was expecting to wait a while for the fix on my vehicle since there were other cars ahead of me, it wasn t a problem at all. They had me in and out within a few hours. Truly great service! My car finally doesn t have a light on!

I went in because my low tire pressure light came on. While I was waiting, the man, maybe the manager, was on the phone talking to someone, and I was impressed by his conversation and honesty with the customer. I would definitely go back there again. By the way, this Firestone was on Weber Road in Romeoville.

Had a no hassle experience. Walked in told him my issue. Paul said not a problem we will take care of you. My tire couldn't be fixed and he called and told me a price of the tire with balance and install. Told him get it done made an appointment and he met every expectation I expected. Highly recommended.

This location continues to excel. Been coming here for 10 years and have had nothing but good experiences. From good prices and promotions, excellent customer service with Tony & Paul and quality work I can't say enough about this location. Paul even went out of his way to help me with a small issue I had with my Land Rover. This is a top notch Firestone, I 110% recommend them and will continue using them for years to come anytime I have an automotive need.

Guy at the desk scheduled appointment for 11:00 a.m. for two tire mounting and balancing, asked me if I'll wait or leave the car, i said I'll wait, he said it's going to be about an hour, that was that. Arrived for appointment and they told me I have to leave the car till 6:00 p.m. Simply incompetent employees, wasted my time.
