I received my vehicle in worse condition than when I initially brought it to them. I plan on going in tomorrow morning (7/31/23) to see how they handle this situation.They did not seal my window and damaged the window pane when installing. The window pane is scratched all along the side.They did a horrible job from a shop perspective. The people who provided customer service were solid.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I love these guys I ve had my car fixed by crash champion about 4 3 times now and they never failed that life time warranty u can t beat that!!! I highly recommend everyone to be a champion in crash like me.

The clips on my right front bumper were broken. I didn't want to have the whole thing replaced, because the car has over 100, 000 miles on it. It doesn't need to look pretty, I just didn't want it to fall off. Craig put some kind of automotive adhesive on it, and just 15 minutes later it was fixed solid. And I couldn't believe it, he didn't charge me a penny! That really made my day! If I ever need some real body work done I'll know just where to go.

Absolute terrible service and communication. My car was supposed to be ready today and my wife has been doing all the communication to and from service king. They have treated her like she is stupid and called her a liar. Unless you have to use service king because you have no other option I absolutely do not recommend them and the terrible service they provide.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Horrible Customer Service...had my car for over 2 weeks on a job they said would take 3 days...on top have that they didn't complete the total repair...had to have insurance company challenge them to complete...after 2 months they waiting for parts (so they said) the second time in the shop they installed damaged parts...still haven't heard from them with the replacements...

I appreciated how they were in constant communication with me throughout the entire process. They were very prompt in answering any questions. It gave me piece of mind and lessen the stress of having my vehicle repaired.The repairs weren t major but they did an excellent job. My vehicle looks great and they completed the job 4 days ahead of schedule. They also detailed the interior, which I wasn t expecting. It was a bonus to an already great experience dealing with them.I highly recommend Service King Collision in Romeoville. My insurance company recommended them and I was not disappointed. My entire experience with Service King in Bolingbrook, was so pleasant. Greeted by the best rep, Zach, who took excellent care of me from start to finish! Polite, kind, and knowledgable...all I could ask for.My car was complete 4 days earlier than expected, repaired and cleaned for my ride home. I had my car repaired at Service King in Romeoville. I had an estimate done at another shop and I'm so glad I decided to have the work done in Romeoville. The entire team was amazing. Joel was friendly fair and honest he did the estimate. Josh did the paperwork when I dropped the car off. Michelle arranged for the rental agency to be there to pick me up and get my rental. Thank God all this occurred before work and I was on time. My car was repaired sooner than promised and I was very happy with the great job Service King of Romeoville did. I will recommend them to family and friends.

All upfront staff were phenomenal and knowledgeable. Gracie and Kayla were extremely friendly and were able to answer all questions I had and made my unfortunate situation a little better. Thank you again to the Service King team!

I was sent to Service King by my insurance company after my car was rear-ended at a stop light. I am very pleased with the results - they did great body work and kept me informed by text and phone calls, every step of the way! Everyone there was really nice and professional, and Ray Cullen was just wonderful to deal with. The car was done in a couple of days, was immaculate inside and out, and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend them. They are the best!!!

I was involved in an accident, where the other party did not have a valid insurance. As a result, I had to file a claim with my insurance to make the repairs.Since the insurance refused to cover all repairs needed, Zach made sure to work with them and I to make the necessary repairs, where other body shops didn't want to go through the insurance hassle. He ensured quality work was completed ahead of the estimated pick-up date.Kayla, the customer service representative, has gone above and beyond to answer all of my questions, sent me updates on insurance correspondence, the work being done, and has taken the time to explain everything that has been repaired upon pick-up. She made this stressful process a breeze, while staying professional and extremely friendly; she's a great addition to the team and a pleasure to work with.I am extremely happy with the work they have done on my vehicle in just days after dropping it off. Took my car here for repairs through insurance and Karra went above and beyond to help me in every way possible. When my adjustor failed to extend my car rental, Karra took initiative to follow up and see it through that I'd have my rental covered until my completion date. Would highly recommend her and her team.

They do an excellent job with repairs, only original parts are used and setting up appointments are easy. Everyone knows their job from front desk to painter, very professional the only thing I miss from the former management is the auto detailing done at the end of the job. It is a nice feeling to drive in with a car from an accident and drive out with a sparkling clean vehicle. That is the reason why I did not give a 5 star

They were all super friendly. Really helpful while I was getting my car serviced. Kept in touch with all of the updates they had on my vehicle. Had a little bit of body work done and a windshield replaced. Body work looks FANTASTIC.

They've had my car for 2 weeks. I get texts saying it'll be a month, but when I call they say a few days. Twice I've had no return call after being promised one. Terrible communication & unreliable information. Spending a lot more for transportation since I was told I would have my car back by now. Next time I'll drive the extra distance to go to my old shop, Fuller's Auto Body in Lyons. Always accurate info, quality work, good communication, & quick service there. Avoid this place if you can!

Had my car sent here after a rear-end collision. Deemed my car a total loss which is fine but set my total car with the license plate and I pass to the auction. Then I spoke to a girl there who lied and said there would be a bag there for me with all of my belongings sitting outside next to the back dumpster. I went there the same night to find nothing except boxes and scrap parts next to the dumpster. I would advise to not get your car center here simply because they will ship your personal belongings off to auction very fast and will not tell you.

Twice in the past year I knocked a side mirror off my vehicle. First time I called around and was quoted more than they quoted and told I would have to wait longer than they told me. Not only was the price and wait for service shorter, but the customer service was great the first time. So a few days ago when I knocked the other mirror off I called them up and got a great quote (a little cheaper than last time) and great customer service again. I highly suggest if you need body work done to call them up Mike, the manager, took care of me this 2nd time. They cleaned outside and inside of my vehicle too, and this 2nd time I had some tar on a door from construction that they took off too. My vehicle looks so much better than a few hours ago.

Extremely unprofessional body shop. Delay after delay. They took 13 days longer than they originally told me the repairs would take. They had my car in total for 4 weeks. They are not good at their jobs. They missed things on the estimates 4 different times which caused the delays. I asked why things were repeatedly missed and they stumbled and said that my car has a lot of parts. Are you kidding me? Every car has a lot of parts. Its your freaking job to know whats wrong and what to order. Its called a parts list. Do you homework and be organized. Extremely dissatisfied with Service King Romeoville. I sincerely hope they close and all find jobs doing something outside of the auto industry.

Very poor workmanship and they suck with paint application. They applied paint on my car very thin and now paint is peeling off. They will tell after picking your car that there s a lifetime warranty on your car but they re lying to you. I told my car insurance company to avoid recommending them because they re not reliable at all.

Had a minor car accident and needed work on my bumper. I had bought my toyota higlander 1 month before in prime condition until someone hit my bumper. Service king did a wonderful job getting it back to the beauty it was when i bought it. Great job!

Awful service! We just brought our car in for an estimate at the Romeoville center. The guy didn t write down anything. So when I called to schedule an appointment they didn t have any detail. They told us it could be $1500 it could be more with no specific details. So when I asked for the details they wanted us to bring the car in AGAIN for the estimate. Are you serious?

This place was great! I had some under-body work that was needed and I randomly found these guys and they got the problem fixed - PROPERLY - that same afternoon. The price was less than I expected, but the work was far better than I anticipated. I highly recommend them - ask for Jamie.
