Love F&F. You can find anything there, including nuts, chocolate, holiday merchandise, toys, pet supplies, tools, paint, clothes, winter gear, etc. Plan to spend a while because there's so much to look at.

Did not have anything I was looking for. Use to have a large selection of ccx levy Jean's not any more. Change everything around.

I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.Made appointment over the phone for 10 AM. Got here and stood around for 20 minutes while they were messing around with a printer. Technical difficulties are understandable but at least acknowledged your customers as the walk in. My truck did not make it inside the garage until 11:15 and sat on top of this cool machine that checks the alignment while the mechanic talked on his cell phone for another 11:30 minutes then my truck made it on the rack. I was walking around the store and found the same mechanic talking to someone near the spray lubricants section. Did not get out of here until 1235. Tire pressures were not adjusted to proper pressure either. 2 1/2 hours for oil change and rotation is absurd.

I would not recommend. Boyfriend brought car here for a new battery. Two days later he needed to change the battery again because they didn t install it correctly and the battery got messed up.I brought my car here. Had an appointment at 8am and it took them 4 hours to change a tire, new wipers, and an oil change. They just proceeded to move the faulty tire to the back of the car and not replace it. No clue if I actually got an oil change since I didn t get a sticker for when I m supposed to come back and they didn t reset the service interval on my car. Got my wipers thought for $200+ Services: Tires, Battery, Oil change

I love Farm & Fleet! I use them mainly for their 6 volt commercial batteries and work clothes but so much more is here that I love as well. This location is very similar in size and layout to the Elgin store. Friendly staff and good stock of products. No question that for me, it's worth the hour drive.

WOW 100% IMPRESSED!!! the guys over in the tire shop were able to squeeze me in to fix my tire during my lunch break. Honestly impeccable service, Brandon at the front desk was making sure to communicate with the team to get me in & Tyler came out to very kindly & professionally explain what was going on with my tire. I didn't get the guys name who patched up my tire but I'm so thankful and very impressed with how quick and professional they all were!! THANK YOU!! I will definitely be coming back & refer others to come here as well.Service: Tires

Huge store with plenty of things, from garage materials, tools, Carhartt clothing, fishing materials, and mechanic tools as well. Definitely recommend if you're looking to do some snall projects around the house

I like to go there and see what they have a lot of things are unique that other stores don't carry. But like their toy aisles are way too narrow to get two carts through and they are busy because the kids can't do much nowadays with the virus so you're trying to find things for them to do at home. I like the store but the toy aisles specifically need to be wider

Normally a great place to go. But this time I was there I bought ammunition had to pay specifically at the customer service desk lady there was rude accusing me of cutting in line before even asking why I was there. Then rang me up but forgot to ask for my foid and realize as I started to pay demanding to see it. Lady should be cleaning toilets not dealing with customers. Short thin dark hair lady.

Really nice place never heard of it before great prices on everything and the best quality its well worth the trip only thing that is missing is a good food court if they had that this place would truly be the best American superstore to shop you can bring your pets in and shop for them they got it all. It's a perfect one stop shop pretty much.

I understand the effect of a review but this must be pointed out. I recently went to have a new front brake install. I scheduled an appointment online through email and I believed that corporate were the people I was initially speaking to. I made an appointment to have my brakes fixed, and I explained in the email that I NEEDED new brakes, no questions asked. When I arrived at the service center I was told that they were only doing a brake inspection. Over email I explained the urgency of my brakes needing replacement. My car also was not put on the rack until about an hour from when I got there. Then they showed me what else I needed on the vehicle from their alignment checker. I understood all of the issues prior. I waited longer only for them to show me that I needed new brakes. I had already known that I needed new brakes. Brakes when they grind means that they are no longer operable. This was about 2 hours after my appointment. I was told that they would be able to complete it the same day, and that they would order the parts. It was around 3 o'clock, I got there at 12:50, and they told me it would be an hour again. To my knowledge I figured they could have looked at the vehicle, and told me that an hour ago and could have completed the work at 3:00. I waited longer and came back at around 4 o'clock. The car was still not done. Another hour passes by and they are still not done. I look at the entrance bay and my car is just sitting there. Unsure for how long; I am outraged for the fact that the sale was not able to be made as soon as the vehicle was complete. No one was at the front counter. Auto service shops always have a sales rep who handles transactions throughout the whole day. It wasn't until I finally told customer service what was happening and they finally got the auto department to cash me out. I was there for over 4 hours, as everyone else around me got there work done. keep in mind I made an appointment days prior, and auto shops should expect a brake job coming in. I did not receive a call prior to my appointment about what exactly must be done, and how busy their schedule might be. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and I cannot understand how you would let a customer wait when their car is done. A whole Friday was wasted unfortunately because of this situation. I am unable to come here, as the trust of customer service is lost. The mechanics know what they're doing luckily, but don't get pulled into the customer service shenanigans.

Called for an oil change, I live an hour away, they answered in a very fast manner and got me an appointment right away. I was a little worried (as anyone that gets their car worked on) Justin assured me I was in good hands and the technician (Tyler) working on my vehicle was very knowledgeable on the brand of my car. I also forgot to add a tire rotation and they said they d do it no problem. 5 stars for amazing customer and automotive service. Will be back again.

The manager took time to explain a complicated purchase of welding gas she's very nice and took her time even though we wound up not buying it.The stores extremely well stocked and totally spotless clean I Will shop here more often they have everything

The tire shop manager was very helpful and even went out to look for my car in the parking lot to get information he needed to give me an exact tire quote, I also observed other employees going out of their way to provide assistance and advice (how to save $$, better product etc)...this is a huge store with everything you need..Farm and Fleet is really stepping up their game to compete with other stores. .and their employees have EVERY Walmart visit I've ever made (and that's alot of stops all over the United States) beat with friendliness, helpfulness, and just actually taking pride in their work ..GREAT JOB !!! I hope they open one like this closer to me!

If I could I would rate this store 0 starscustomer service could not get any worse.! Attitude of store Manager is TERRIBLE! I will NEVER SHOP THERE EVER AGAIN! I will tell all my friends, family, coworkers and other businesses associates and suppliers not shop there!

I've always liked Farm and Fleet. I used to drive all the way out to Dekalb back in the early 70's to go there. Nice to have one close now.

It was great aa usual. This seemed larger than ours in Jackson, Michigan. We had a leak in a tire and it was fixed in less than half an hour. Thanks.
