I came in today with a check engine light on. They not only ran the code for me to determine it was a cylinder misfire but also replaced the coil in the parking lot so I could make my plans later today. I truly appreciate the kindness and will be back for any needs!

Scott was rude for no absolutely no reason. I wasn t even working with him when he interrupted my conversation with his coworker being demeaning and rude. Never coming to this location again. I ve spent thousands at advance auto and this was the most despicable customer service i have reviewed.

Meh. Depends on who you deal with. Been going here for over 20 years and it has definitely changed since it was carquest. I have been in the automotive trade for over 30 years. Prime example is I went in for an alternator for my Silverado. They had 2 options depending on the voltage. I went back out to see if it said the voltage on the case which it did not. Came back in and said nope can't see a voltage rating. So I proceeded to say " Let's try the cheaper one maybe it is the one." They pull it and I open the box and it's not the correct one. Then I am told, " you must have given me the wrong info." No I didn't go pull the other one which is more expensive. It was the correct one. I was surprised at how offensive he got when I said "Thats not the right one." We had a 50/50 chance and if I can save money why not. Life goes on.

Older guy with the pirate beard refused to sell me a part that he had in stock. Then accused me of not having any mechanical knowledge. Wasted time to find another advanced that would actually sell their parts.

Rich was awesome! Called and they had the battery for my car and gave me an exact quote over the phone. Came in to grab the battery and they installed it for me! Super friendly and quick service!

Great people to deal with, they have some very knowledgeable staff that can help you figure out just about anything from oil capacities to oe part replacement parts. We used to deal with these guys from a shop and were always consistent as far as deliveries and correct parts received. Plus don't forget these parts they carry in my opinion are better quality than other name brand parts stores. Save yourself the hassle and order from here.

If there was an option to give no star, I would.Poor communication with the hiring staff when you apply for a DC position. You WILL NOT get a callback. You have to call them several times to even leave multiple messages to the manager to see the status of your application even after you have an interview. They have no SOP, meaning no standard operation procedures. The staff is unprofessional, non communicative, then hire some other people from under your application and they start work and quit 1-2 weeks in working there. Severely Poor management. I would NOT RECOMMEND APPLYING HERE FOR ANY OPEN POSITION.

I have never met such a rude employee I knew what part I needed and he argued with me told me to keep quiet while he tried to explain I ended up buying the part anyway and my brother-in-law had my air conditioner fixed within 10 minutes they need to learn what they're talking about he definitely did not want to sell me that part

Check your receipt b4 leaving was charged more than I should have been, of course when I called they said they would correct it if I went back in, honest mistake employees are great here.

New part's and they will last longer than the discount auto parts store..you will pay more but you get what you pay for. The part's are better and new not refurbished.

People working there are duds, not so friendly or helpful. Seems like they don't like their job and try to do the extra to help you out, or to see what you need and what they can do for you.
