I got a car from here back in September there was an issue with the rotor which was brought up before purchase and there was a check engine light that came on the same day that I took the car off the lot. The transmission was under warranty at a repair shop so we had to keep taking the vehicle to that shop. Initially the shop had my car for about 2 weeks and then when I got it back I had it for 2 days before I started experiencing the same issues so we took the car back to that same shop and they had my car for about a month and then when I got it back I started experiencing the exact same issue again. So at that point I requested a new vehicle they honored my request and gave me a different vehicle and it's been perfect ever since. They handled my issue very well I didn't like how long it took but that didn't have anything to do with world class. And they were very kind and took care of me special shout out to Sean because he was the one mostly dealing with the issue

We have been coming back to World Class for car repairs for years and I wouldn t go anywhere else. The staff and workers are honest and friendly, and they have been downright generous with us. I don t think you ll find a better place to take your vehicle.

If you buy a car here, expect to have to spend thousands of dollars on repairs in less than a week post purchase. They sold me a vehicle with a lot of issues and the biggest one was the engine they knew all along the engine was going out and sold it to me anyway smh now I m stuck with this car they saying I can t trade it in I m so mad I put so much money in this car it keeps cutting off and the engine is knocking.

If you buy a car here, expect to have to spend thousands of dollars on repairs in less than a week post purchase. They sold me a vehicle with no oil in it. The engine blew up in less than a week. They do not stand behind anything they sell. There's no way all these 5 star reviews are authentic. I have yet to meet a single person that's had a good experience with this company.

I wasn t looking forward to today what so ever. My daughter got in an accident two weeks ago and needed a new car yesterday. We went to several different lots and were either completely ignored or told there was nothing they could do for us with only having 1300 for a down payment. When we pulled up to WCM we were greatly immediately by the owner. After being ignored several times from previous dealers I already felt comfortable. Then Mike Park approached us two women looking for a car and he couldn t have made us feel anymore comfortable. If every car sales man treated women with this much respect we wouldn t hesitate to do this alone. This is the 5th car my daughter has gotten at a buy here pay.This is the FIRST time she has gotten a car that doesn t look like it. The quality of cars they have to select from were all newer, clean, reliable cars. Then you add the Exceptional customer service and if I could give this dealership a 12 out of 10 I would I have never been more impressed buying anything let alone a used car.We as a family will definitely be making future purchases with WCM.Thank you for making our day enjoyable!

DONT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!! They sold me a car that has been nothing but problems since I bought it. They sold me a car that they knew the previous own had the AC cut off to the rear of the car. They also knew I would be transporting 4 kids in this vehicle. They claimed they fixed it for us. Took it to another shop and found out that they did not. Now I am paying an arm and a leg to get it fixed correctly. If I would of known there was no AC to the rear I never would of bought the vehicle in the fist place but they never disclosed this information until I went in and told them it wasn't working. They proceeded to tell me that it was documented that it was cut off from the previous owner and they never told us.

Love this place, awesome people there, I would recommend anyone to buy a car from them, I wish I had got a vehicle from them I got one from grote and they screwed me over so bad and pat at grant park helped me with my car and I was able to get it fixed under my warranty just in time before it expired, it needed a whole new transmission. Next time I buy a car I am definitely going to get one through grant park and never go through grote again!

I had such a great experience today, and it was just an oil change! Normally I always go to my dealership for anything my car needs. I now realize there are excellent places outside of your dealership that don t rip you off! The owner Pat Phelps, is one of the most honest people I know and will tell you how it is! If you re looking for a place you can trust, look no further! I ll be a forever customer!!

Buying a car at World Class Motors was actually a pleasant experience, unlike my experience with other dealerships. I was greeted in a friendly manner and then worked with Pat, the owner, directly. I told him what I hoped to get out of my trade and what I hoped for in terms of price. He looked at it and told me that it worked for them too. To be honest, we spent most of our time talking football and how we spend our summers. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a used car.

I've bought cars froM dealers for years. This was my first purchase at World Class Motors. I actually drove 2.5 hours to get a Ford Escape. Why? Here's why.1. They found reasons for me NOT to buy certain cars. Anytime a salesperson acts without self interest I appreciate it. I saved money and got a better fit.2. Their service department has great reviews and does a thorough inspection. I had a chance to meet the owner and he is a stand up guy. He is the kind of person that would not sleep well at night if he sold a bad car.3. Their business is growing, and they just expanded. It is not corporate money, it is hard earned small business type money. This can only be done through great grass roots repuation management.Thanks guys, love the vehicle

I have bought new cars most of my life and what I have notice is every time I have been in the market it was like a mission... It became something that I would dread going through. Most dealerships seem to pressure you and try to convince you to buy cars that are nothing at all what you were looking for and if your credit is bad they would not want to help you at all ... I learn throughout the years that if you find a sales person that really cares and gives effort to assist you enough to offer you what's in your best interest they will make it possible to give you the car your very happy with... it may not be the car of your dreams but it will be the car you will enjoy and not regret buying.I have now bought my second car with World Class Motors and I am sure it will not be the last. Pat was my sales person and he was capable of getting me financed with low payments and into the car that I enjoyed when no other sales person / dealership would .... my first car I had just filed bankruptcy and was currently on unemployment with a part time job and Pat was the only one that was able to get me into a dependable car with a affordable payments... That car lasted me almost 5 years with no issues. Just this week Pat again has help get me into another vehicle without hesitation and affordable low payments... I just started a new position and my credit was damaged and Pat again came to my rescue and out did himself... I now am a proud owner of a 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse.... My car is amazing and I adore it. I owe the success of being a owner of this amazing car to a GREAT sales person "Pat" and a WONDERFUL Dealership "World Class Motors" because he gave me a chance when No other dealership would.. THANKS so much PAT .... YOU ARE AMAZING !!!!

I am usually a person that fails to get their oil changed let alone the tires rotated on a timely basis. Normally I end up driving somewhere to drive up and wait for one and another place to wait - not to mention those that know at minimum an oil change. I was delighted when I called to schedule that I was able to get in so quickly. In the time that I would normally wait in line, I received a full oil change & tires rotated and spent LESS money than I normally would have. Time is money in my world so this is a big deal. So thankful for the quick, professional service at WCM. Will be back again!!

I have purchased a few cars over the years from Pat and Jerid at World Class Motors. I have always had a great experience! I have sent numerous family members and friends there as well to purchase cars. All leaving just as happy as I was the first time I drove a car off their lot. No pressure to buy and room to haggle. If something isn't right with a car, they make it right. We also use their service department for any kind of maintenance or repairs that come up. They have always been spot on with any kind of issues and are very honest. You will not find a better car dealership to do business with. Thank you so much World Class for everything that you have done for us!

This past summer, one of our vehicles required a significant amount of work. Navigating the extended warranty with the warranty company (from a Chevy dealership) was a nightmare. The team at World Class told me not to worry about a thing, and took over. The next day, I got a call from Jeremy. They had coordinated everything with the warranty company, and gave me a line by line breakdown of what was covered, and what was my responsibility. I knew exactly what to expect from a cost standpoint. In addition, Jeremy explained everything that needed to be done, and why, before any repairs were done. When the work was complete, they explained everything again, and everything was as expected. The vehicle runs like new, and I have full confidence in the quality of the workmanship. The only thing that beats their pricing is the customer service, which is why I've been going to them for years. I drive out of my way and clear across town so they can do oil changes, tire rotations, top-offs, and tire pressure checks, etc. They've done my tires, alignment, and brakes as well - no one else touches my car. I regularly recommend World Class Motors to friends, family and coworkers. Phenomenal from start to finish.

Our family has done business with World Class Auto for the last 9 years. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. We once faced the worst possible credit situation, and they were able to help us obtain a quality vehicle that lasted for years. We have since moved 2 hrs south of Rockford, but we still use World Class for ALL of our automotive needs. They sold us our daughter's first car when she turned 16 and most recently we purchased a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder from them. Every car we've purchased has been exactly what we were looking for, priced fairly and in excellent condition. We won't buy from anyone else!

I personally had a pretty good experience last month when I went with being able to get a car. I got in and out pretty fast the tax for the car was absolutely crazy though jumped from the original $12999 to a full 20k and that was even with my $1100 down payment (which isn t a lot for todays world but still) ALSO THE THING I HATE THE MOST YOU HAVE TO SIGN THE CONTRACT STATING THEY ARE ALLOWED TO GARNISH YOUR WAGES IF THEY REPO YOUR CAR!!! To which I asked Shaun why are you going to garnish wages if you already would ve taken the car back?? What type of deal is that he said oh you wouldn t have to worry as long as we don t repo the car I told him I didn t approve of that and was visibly hesitant on signing but due to my personal situation at the time I had no choice I needed my car. Just make sure when you do go you either have FULL COVERAGE CAR INSURANCE lol for a car you wouldn t have had yet or are PREPARED TO BUY FULL COVERAGE the same day. As far as payments they seemingly only want to go buy your pay period so even if you say you want bi-weekly or monthly , if your paid weekly they want weekly payments (I pay $95 weekly but personally wanted bi-weekly). I get a free oil change from them though and they gave me a new battery before I left so thank you.

Love the Ford Edge car that I purchased from World Class Motors. I gave them a list of options that I wanted on the car and they found a perfect car for me and it was priced just right. The sales staff are great to work with, which makes the car buying a simple/easy experience. For your pre-owned cars go to World Class Motors, they are Number One in my book.

We have been taking all of our vehicles to Pat Phelps at World Class Motors for maintenance and repair work for a couple years now. They do great work. They know what they are doing, and their prices are fair. I have also recommended quite a few friends to Pat for car purchases. He has a nice selection of quality vehicles. You won't be disappointed.

We have purchased five cars from Pat since 2002 and have always been treated very well. I've even had him go looking for some pretty specific used cars and he's always delivered. I've used their service department for routine maintenance and for warranty repairs, and it's always been done correctly the first time. I've recommended WCM to people for may years and they've always been pleased.

Despite the fact I have moved away from my hometown of Rockford, Pat and the rest of the group at World Class Motors keep me coming back for all my car purchases. They always manage to find what I am looking for at a fair price. Not only are they helpful, but they never try to sell me something I don't need. Both vehicles I have purchased from them have served me well. I would highly recommend World Class Motors to anyone who is looking to get a used car or needs a reliable service department.

Best team to purchase a car from. It s been over a week since I purchased my car from Pat!!! I m still in Awe !!! I told Pat what I was looking for and he went above and beyond!!! I ve know Pat for several years now and this is my second purchase and I will always go to World Class Motors for now on! They go out of there way to make purchasing a car stress free. 1 week ago I started searching for a new car. I spent days scouring the internet and hours at dealerships trying to get them to work with me. I have had an absolute nightmare of a time getting a new vehicle. My credit is in pretty bad shape because of student loans and medical debt. I was in a tough spot. The car dealerships I had went to previously kept jerking me around and, I felt, flat out lying to me.I wish I had started my search with Pat and the guys at world class motors/grant park auto.At the end of my rope this morning, and flat out exhausted, I called them. I spoke with Pat and Shawn H. They were so personable over the phone! I submitted a credit app to them, figuring it would get denied. They called me back shortly to get some more info, and then just minutes later, they called again to tell me that I was approved! i headed straight in, picked a car, took it for a test drive, and was in and out in a matter of minutes, not hours. I didn t feel like I was being mistreated, and actually, I felt completely comfortable. Don t waste your time at those other places if you re looking to buy a used car.They report to all three credit bureaus so that rebuilding your credit is possible. They were even willing to work with me on my down payment. Plus, the loan I got through them was 5% less than the other places I stopped at! They even have a warranty that they offer so you don t end up paying on a car you don t have if something terrible happens! Trust me, these guys are great. I would 100% Recommend stopping by here and shopping with them first, I wish I had, it would ve been the only stop I made. I could ve saved myself so much time and hassle!Thanks again!

Hey guys, just a quick note. I've been totally blessed to know the owner of World Class Motors in Rockford. I have purchased 4 vehicles from a 38 ft Motor home 25 years ago to the vehicles I drive now. They always search out and find what I am looking for. My wife's car, my cars and now my son is buying his cars there also. There service department is beyond compare and the sales people are the best in the industry. I'll never ever worry about the next car I need. With a proven track record World Class Motors has I know I'll be in good hands and get the best deal possible. Thanks guys
