The process of purchasing my Winnebago Solis was extremely easy. Mick Franklin was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire beginning to delivery. Totally a 10 Star dealership. I highly recommend.Their service team seems excellent too- they installed the Sumo Springs I ordered, everything was exceptionally clean and the Sumos feel great in the back. Thank you team!

We worked with Mick when buying our Winnebago RV recently. He was great to work with. He was very patient with us since this was our first time purchasing an RV. He answered all of our questions and showed us how everything worked. He even told us to come back before winter and he would show us how to winterize our RV. We did that today. I highly recommend Winnebago Motor Homes. They are a great family owned business and they want to make sure their customers are happy.

Mick at Winnebago Motorhomes was an excellent person to buy from. The process was easy and he is down to earth as well as the rest of his staff! He was generous to come pick us up from our rental car drop-off the day we purchased our Revel. The staff was courteous and helpful! Our experience here was fantastic. I would highly suggest if you are looking for a Winnebago contact Mick and see him in Rockford.

We flew from Texas to pick up our Class C from Winnebago Motor Home. Mick was super nice and friendly. He facetime with us to make sure we like the motorhome. Everything was straight forward. Mick came to pick us up from our hotel and come to find out its a family owned business running for 52yrs now. Just amazing. We will definitely give our business to Mick and Winnebago Motor Homes.

Mick and Terry Franklin @ Winnebago motorhomes and their entire staff were great!They went out of their way to help and reassure us after numerous delivery delays due to Ford and Winnebago manufacturing issues. If we were in the market for another RV, we wouldn't hesitate to use Winnebagi Motorhomes again.

Wow! Highly recommend the service department! Nicholas in service was very experienced and professional! When I brought in the motorhome for warranty issues, he wanted to see every issue in person and not just a written list. After repairs were completed, he called me and explained every issue repair in detail. There was no middle man. He was the guy that did the repairs as well. This place has the "Flying W Service Excellence Dealer" award from Winnebago! Now I know why! They blew the competitors' service departments that I visited in the past out of the water! Keep up the good work! This industry and Winnebago needs you guys!

I bought a like-new RV on consignment here 19 years ago, and have always received excellent service at a fair price. You are always treated like a very important customer, whether you are in for a RV, service, parts, or "just looking". This dealership is a "must visit" when you are RV shopping.Stopped in today, and they have three "parade cars" that someone traded in! Yes, they are for sale...imagine one on the rear luggage carrier of your rig!

Winnebago Motor Homes made purchasing an RV a smooth process. Mick was easy to work with and went over the different mechanisms before we drive it off the lot. When we had a small repair after our first trip they quickly took care of it for us. We highly recommend!!

This small operation, wonderful staff went above a beyond for us in all departments. Let s start with service: Nicholas is straight to the point and direct with us on the service we needed. From the start he gave us direct information on warranty issues and worked with Nova Kool on getting our refrigerator up and running. The sales guy, Mick, was so kind to show us a couple of rigs they had on the lot (we are considering upgrading) and was a no-pressure sales associate. We appreciated his willingness yo show us around. The parts and administrative staff are wonderfully nice as well. We were able to pick up our rig within a couple of days and get our camper filled with propane on site. We recommend this service location.

Mick was extremely helpful and patient with us. He answered all our questions that we had. The staff was also very nice and accommodating. Their service department looks very clean and organized, ready to help when needed. I feel they passed along some great pricing for us

Mick Franklin at Winnebago Motor Homes was AWESOME to work with, although the whole ordering/purchase transaction was hardly "work." Mick made everything easy by communicating clearly, responding quickly, and being available for any questions we had before, during, and after the sale. Mick and his team are very professional, but also very friendly and we love that his is a family owned business because we like to support local businesses like his (as opposed to the "big" retail companies). We feel like we are now part of the WMH family and that we have a friend in Mick going forward. We did a lot of research of various Winnebago dealers and we were impressed by the customer reviews and Better Business Bureau rating for Winnebago Motor Homes. Mick is very knowledgeable and we highly recommend him and his company to anyone looking for an RV. Thank you, Mick, for an excellent buying experience!

Very nice and trusting service.I drove from California to Rockford, IL to pick up my Winnebago Revel.All went as planned!Mick was always responsive with communication. The paperwork was completed prior to my arrival which helped speed up the process immensely.My RV walk through was excellent.I recommend Mick and his team 100 percent. Thank you!

Simply a great experience working with Mick and the rest of the crew to purchase our 2023 View.It s rare to find true customer care (rather than following the script) - Winnebago Motorhome was always happy to spend the time to answer all our questions, greeted us warmly in person and on the phone, and responsive to all our requests.It s family owned and we always felt like we were part of the family.This was our first camper purchase - we couldn t be happier than to have made it at Winnebago Motorhome.

If you own a Winnebago I recommend taking it no where else for service. If you need service it can be quite the expense. I always feel like they are very straight forward and honest. Their labor rates are reasonable and they take the time to follow up and answer any questions. Very good communication from the shop throughout the entire process.

Purchasing our new Winnebago View from Winnebago Motor Homes was the most pleasant experience my husband & I have ever had. From start to finish everything, ordering the RV, financing, and pick up, went timely and smooth. Everyone at Winnebago Motor Homes is professional & friendly. Now, for our salesman, Wade Haschke, he is without a doubt the best salesman we have ever seen. He was always available to answer any questions we had, kept us up to date with what was going on with building of RV and helped us out with getting best interest rate on financing. When we picked up our RV, he spent hours with us going over everything so we understood things in this vehicle that were new to us. I can t say enough good things about Wade, he is the BEST, in my book! Oh, and Winnebago in Rockford gave us a very good price, too !! We love this place. We purchased our slightly used motor home from Mick at Winnebago Motor Homes. It is a family owned business and they seem to really care about their customers satisfaction. It is not a high pressure sales dealership.During our walk through, Mick made sure all our questions were answered before we left with it. I was concerned about the process to winterize the coach and Mick did not just explain the process, he demonstrated it and made sure I had the necessary accessories to do it. We would definitely do business with them again.

We bought a Revel a few weeks ago from Winnebago Motorhomes and could not have had a better experience. We worked most closely with Mick who was very responsive, even to questions that have come up after purchase. The sales process was no pressure, and I believe we got a great price. The walk-through was thorough. I would strongly recommend them to anyone interested in an RV/Motorhome.

We bought a barely used RV from Mick at-a-distance. He was great to work with and accommodated us while we were in town to finalize the purchase and drive home. It was easier purchasing this RV than any car or SUV you we have owned!Mick did a great job of explaining all the functions and features, I just did not take great notes!He has answered many questions in the few days we have been home. I would highly recommend these folks for any purchase or service.

We want to give a big thank you to Wade and the entire Winnebago Motor Homes family for an amazing experience! They made the process so easy for us even with us being hundreds of miles away. Nick did an awesome job with the walk-around giving us details of the functions of each item. Wade's experience and knowledge on the installation of the hitch and trailer brakes helped us tremendously. Paperwork was quick and easy. We were in and out within a couple of hours and off to our first camping experience. We highly recommend them if you're looking to purchase a RV/travel trailer.

Terrible customer service! Booked an appointment 6+ weeks an advance, as it is a 3 hour round trip to the dealership, to have an additional battery installed. Service department confirmed battery was in stock and job could be completed in 1 day and that we just need to arrive early the day of our appointment so the work could be completed. Day of appointment, we took the day off from work and left our home at 6:30am to drive the 1.5 hours there, as they requested we be there when the service department opened. We dropped off our rig and planned to spend the day in the area as we we promised the job would be done within the day. 30 minutes after dropping off our rig, the service department called saying they quoted us the wrong battery and they didn t have the battery in stock. Said we would need to leave the rig overnight to have the work completed and that it would be ready first thing in the morning. 1pm the next day, we had not heard from them. Called the service department and they said we would need to come the following day to pick up our rig. 2 days after the day we were told the work was to be done, and another 1.5 hour trip there, we arrived to pick up our rig. I kindly asked for a $50 discount, for the extra 1/2 tank of gas we had to use, for their poor planning and mistake. Both Bill, the service manager, and Mick, who I was informed was the owner were both rude, dismissive, and unapologetic in the mistake they had made and were unwilling to provide any resolution to the extra trip we had to make, during these times of extremely high gas prices, in response to their mistake. Mick s response was It s not like I m making much money off you already . It really illustrates how they care much more about making a buck rather than owning a mistake and providing great customer service. Customer beware!

Owner of this Dealership super nice and very obvious it is more than a sale to him. Your satisfaction is a priority!Our Salesman Wade earned his keep with us!We had enormous amount of questions, after earning our trust, we purchased by phone since we are located states away. After contacting 5 Dealerships for our search for a Winnebago View, we found our best deal!We arrived at Dealership after hours, they were so accommodating to have hookup for RV so we could pick up our new View very next morning!Service Department- Wowzers!!!Greeted with smiles before they clocked in!We were fortunate to have Nick doing the walk around with us. He is super informative, answered our numerous questions and down right pleasant!Did I mention how clean this Service Depart was!!!!In my opinion this Dealership earned more than the 5 stars!

We bought a used class c Winnebago View profile from Winnebago Motor Homes and so glad we did. This was just what we were looking for at a price point that we could not pass up. Mick and all his employees were helpful, knowledgeable and courteous with us through the whole process. We never felt any pressure to buy, they just let the product sell itself. Mick answered all our questions and was very patient with us. When it came time to take delivery Nick was the one who walked us through how everything worked and answered all of our questions. He also helped us with buying some supplies we would need. Mick and the whole staff were so friendly and helpful the whole time. We know if we ever have any question about our motor home we can count on them to answer them or service our View with confidence for us. Thanks Mick for helping to make our dreams come true.

We had a wonderful experience here. We were looking for a very specific motor home and they were the only one who had it. We flew to Chicago and drove to Rockford because they had the RV we were looking for at a fair price. We bought site unseen. We did a walk thru and they spent a lot of time with us. We did have one issue after pickup but it was totally not their fault. They proactively dealt with some warranty issues while we were there and one of them caused an issue while we were traveling. Mick was super helpful and even talked to us on his day off!! This is a family owned business that s been there for over 50 years!! Highly recommend

Mick and his staff were amazing with helping us look for our first RV. He answered our many questions with patience and friendliness! The folks at this location are so gracious, honest and knowledgeable, that purchasing our motorhome from them was like working with family. Wade was just outstanding. He spent 2 1/2 hours with us, familiarizing us with our new unit; and most importantly, helping us with all of the technical details we needed to know. We never felt rushed. From our first visit to our last visit Terry, Wade and the staff very friendly and very professional. If you are looking to purchase a camper or a motorhome I would highly recommend Winnabego Motorhome in Rockford Illinois. It is worth the trip!!
