Kyle is fantastic, he has assisted me with 3 completely different bikes (Honda Nighthawk, Harley Fay Boy and now a Harley Road King) and he has exceeded my expectations EVERY time!! Timely, reasonable, personable and professional along with great skills! Thank you for all of your help! Will use you EVERY time on any bike!

I was looking for a new local mechanic the was knowledgeable, trustworthy and fairly priced. The guy was really polite and easy to talk to, fixed the brake light sensor like I asked. Here's why I didn't give 5 stars although i was hoping to be able to. I needed my brake sensor to be replaced so I put him through a little test to see if he would wow me. Told him I just got the bike and acted like I didnt know much about motorcycles "1st bike" asked him to "look it over because I don't have anything to compare it to but it seems fine". Before i came i added an extra half quart of oil putting me well over the full line almost leaking out and 10 mile prior I just did an oil change. He missed it completely and when i asked about my oil he said it looked dirty and i probably should replace it soon, didnt mention it being over filled or brand new with less then 10 miles driven on the oil. Loosened my banjo bolt for my brake line a bit when I got there before I walked in and said I saw a leak after doing a handlebar change myself, he did find that and fix it so good job on that one. I purposely left my tires a little low, he did notice but he over filled them to "36 front and 40 rear like the manual says", the owner's manual for my bike says 30 front, 36 rear for solo 40 for 2up and I have a solo seat so I'm not sure where he found those psi numbers but I'm just glad it didn't damage it. He also wrote my number down wrong so had I not called him 2 and a half weeks after my bike was dropped off I'm not sure how long it wouldve sat. Overall I wasn't impressed but he wasn't terrible, I thought it was standard practice to call a customer with a quote before doing the work but obviously not at the shops I've been to in Rockford sadly. So far 2 local shops have failed my tests to see if they really give my bike a good inspection and have also done work without a quote, and the HD Stealership is the only one who passed the test and quoted me before starting but who wants to pay their prices?

From my experience working with customers its true taking care of customers is key to success! Dropped my bike off and kyle had it back to me within a week. My motorcycle looks amazing !! if I could give this place 10 starts I would. Highly recommended ..sincerly Brock

My '86 Goldwing broke down in Rockton on Sunday. Wienke happened to be the closest repair shop so I had it towed there. Kyle called me first thing Monday morning with a diagnosis and estimate. He fixed the exact problem on the same bike just a week earlier. Unfortunately for me it was the charging system which is a major repair so I sold the bike as is. Kyle only charged me $30.

Dropped off my bike to have a new power commander installed. Kyle had it done the very next morning! Doesn t get any better than that. Thanks for the prompt service!

One of the only if not best places to get anything you want power coated! A bunch of color options as well! Make sure you check them out
