Had appointment the 8th November to have tire put on my car. The tire never made it to the store. My tire is still in delayed mode. Called the store at 7am, a guy answer phone and said; there's no one here to work and hung up!!. Just sad

This is by far my personal best Walmart Auto Center Experiences. I knew I had purchased my tires in Lacrosse, WI at another Walmart, but a friend took my car in for me and used their phone number and spelled my last name wrong, so we were having trouble finding my road hazard warranty. The Gentlemen found the number on the tire, entered that into the system, which came up with my information which was all wrong, and still honored the road hazard warranty So the tire only cost me $40. Without the warranty it would ve been $167. Due to this person s nature and patience, and going above and be I was able to save a substantial amount of money. He was an absolute pleasure to work with.Aside from my amazing auto center experience, the rest of the staff inside this Walmart was extremely helpful. They were polite. They were friendly, not your typical Walmart experience, at least around here. This particular Walmart is about 20 minutes out of my way and it is the only one that I will visit on a regular basis.

They were nice. But they told us that they do not open until 10. When we were there at 7. Not enough workers or not early bird.....

The gentleman was super nice and very helpful!! Staff is overworked however you can tell they are short staffed which leaves room for error.

Great accept I am on a cane rt now. Long walk and dangerous for customer. And great staff couldn't see their name tags. It was just a car battery could of let me remain in car until I had to make a payment to cashier. Thank you!

Waited 4 hours to only get a guy who couldn't even get my car into drive and had to reject putting a new wheel on. Seems like some of the guys who work there are not actual mechanics. In hindsight I am surprised they couldnt even just replace it where I had it parked. Getting a new tire replaced should be extremely simple for even a new mechanic.

I went to Walmart for an oil change because I could do some shopping while waiting. They said it would be 45 min to an hour at most. It took 90 minutes, but it wasn't busy AT ALL. Nobody working there seemed to know what to do. They keep the door locked so you can't exit without an employee doing something on a control pad. I understand it's probably to keep theft down, but it seems wrong to lock an emergency exit so you can't get out if there's a FIRE. Serious safety issue. I've never seen this at other WalMarts I've been to.

You can't make appts anymore for an oil change but I got there at a good time. My car was done before I was told it would be done. Love the text messages letting you know what's going on.

I thought it would be a good idea to kill two birds with one stone and take my car into WalMarts lube center while I did my shopping. Horrible experience. I spent about 30-40 minutes shopping. Not only did I wait nearly 1.5 hours for a simple oil change, I sat and watched the employees casually work on my car while they hung out and socialized. Not impressed.

I HAVE to start off by raving on the young man that greeted me as well as assisted me as I needed through my questions, WONDERFUL PERSON ON THE STAFF!!! Thank you for your service!On to management...when asked why I was being charged extra for an oil filter I was told because it s not in the shop? It was however carried in the store...that was an additional $10 charge. As I review the receipt it stated I declined to have my transmission fluid check WHY WOULD I DECLINE IT?! Just an FYI they will not check your brakes or any fluids affiliated with it. If you have a vehicle that requires original parts this is not the place to go. I could ve gone to a certified shop for $10 more and had everything taken care of PROPERLY. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!

It is easier to purchase a brand new car and haggle on the price, then it is to get your oil changed at this location! It takes hours and hours and hours and hours and hours and hours longer than they say it would! It is almost as bad is going to a river Boat Casino in Illinois and being stuck on there and forced the fork over your money because you are captive.

The guy at the desk was such a kind and caring guy. He took care of my every need and answered every question I could come up with about my vehicle. He is so very handsome and I would like to tell Doug McMilon how great he is. I want to get my tire changed. The brakes were good before I went in. Afterwards before I paid I was told my Mercury ls sable 99 was dangerous and that the brake went all the way to floor and the brake lights came on too. I hadn t had trouble before I came in and I m wondering what the hell they did. Thanks Walmart.

Worst Wmart I have ever been in. I could write a 1000 word essay on why. I will say that Darryl in automotive is great. He was abandoned with a long line, took 20 mins to get checked out. He was polite and did his best, apologetic for the wait. He is clearly over worked and under appreciated.

Had an oil changed about a week ago. This Sunday I went to Chicago, and on my way back, the bottom protector of my car came off. Workers didn't screw it properly. Had to pay a tow truck, almost 200 dollars, to bring it to my house, here in Rockford.

2 hours before closing time and they wouldn't plug my friends tire (which takes 5 seconds) because "it was too late to take care of it" even though we were the only ones to be serviced. Worst ever.

I visited the tire center on Sunday because it was the only place open that would look at my tire they told me that they couldn't fix my tire because it was too close to the sidewall and that I needed a new tire. so today I went to discount tire and they plugged my tire for free I will never go back to Walmart tire center they don't have skilled help evidently because it was not on the sidewall it was in the middle of a tread!

Slow and told me if I left they would kick my car out. I wait two and a half hours or more for an oil change and watched as the techs just stood around staring at a truck and talking.

They'll leave you waiting for hours with no explanation. Don't take your car in even for an oil change, unless you have 3+ hours to wait.

Always very slow and uderstaffed. Only one or sometimes two techs working. They do reasonably good work but everything takes forever.

Got a set of tires was told it would be 2 hr befor they could put them on . told them to sell me 2 pry bar's and some break clean and id do it in the parking lot in a half hour :p
