Hi! So, my experience with the Walmart Auto Center started off bad but ended in a positive manner. So, I took my car for an oil change and was charged $44 which is fine. At the end, they notified me that I had a leak. I spoke to my dad and he said it s usual for older cars to have leaks so I was gonna put it off a couple of days since I was busy with work but something in my gut was telling me to go to the mechanic so I took my car to Mark s Auto since that s what the cashier told me to do; go to a mechanic. When I got to Mark s, they lifted my car and noticed the entire Engine Oil Filter Cap was missing and all that oil was almost completely gone. So, I had to pay $123 to fix that. The mechanic at Mark s said it was off that the cap wasn t there. So, the next day, my fiance and I went to Walmart and we showed them both the Walmart and Mark s Auto receipt and they said they can t refund the leak. But, that s not what my concern was. I understand it s my responsibility to pay for the repairs, but the fact that days prior to me taking it for an oil change at Walmart, I was consistently checking my oil and it had been perfect color and where it should be. But since I had extra cash, I decided to just get it done with. So, I know for a fact I had a filter cap on when I left my car in Walmart s hands. The managers decided to take a look at the footage. They came back and claimed a filter cap was put on. But going off their body language, I could tell that they weren t being 100% truthful by not making eye contact and other indicators. My fiance told them that what they were saying is a load of crap since he knows a little about cars and things like that don t just disappear. They ended up switching their story a little bit by saying the camera was blurry. But after all of that, they issued the refund for the oil change at Walmart. I m disappointed I had to pay $123 but at the end of the day, refunding my $44 was all that mattered to me. All the service members were helpful, as well as the managers, Carlos and Keen (if I spelled it right)

Customer service is horrible! Called over and over with no response I had to go to the store for service. It took 3 hours to change 1 tire.

Arrived at opening (7a) for an oil change, and was told they'd have me in and out by 7:30a.At 8:20a, I was told that none of their mechanics had shown up, and they had no idea why.The lady behind the counter was apologetic, kind, and truly friendly in spite of the situation, and I realize it's really not her fault in the slightest, but the overall impression I got was unprofessional.

Usually they are not too bad but today service was extremely slow took 2 hours for oil change and injector cleaning with an appointment.

Great Service with a Smile! Bought 4 new Goodyear Viva Tires. Running smoothly. Excellent feel on the road. Worth the extra 12 dollars per tire. Efficient and quality work performed. Would definitely recommend.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. On Saturday 12/14/19 at 4:22pm I made a 2:00 appointment for Sunday 12/15/19 to get two new tires and to fix one of the new tires that I bought from them 3 months ago that was going flat everyday. I got there at 1:57pm on the appointed day and showed Cindy the (front desk person) which tire was bad. At 4:52pm the car was finally done. I asked the woman who took over for Cindy what was wrong with the tire, and she told me that there's nothing wrong with the tire. When I got home and unloaded the car with the groceries I noticed the tire was flat. I immediately called Walmart and they told me if I was there before 7:00 they would fix it. So I pumped up the tire and got there at 6:45 and they told me that no one was there to fix it and there was nothing they could do. So I had drive home on a flat tire. I work nights so there's no time to do things during the day. Just checked the other 3 and the 2 new tires are at 20psi, the offending one is at 4 psi, and the other one is at 26psi. They should all be 35 psi. The incompetency is staggering and mind blowing.

If i could give negative stars i would. Waited 4 hours for nothing. Ended up leaving to grease monkey down the road. Took them 10min. 2 others were there that waited even longer. The front desk is great but the mechanics need to go back to training.

Can't actually rate the services as I was unable to receive any. I needed tires on my car and the store didn't have ones that fit my vehicle in stock so I ordered them on the website to be delivered to the store and installed. The online process was great the tires arrived early they were inexpensive but it was all down hill from their.In the email I got when the tires came in it asked me to schedule and appointment to have them installed.... I called to do so and no one answered after letting it ring for about 5 minutes. It was around lunch time so I was like meh it's lunch so I figured I'd call back later. I called back about 3 hours later and I then sat on the phone for 20 minutes and still no one answered... Should have probably been a red flag and took my business else where but instead I said I'll stop in on my way home from work and schedule an appointment.I get into the shop theirs 3 people waiting in front of me and no staff in sight... After about 5 minutes of nobody being their some one finally comes out to try and get everyone sorted out and when it's finally my turn (been waiting in the store for about 15 minutes now) he tells me they don't take appointments and its walk in only... Now I get it store policy varies by location blah blah blah but I had to wait the better part of an hour to get this information and had to go out of my way to find this information..Whatever so I say if I bring the car in tommorow morning first thing you can do it and they say sure... Next morning go by at 7 am it closed... Whatever don't have time to deal with it today just go to work. And I'll try again. So the next day I have time in the morning I wait and try going in at 730 and still it's not open. At this point I give up and return the tires.That was a process in and of itself so I cancel the order and it refunds me for 3 of the 4 tires.... I try and call the store and no one answers imagine that. I then just call the corporate number on their website and work with someone and she tells me well they say they only had 3 to refund. I explain I never picked these up because I couldn't get anyone to actually install them for me so if only three were there then only 3 were delivered and that's not my fault... She apologized and got it sorted out but I have now spent well over 2 hours dealing with this with nothing show.Fun fact after I gave up I called discount tires and they were able to get me in the next day did the job in less than an hour and thanks to a rebate they were offering it was only about 30 bucks more than it would have been at Walmart...

It took three hours for a battery change and my ending price was $40 more than quoted because staff looked up wrong part? The only reason I went here was for convinience of installation but I could have literally built and installed my own battery before it got finished here.

Only 2 employees working on a saturday. Clearing one oil change an hour. I didnt realise 4th person in line when they opened meant i would be here 4 hours. Only worth the slightly disounted rate compared to an actual oil change place if you place no value on your own time.

I purchased a set of tires that supposedly sat on the semitrailer for a day, my tire installation was canceled due to the tires not been on the store,the next available tire installation was until 10 days later,but they would do walk ins tho,so here i am 4 hrs later,bad service..I always do Discount tires this time and only this time I did walmart and I regret it,Go somewhere else avoid all the frustration..

I went and got an oil change about 2 months ago. It was pretty cheap I probably paid about 22 dollars in all. There was alot of people there but they still got my car done rather quickly.

Worst place ever for oil change evry time you will wait atleast at the minimum 3 hours even if u get there right when they open! IM DONE DINE DONE!!!!!! INLY GOT ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD 2 GIVE ONE!!

Always has oil change done in a hour or less. Not friendly; but who cares I'm just here for a quick service. Never had a issue. They have done my A/C, oil changes, and tire rotation.

Stood in line for an hour to get active fixed and when they got to me they skipped me because my car was up in front of lawn and garden .I asked what did I get skipped the lady said yep you sure did .not we can do it in a few .just nothing .will never go to the store for anything
