Very impressed with the service and the price! They know their stuff. From the ladies behind the desk to the mechanic, they were awesome!! I didn t feel like they were trying to sell me stuff I didn t need. In and out with a new catalytic converter in no time when I thought I would have to leave the car at the shop for a couple days. Will definitely use their services again. I have to say that this was the best car repair experience I ve ever had.

They had availability to get my car on the lift right away and within minutes gave me a diagnosis for a new flex joint and muffler and a reasonable price to fix it. Had them also replace an o2 sensor and they had the whole thing done within an hour! Highly recommend these guys!

These guys are phenomenal. BEST exhaust shop around. They are very efficient, reasonably priced and repairs are always done correctly. I recommend these guys to anyone that needs exhaust work done.

I used this shop because I needed an exhaust repair for my 280,000 mile 2005 Vibe. The work far exceeded my expectations!! Welds were perfect and car is as good as new! Pricing was great.Highly recommend this shop!!

I had a muffler install that was installed without problems and a fair price. Minimal waiting time was good. Overall I was satisfied with their service, including customer service.

They did a great job on my brakes and catalytic converter. However they do not allow you to take your old converter with you.

My daughter took her car there today for a loud exhaust, they wrote her an estimate saying it would cost $1580 to repair. So I called my dad and asked him what he thought. He said that's ridiculous and told me to take do a different place in Rockford where he has taken his cars before. So we brought the car there, they looked at it right away, came back and said it was the flex pipe causing the problem and they fixed it for $180!!!! I still can't even believe it! $1580 down to $180.Service: Exhaust

Good service and price but you may have to leave your vehicle for other mechanical services outside muffler work for a day or two ( CV axle replaced). So plan accordingly

Ive had a few things done to my truck and went here because I heard they have good pricing. I was happy with their work and felt I got a good deal. They do not except appointments and that is why I knocked off a star. I will continue to use these guys and would recommend them to others.

My muffler and pipe was hanging to ground. Took car out there by 7:15am and waited till they opened at 8am. It's first come first serve there. I was second to be served. They fixed everything in an hour. Was a reasonable price and I was out of there. Vere nice and professional people. Good work!!

These cats know what's up. Super affordable and really down to Earth. Very nice, friendly and will diagnose your car for no charge and give you an estimate. I've only brought little things here (like an exhaust leak) but I'm assuming they're full service and can do anything. Great if you need it done same day (or next day)

The Velasquez shop installed a CURT hitch for my Chrysler Pacifica. The desk clerk was knowledgeable and courteous. She provided a quote for services quickly. I delivered my vehicle to them this morning. In two hours the installation was completed, and the price was exactly as quoted. I am thoroughly impressed with their performance and expertise. I would gladly use their services again, and I strongly recommend them to the general public. THANK YOU!

They use to be a great place to take your car, not anymore. I was told it would be 1-hour wait for an oil change, filters change, and to look over the brakes. It took them 3 hours to get the car done and they did not even look at the brakes!The people there now are rude and act like you're bothering them when you walk in and let them know what you need to be done to your car. If you look at all the positive reviews most are from years ago when they were amazing.If you want to wait hours upon hours for a 15-minute job or be treated like you are bothering them then this is our place, if not then I would stay away.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Went in to have 4 oxygen sensors replaced, was quoted between 120-160 for the work since i had my own sensors. Called me a few hours later and said the price was going to be 240. Asked what happened to the original price quote, they said do you know who you spoke with, and i said guy at front counter and he talked with a mechanic to. Lady said nobody knows anything about that price, i even asked the mechanics. I said whatever just get it done since it had to be done. Couple hrs later get a call saying 2 out of 4 of the sensors I brought wont fit, wrong plug in. Bought 2 new sensors and took in.... little while later get another call, you need one more sensor because the plug is different on this one to, but the 4th sensor you brought in fits fine. So bought another sensor and took in. 3 out of 4 that I originally took in dont fit. Hmmmm Next day they call and say truck is complete, codes are clear and ready to go. Couple days later I am under the truck doing some work and I notice the 4th oxygen sensor (that supposedly fit) was unplugged and wire just hanging. I try to plug it in but for some reason the plug doesn't match up on this one also... so instead of them telling me this one wasn't correct either, they tell me truck is done. Kind of shady if you ask me..Service: Exhaust

They do a first come first serve model and that helped me get in and out of there within the hour. Great prices for honest work. Highly recommend
