Came for alignment & tire balance. Everything worked well, dropped vehicle off & they called when done.I really appreciate the lifetime of vehicle alignment offer. You can get free alignment at any Firestone for free for the life of vehicle!Service was quick & kindly, would recommend.

Mason graham at the front desk is the truth, got me same day appointment in a snow storm, got my tire fixed, staff there had it balanced and fixed in less than an hour. Military discount and fast and friendly staff. You can't find it like this much anymore. Like 6 people came in to get air on their tires in negative temperatures their staff all came together airing up tires caring about people and safe driving. Much love keep up the great work guys. Ask for mason! Oh and it was on a Sunday ...

Online scheduling is very convenient because I can arrange services around my schedule. As soon as I arrived they started working on my car. The coupons were an added benefit. I happened to get an appointment when they were running a sale, which made me extra happy.

Andy helped me to figure out what tire I needed on the side of the road, then he and his team got it replaced immediately after we came in. Great folks, highly recommend!

Don't disconnect dashcams unless you're going to reconnect them. Better yet, just don't disconnect dash cams. When a plumber comes to my house, they don't disconnect my security cameras. That system is there for the protection of my vehicle. You have no reason to disconnect it if you're not doing anything wrong.

My daughter s car broke down on the interstate and was towed to your location. Thank you for making time to fix it on a busy Saturday. Car was ready to go on Sunday! Your quick work saved us a bunch of out of the way driving to pick the car up. I wish I lived closer as I would use you guys to do my repairs.

Took more then 2 hours for a simple alignment with appointment and the truck still pull to the right. They told me I have 1 year guarantee but they don t explain what the guarantee covers. I paid with Cash and they told me they don t have change. 1 of mine tires had 5psi short I thought o they just gonna add that air in my tire is not that hard, wrong I guess I didn t paid for the platinum service.

I had a simpletire warranty replacement that I needed to get taken care of. The service manager Steve Rodriguez went above and beyond to make sure things went as smooth as possible. He talked to simpletire to confirm all warranty info was correct. Thanks again Steve!!!

Quick, uncomplicated and very friendly service. our rental car had a big needle in one of the tires, so we stopped by to get it fixed. changed the tire within 15min. Definitely recommendable

We needed to stop to get lug nuts re-torqued after some unexpected major repairs while on a roadtrip that took us through Madison. Steve took my call from the road, was expecting us when we arrived, even though it was near the end of the workday on Saturday, and quickly had a service tech do the work for free. He was so kind and professional. Also the nearest gas station has a wide selection of pickles!

Been using my local Tires plus for years on Daimler Road. I needed brake service done, and could not get an appointment early enough at Tire Plus so went to a Grease Monkey. I should have waited the extra day as when Grease Monkey called to tell me my car was finished they also said, "But I would not recommend driving it" So I was able to drive the car to the service center but not home after repairs. Anyway, I ended up getting it towed to Tires Plus and Steve was extremely helpful explaining the issue and assisting me in getting the car to Tire Plus and keeping me informed on when the car would be repaired. Prices are always fair and service is by far levels above other service centers in the area. They explain in detail the issue, if they have a coupon they can use to help you out they do. Like everyone else in the area they might have staffing issues from time to time, but take my advice their service is worth the wait. I learned that one the hard way. Extremely appreciative that Tires Plus was able to get me back on the road again.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

I called made an appointment. Got a quote over the phone. Drove over there. Wasted my gas! They told me I never made an appointment a day they were too bust. Only I person was in the garage a the stalls were empty. It was two hours before closing and a I needed was 2 tires. I person was up front but he also was dressed like a mechanic.I called the number and the women I had talked to before, told me she never talked to me and never set the appointment????I had even talked to the mechanic getting the quote. What on earth?Guess I need to find a new tire place.Sorry but wasting gas is not in my budget.

The service is phenomenal. I purchased 4 tires online and had them shipped directly to Tires Plus. Setting up the appointment was easy. They were totally booked but offered me the option of dropping off and picking it up later. They were totally upfront and honest about how long it would take to remove and replace my old tires. Dropped my car off and it was done several hours later. Quicker than expected. Friendly service. Very impressed.

Got a HUGE bolt in my tire, called up here and spoke to Steve and was greated with great customer service. He gave me recommendations as my specific tire was not available. I was in and out within an hour. Busy place but they are still respectful and prioritize your time and your car. I was able to get a new good priced tire, to get me back on the road home 6 hours away. Thank you tire plus, Mason & Steve!!!

This is ABSOLUTELY thr BEST place to bring g you vehicle. EVERYWHERE else I called was at least 80$ and up to diagnose my vehicle. I called Steve, he got me in within the hr and only charged me 10$ and rotated my tires for me. He also BLESSED me with a special discount of tires. I am so happy I called here and took my vehicle here. Go here they will treat you great and get your vehicle straight

I have had multiple good experiences at Tires Plus. Most recently, I came in needing a new tire. They said they were really busy, but would try to squeeze it in. I was on my way in about 30 minutes. I don't know how busy they actually were, but I'm happy with the results.
