On 1/16/24 I called to get an appointment and I wasn't expecting it to be the same day. I was a little spectacle when the front end female said they do a thorough look over the vehicle - I said please don't add any fluids (I'm very pick what goes in my car). She probable thought I was rude or crazy lol.Over all I was very pleased with my visit and was not expecting such great service (they even cleaned my windows for me). I will be back again and very much recommend this place for sure.Thank you guys for an awesome job!!!!

Their service was greatly appreciated. We were about 2 hours into a 5 hour trip home when our vehicle went into the dreaded limp mode. The auto parts store next door said they could not help, didn t even try, but suggested we go next door. Tire Tracks was busy and didn t have a bay, and we obviously didn t have an appointment, but did take a scanner out into the parking lot. The issue seemed to have resolved by turning the vehicle off and back on. We took a short test drive then came back so they didn t actually perform any service to the vehicle but gave us the confidence to go ahead and continue heading home, and did so for no charge. Danielle at the front desk was very friendly and told me the guy s name that came out to look at the vehicle but I, unfortunately, have forgotten. They could very easily have taken advantage of us so I appreciate their integrity and honesty.

It was a great experience All the way around. Everyone was so helpful and I love how we get full reports with pictures etc telling us the items that need work. They are not pushy and are very professional. Great service, professional and friendly every time I go there. On my last service pit stop they gave me a ride home while the worked on my car . Never any complaints on there work. I d recommend them for your car repairs

I had a great experience with tire tracks. I like how they send a list of everything inspected on your vehicle and the condition its in as well as taking photos of the car prior to it being worked on. They are very thorough and I definitely recommend them to everyone!

Honest company with polite employees, love the convos with them. Their prices are fair. They have missed something during my alignment once, but their employees are HUMAN and fixed what they missed without extra charge. Love the inspections they do, they have actually helped me find leaks I've been trying to track down. Right now they are helping me find more information about my tire warranty. All in all I love their service and will continue to be a customer for as long as I can.

THEY WERE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AND SET UP OUR INITIAL VISIT TO THE 11TH ST LOCATION IN ROCKFORD, IL. PRICES WERE GREAT AND THEY TOOK CARE OF US AT AN OUTSTANDING LEVEL. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SUPURB. I WOULD TELL ANYONE TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE. GREAT FOR INDIVIDUAL AND EVEN BETTER FOR FLEET WORK !!

They have been working on my car for about 2 years and the work is great I will recommend if you are looking for a professional shop they are great. I love their great customer service also. I will definitely give them a 10/10

Brought my car in to get front wheel bearings and brakes done. They told me because they had to take off rotors and calipers that the brakes would be free. Because it was free there was nothing on paperwork for mechanic...so they didn't get done. I didn't call immediately because I wasn't charged to do them so over 2 weeks later expecting to be charged I called them back to get the work done. They said even though it had been several weeks later they were glad to do the work for free to make it right.

It was and is the worst car repair I've ever went through. The absolutely worst . Stay away unless.you want a headache and be taken for a lot of money

Wonderful place that I highly recommend! Not only was the customer service exceptional , and the price more than fair, Caleb was fantastic! I had this right turn signal that noone could figure out. Caleb took the time to check it out , even though my appointment was over. He fixed it. Finally! They are trustworthy and in an economy where everything is becoming more expensive, it was a relief to get a reasonable price. My oil change was $49! The woman at the front was very sweet as well.Thank you Tire Tracks! Honest, fair, and compassionate.

Jeffrey wad the man I delt with and Mason was my tech. Very friendly, better prices then down the street, and didn't bug me about what needs to be done, just listed it for me. Very professional and I WILL BE BACK.THANKS JEFFERY AND MASON!

Brian and Felipe were amazing! Warning light came on while driving 39 from Bloomington to Minnesota. Brian and Felipe saved my day by replacing the alternator and getting us back on the road within 2 hours on a Friday afternoon! Excellent service and so friendly! They made the wait go by quickly with phone charging station and Disney+ on the tv for my 11 year old. I can t recommend enough!!

I was told that one on my tires needed to be replace when in reality the screws in the driver's side was loose and I coul have get hurt because of it. I am very disappointed.

This is what everyone would want in an auto mechanic: knowledgeable, competent, reasonable price, kind and, need I say, "honest". You wont be disappointed! (I drive 60 mi. for their service.)

I love it here! Im a single working mother of 8! I need my truck to run. I began going to Tire tracks a several months back and I have went to them for all my automotive needs since! Caleb is very understanding and polite. The team who does repairs are very quick and accurate in diagnosing as well as repairing my vehicle. Highly recommended. You won t be disappointed.

Definitely going back. Great service. Great conversation. They even drove me to get a tire because they didn't have one on stock, then drive me back to their shop and put the tire on. 10/10. Would recommend to anyone.
