These guys have some of the best quality cars and trucks around. I purchased a 2010 Chevy Suburban LTZ for a steal , honestly it s one of the best running and looking trucks I own or have owned . I was able to get a low monthly payment and I will be purchasing my next vehicle with Rockford auto plaza again. Thank you guys and meany blessings your way.

I dont typically write a bad review on anyone. However, don't trust this company. The owner lied to me on at least 3 issues about a vehicle and costed me about $3000 to fix. Many things were wrong with it.Additionally, they provided a bill of sale from Rockford Auto, but the title was signed by Auburn Auto. The License office will not allow me to license it because they said the title has to be fixed or bill of sale has to be from the same company thats on the title.Furthermore, I have called and spoke to the owner and told him about these issues. He siad he would send the proper documents for me to help me but never did and everytime I call them thy say he is not available.

This place uses shady business practices. They sell cars with known issues and refuse to work with customers once the issue is discovered. Stay away from this place I m considering contacting the BBB and anyone in the city that will listen. I understand vehicles are sold As-is, that is not an excuse for this dealership not disclosing vehicles with obvious engine issues.

The same thing happened to me there as well. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY CAR FROM HERE!!!!! Sam lied to me about the car facts of the vehicle, miles, and accident record. The car he showed me and my friend was a 2017 Chevy Malibu. I hope this doesn t happen to anyone else. I am seeking legal action behind this offense. Also, he threatened to call the police once I confronted him. Ridiculous!!!

2017 CHEVY MALIBU.. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!! Sam lied about the history of the vehicle.. it has been in a terrible accident causing airbags to deploy.. Refused to give me a refund for the deposit I gave him for the car once I found out the history.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I purchased a vehicle from this car lot and this truck has not let me down they have good affordable vehicles with nice low payments and friendly service I would recommend others to swing by and get a nice vehicle
