I ve personally been to this Kia on multiple occasions now. Once to purchase a vehicle myself in which the process was smooth, easy and painless! We worked with Caesar that time. Yesterday after a good friend of mine had a terrible experience at another dealership and expressed her frustration to me I immediately told her to meet me at rock river Kia. After my great experience there months prior I knew she would be in good hands. The experience was amazing once again. This time working with Michelle who was absolutely wonderful through the whole process and kept everything feeling light and pressure free! Caesar again finalized the deal for us and was a pleasure as always! We appreciated both of their honesty and genuine care throughout the process. In the end my friend purchased one vehicle yesterday and another friend is now in the process of buying a K5 through rock river kia as well. It truly goes to show the kind of business this facility runs. Honest. Reputable and one that s is centered around AMAZING customer service which is hard to find in this industry.Thank you for not only taking care of myself but both of my friends as well! You guys are a dream team!!

I have purchased many vehicles from Rock River and I have to say Michelle the one in sales and Doug was by far the best experience I ve ever had here. They not only went above and beyond but they were not pushy at all and explained their there to assist and answer any questions and let us know right in the door our experience matters! Thanks again we appreciate the level of service I haven t seen before at a car dealership.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Prior to coming here I have had quite a few bad experiences with car dealerships and purchasing vehicles. They restored my faith that car dealerships can still be honest and care about their customer. Matt was wonderful. He was very patient with us. He answered our questions and allowed us a gracious amount of time to explore our options. He wasn t just trying to sell a car or upgrades. He even gave me options of thinking about it and coming back a different day if we needed too. I appreciated as the consumer not feeling pressured into a major decision. He asked questions about our needs and wants and pointed out and educated us on things I would not have even considered. The gentleman that appraised my vehicle was incredibly reasonable on the trade in of my current vehicle and Greg in the finance department was efficient and great. We spent a lot of time here and everyone was very accommodating and kind. At the end of the day we didn t buy a car because of the car. We bought the car because of our experience. I highly recommend them over their local competitors, going anywhere else would be your loss.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!!! I have never had such a pleasant buying experience. Michelle greeted me and my friends with such kindness. She helped my friend through the whole process of buying her first car and with finding the specific car she wanted and was so patient and helpful!I was simply along to help navigate this process and had no intention of even looking at any vehicles for myself, but the 2024 Sportage on the floor caught my eye. I had her do some rough calculations for me and ended up buying it from her! They worked with me on every request and gave me an amazing deal! Caesar is also a rockstar and went out of his way to make me happy and he did just that AND MORE!They were never pushy on anything and made sure I walked away comfortable with my purchase and with the best deal possible. I can t say thank you enough!Michelle and Ceasar, you re awesome! Thank you for making our experience so wonderful!

Took my 2019 Kia Sorento in to be serviced because the oil light comes on when it s idling. My car was at the rock river Kia service department for 10 and half hours and they did nothing but guess what the issue could be. They charged me for a diagnostic test, but only visually looked at the car. Told me that it was an after factory filter on the car. They did the oil change, it took them an hour and a half to complete. I was then told that I would need to come back because the oil light still came on. Every time I made a complaint, no one took accountability for the fact that my time was wasted or that they had my car the entire day and did not have any solution to the issues I brought it in for. They had no problems with telling me that it was my fault that they could not complete their jobs during the 10 and half hours they had my car.

I had the best sales representative helping me through my entire experience . That was A Lisa, she was so sweet and helpful . Throughout the whole process of purchasing my car I always felt really comfortable working with her and I knew I was in good hands . She went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my vehicle and was so helpful and patient about all of my questions and concerns . I highly recommend working with her if you re interested in buying a new vehicle !

We were treated very well. Matt was our sales representative and Mike, the manager sold us our Kia Optima 3 years ago. That's why we went back. Great group of people to buy a car from!

Sales staff were unwilling to be flexible in removing optional add ons, and force me to purchase items I did not want or need. They then attempted to force me to purchase an $1,800 product that I didn't need, and were reluctant to remove it.I later learned that the Salesman I was negotiating with wasn't even certified to sell Kia vehicles, and that is why he had trouble answering some of my specific questions.

My wife and I purchased a Kia Telluride from Rock River Kia about a week ago and had great buying experience. As a matter of fact we have either leased or bought three vehicles from Mike our salesman and Doug our sales manager. Both are great hard working people that are not pushy and will help you out anyway they can. Mike and Doug are very knowledgeable and made the car buying process a breeze. We have found that they have the best prices anywhere around. I would also like to thank Jason for the great customer service.

My first new car in years and it's 2023 , I appreciate the attention they had with me even without knowing if they would approve the sportsge I wanted. Mike was very patient and helped me with everything. I must mention that I am Latina and they helped me with a person who speaks Spanish. Even when they spoke to me in English I could understand them because they did it clearly and slowly

I can t say enough good things about Rock River Kia when I first decided to buy a Kia and I came here from the moment I walked through the doors it was professional. It was friendly. It was non-confrontational. It was not pushy. The gentleman Mike who sold me my vehicle was more than helpful. He did everything he possibly could to tell me everything about the vehicle took me on a test ride which obviously is normal but he didn t try to push me out the door after he sold me the car. It was just an awesome experience and then when I went to get my first servicing done that too was a very excellent experience. They have a busy shop and got me in on an appointment and took care of my vehicle. They re friendly professional and courteous. I cannot say enough good things about rock River Kia. Thank you for an awesome car and for an excellent experience.

The female sales lady the minute I walked in had a major attitude with me I explained to her that I was looking for a gentleman that I had been emailing about a car that I was going to purchase that day and she told me that the guy is in the back office and he had no idea what he was talking about and the car that I was looking at was not available even though I saw it on the website that morning

After many years, we finally broke down and bought a new 2023 Kia Sportage SUV. Did a lot of in depth research on different brands and models. I test drove many and decided that the Kia Sportage was the right vehicle for my wife and I. We just love it!The staff at Rock River Kia made it a delight to make this purchase. My young salesman Matt Bethune was extremely attentive to every one of our needs and he along with his sales manager negotiated a very fair price for us to close the deal. I can't say enough about this young man Matt. He is not overpowering in his sales approach, very patient and extremely considerate of his customer's needs. I would highly recommend asking for him if anyone is in the market for a new or used vehicle. Just wanted to put my 2 cents worth in this recommendation. Thank you Matt and the staff of Rock River Kia!!More kudos for now the Rock River Service Dept. Unfortunately, a fuel pump failed in my new Kia Sportage. Stuff happens and they immediately diagnosed the problem and ordered the new pump. I worked with my salesman Matt and met a new young man named Derrick Rhoades. Just like Matt he was a true professional. Worked with me and explained what was going on and guaranteed a solution. This guy was very professional and extremely customer oriented! Kudos to you Derrick! Also, to Matt for great follow-up!! What a team!! Greatly appreciate it!!

Mike and Doug helped me greatly with my purchase. There was no added or hidden fees, they were always there to answer my calls and help in every way I needed. Even purchasing a car from across the country was not a problem and they were able to help every step along the way.

I bought a new car on 4/28. It was a pretty easy and smooth process. Not pushy at all. Logan was awesome as well as the Finance Manager(can't remember his name). Overall a great experience and am happy to join the KIA family :)

Honestly I like my Kia Seltos but I don't like the customer service here! Especially the service department! You have to book a month prior just for an oil change! Justin (a service advisor) told me I need to drive my car more often since I have such low mileage. He told me higher mileage cars are better than my almost 2 year old car with less than 9,000 miles on it! My oil light came on and I wanted to bring it in and they said it would be a month wait. I brought it in anyway and waited. Justin lectured me on my low mileage like it was a bad thing. He was asking every other customer who called if they could just leave their car. I can't be without a car and I told him that. I don't live in town. Their service department needs a total redo! I don't understand why it takes so long for a oil change even if it's busy?! My husband's car gets done at Lou Bachrodt in an hour at most! I will never buy here again!

As a handicapped senior citizen I could not have bought a car at a better place.Mike in sales went far beyond what was expected & needed. From the managers to accounting everyone I had contact with went out of their way to be accommodating l recommend this place to anyone. Especially seniors & handicapped looking to buy a car. Remember to ask for Mike he is the best ever.

Just bought a new Telluride from them. I normally hate buying a new car but this was the easiest car purchase I ve ever made. Great staff, not pushy. I m super happy with the service I received. And they didn t try to charge me over MSRP like a lot of dealerships are doing right now.

I came in to test drive a car that I confirmed TWICE was available over the phone. When I arrived, the car I came to test was being sold, was given no notice of this. I waited to test drive the 2nd one that they had in the inventory and waited over 20 minutes for them to pull it around. This normally wouldn't be an issue until I was told the car hasn't been inspected yet and I wouldn't be able to test drive or purchase the car today. Why was I not told this in advance or over the phone?? How was there two of the same cars in the inventory where one was already being sold and the other not even available?? Wasted my day coming out from Elgin, very excited to purchase a car and was jipped twice. Do not recommend this location without getting verbal confirmation that what you want is there, and it doesn't matter who you talk to on the phone, they wont be there.

Just got off the phone with Cass in the service department. Top notch customer service. Straight forward and friendly while answering calls about recall work. In a 5 minute conversation, she showcased her professionalism and probably deserves a raise.....just sayin'!

First experience with Rockford Kia was an absolute success! Salesman, Mike A., was attentive but in no way pushy or overbearing from the first day I stopped by just to look at my new baby. I don't think I've met a nicer salesman, but the man I dealt with when I stopped by with a question a few days later was just as kind and helpful! Very impressed ; right down to the guy who was oh so happy to take my money. They have a great team!

Rock River Kia SOLD ME A LEMON !!! Buyer beware Purchased a brand new 2022 fully loaded Kia Sportage EX with zero miles in October 2021. Been having issues ever since, its been in their shop multiple times. Will be having it towed again to their shop because I am having the same issue. Went by Kia on 2/4/2023 they told me I can trade it in for a car that would cost me $58k! I know what I have to do now moving forward .

Initially they responded quickly but this is the 5th different Kia dealership I have attempted to work with and like the other 4 I asked for some quotes and had some initial discussions and was told they would get back to me. I had two different people text me back and both just kind of disappeared and never got me the info I asked for. We want to order a Kia but it appears finding a Kia dealer that provides customer service is an incredibly difficult task.
