Jon and his crew are great mechanics. Honest, professional, dependable, and courteous. They always explain what needs to be done, the cost, and how long it will take. I have never had a negative experience here at Plaza Auto Clinic. They do an amazing job on your car, and are extremely knowledgeable about them. If you're confused about anything they will walk you through it. They are fair on prices so if that worry you, come here. Highly recommend them.

WOW these guys are good! I was in town from Michigan visiting for the weekend when my brakes went out on Monday. REALLY needed to get back to Michigan on Tuesday. One of the mechanics worked late Monday night to make this happen. Repair cost inline with estimate. I have nothing but good things to say about John at Plaza Auto Clinic. He's a mechanic I trust implicitly and who will go the extra mile to help. They've done great work on my cards and I keep thanking the neighbor who recommended him to me in the first place!

Been using this shop for car work for years. Learned something more this time around. The owner is a tire man. He saved me over a hundred on the next best price. Check out his tire prices next time you need some new treads.

My better half of nine years used this place. I never asked her any questions. Untill this past week. She took her vehicle in for new thermostat and running rough .Like on 7 of 8 cylinders. They said water pump was leaking. First clue. Never a drop on garage floor. Plus I had watched coolant circulate before she took it to them. $1217 later she got it back. I examined receipt and compared parts prices to Rock Auto. Plaza was gouging the hell out of her. Plus instead of fixing the rough running they simply told her to unload it on someone else. It was a bad injector. 1.5 hours and I'm no mechanic. Injector was $86. When you walk in their door bring your own condom. Or they will charge you $50 for theirs.

Cant say enough great things about these guys !!!!! You have any question, problem, concern about your vehicle...you go there !! They explain what was wrong, how it was fixed. Or if it needs to be fixed. They wont rip you off, they treat you and your vehicle with respect n care. They're great !!
