This has been a terrible experience & we're not happy customers. We've had 4 lease trucks over a 5 year term & the trucks have been nothing but trouble as Penske fails to ever truly fix anything that breaks on these units, it's always a temp repair and the unit goes down again.

The mechanics are great but if you are a professional driver there is NO driver lounge only 2 chairs in the garage (even if you are here for hours) and NO vending machines!

My company rents their trucks from Penske and Penske does our repairs love the Rockford location they are attentive to the repair needs and they get it done . 5 stars is not enough they do excellent work.

Customer service wasn't great. Waited in lobby for over 20 minutes while the manager was on the phone dealing with a customer, which should've been done through a customer service line. Regardless, wasn't a good experience. Currently sitting outside of their building to dispute a gas charge it's 11:21am and it says they close at 12(Noon), but unfortunately they closed before business hours which isn't allowed. Sad.

A little pricey $2300 for 7 daysThe guy that helped me out wasnt at the counter when i arrivedThe mechanic had to look for him which took about 15 min When he finally showed up he was decently helpful but didn't know much about the truckI rented - 26ftr which I told him had air ride and air brakesHe didn't even set the parking brake when passing it on to me but idk whateverThe truck was fully insured which costed me $265No problems though I moved my house 1000 miles away np

Truck was 1.5 hours late getting ready first week we rented. Second week we rented there wasn't a truck for us. We were charges for a full tank of gas when we returned full and manager hasn't returned our phone calls for two days. What happened to service?? We are a business that rents trucks.

Its probably best i don't leave a comment it really would make you service manager look pretty bad how he treats your customers. We drivers will just use different locations for our service.

Fantastic Manager Toby!!! Wonderful Sue, Megan and Bianca gave me an EXCELLENT DEAL FOR MY TRUCK RENTAL AND MSDE ME FEEL APPRECIATED. Actually Toby went out of his way for me and gave me the top of the line 15 -16" Footer VERY CLEAN Moving Truck. That truck was so comfortable to drive!!! All my furniture was protected/secured even though I made wide quick turns while driving...YIKES . NOT ONE THING ON PENSKE TRUCK GOT BROKEN. I would recommend PENSKE TRUCKS FOR ANYTHING. THEY PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you again Toby and all your team of professionals. YOU ARE THE BEST

They charged me more then what they promised....and took 1.5 to check out on my time....400.oo for the biggest truck for one day.never again. I Could have got 2 men and a truck Cheaper. And not killed myself.

Horrible. They tried to price gouge me for $600 for 1 day. Uhaul is literally 1/2 of the price for the same size truck
