We had a hail storm in April. I took my car to parsons East. They came out looked at the car and sent an estimate to the insurance company.Follow up phone call we setup an appointment for them to work on the car.2 weeks after first contact I ve dropped the car off for repairs. (This is due to my schedule no complaints yet)After one week they call and say we didn t realize how bad it was so we re going to replace the roof and hood. Pull the dents in everything else. I m thinking cool new parts. Even better. The down side is they said parts were on back order 4-6 weeks and I should Come get the car until the parts come in so I didn t waste my rental car.12 weeks later I called them to see if the parts came in. Still no hood or roof ordered. The sounded flustered/frantic in the phone because they ve obviously forgotten about me. Mark the guy dealing with me was on vacation.Parts magically show up in one week instead of 4-6 It took them about a week to finish. Except that they didn t get all the parts. 3 weeks later and I had to call them again to see if the final part came in for my windshield.That was until I realized they cut the wires for my remote start fob that mounts on my windshield. When I called to inquire about it Mark tried telling me that they wouldn t have touched the remote start. (Mind you he s telling me this as I m looking at the broken stripped wires, and he didn t physically work on the car) They ended you ordering me new wires for the remote start but couldn t fix it. I had to take it somewhere else.To sum it all up, the car looks great. They just lie to their customers. Order the parts, be honest if you did or didn t, and don t try to hide cut wires and play me for the fool. I imagine your guy tried to hide it expecting I wouldn t use it until winter and by that time oh it s been months there s nothing we can do now

Mark Chiodini has helped me from the second I walked in the door. He was Is knowledgeable and informative,with years of experience under his belt. The quote he gave was way more reasonable than other reputable shops around. He worked with my insurance so I didn't have to. It made the whole process so much easier for me.. A week later my car is brand new!! Thanks again Mark!!

The work done to my car is great. I had to keep asking to have a dent added but they kept telling me it wouldn't be covered. I had to call my insurance company myself to had the dent submitted. They covered it no problem. After picking up my car and dropping off the rental, two weeks later I'm being charged for still having the rental!! They never closed out the claim. I spent over an hr on the phone trying to figure it out. My money will be returned to me but not till the end of next week. They did got work but man, it's just too much of a headache I didn't want or need.

Mark and Rick were so wonderful. They really went the extra mile for me. I can not say enough good things. Everyone I talked to was really friendly, they talked with my insurance and made dealing with that really hassle free, they took time and care to get every part that my car needed, they kept me updated as they went, the body work is beautiful, and my paint (being a tough color to match) looks like when I got my car new. I have my baby back in excellent condition thanks to them. It took a little time, but good things come to those who wait, and quality work takes time. I couldn't have chosen a better place.

Needed body work and panel replacement on our service truck, they did a great job and repaired a hood that you cannot tell was repaired. Everything fits and functions perfectly again and looks great after being painted and repaired. Thank you

Absolutely terrible customer service. The first lady that answered was kind and helped me set up an appointment 3 days from the day of the call. I called to confirm time day of, a guy answers jn a harsh voice, asks for my name and insurance company and upon telling him the company he refused to give me a time because "my insurance does all the estimates" after ive confirmed i need to take it to get a estimate. Seems like they really dont want or like work. Defenitley WILL NOT be taking my car here due to him alone.

I wish I could give negative stars. I had my 2002 Chevy Camaro fixed here 8 years ago. When I originally picked up the car one month after they originally started repairs, I immediately noticed that some of the door trim pieces were cracked as if they had been pulled away from the body at a 90� to remove them. I pointed it out and they ordered replacements, no problem. I was a happy customer. Now, 8 years later, I've moved to Arizona and car starts overheating. Assuming this has something to do with the extreme heat and needing a different thermostat, I replace that. The problem persists so I take it to a shop. They were able to find the issue which was caused from shoddy repair work. Apparently, over the last 8 years, my wiring harness has been rubbing on part of my frame because it wasn't routed correctly after the repair, severing the wires to one of the cooling fans. Mind you, the repair shop I took it to called ME to ask if the vehicle had be ever been in an accident. So I call Parson's -mostly because the accident wasnt my fault and being 8 years ago I have literally no idea which insurance company the repairs were handled through. To say the representative on the phone was unhelpful would be an understatement. I was actually told "Well, you should have come to us long before 8 years after the repair." ARE. YOU. KIDDING. ME? The issue was just brought to my attention and had I stayed in Rockford forever, I probably would have never noticed until a wire to something more serious was severed. I'm not in the business of repairing cars after accidents YOU are. And it's YOUR job to make sure you have competent people doing it, similarly to how it's my responsibility to make sure I'm competent at MY job. Which has NOTHING to do with automotive repair. Maybe, if you'd have fixed the car correctly E I G H T Y E A R S A G O we wouldn't be having this conversation and you wouldn't be getting a bad review.

Mark and the team at Parson's did a great job repairing my new truck. There was a dent and crease where someone had backed in to it on the car lot. It looks perfect now. Well done!

People are rude they lie, and use used parts 2 different vehicles bad experience both times, they damaged other parts then denied it. They talk to you like your dumb

Not the best place to go if you ask me. Front work was done and i still hear lots of noise and they don't want to warrenty their work they say i have to pay out of my pocket after they receive a big check from the insurance, now they don't even no me!!! not recomended......
