I actually have an account with this Auto Parts store, but did no good come from having it. I paid an unbelievable amount for transmission fluid even with an account on file. The counter help was pretty good.

I needed something quick for an in and out the door. The employee that helped me could not have been more help than he was. Amazingly friendly staff. I recommend you stop here for your car needs.

Appreciate the good sense and good advice here! As a chain they sent to have a lot of this: never feel up sold. Kinda wonder if all the hardware store people from the old days are now at o'reilly!

Received a coupon in a email for my birthday $5 off $5. When I went to use it on a $12 item they said I needed to spend more even though there was no $ amount needed on the email. I will never go back. Very shady what do they call it hook and switch.

They have everything. Just call in advance in case you need it ordered. They are very prompt. Troubles? Manage is John. Very friendly

I called in inquiring about the Kelly Bluebook value of my car. The gentleman explained that they don't do that there and told me I could do it online. I told him I tried and the only results I got were car dealerships calling me. He said he wasn't busy at the moment and he did it for me and he didn't have to. He got me the information I needed and referred me to someone that would purchase my car type. He was extremely helpful and it did not benefit him in any way and I really appreciate that. I do frequent oriley's for windshield, wipers and light bulbs as needed.

Staff wasn t helpful. Went in for a simple replacement headlight and the employee tried to sell a $100 headlight then after repeating that that s not what s needed then he mentioned the $17 headlight that was available. Just walked out at that point.. the audacity..

Bonnie always takes care of me and everyone else in the store and does her best to make sure every one is taken care of commercial and over the counter sales. She is awesome !

Walking in store looks great, Service needs improvement. As many times as I've shopped at this location, no one has asked if I needed any assistance. If I asked for help, the employee wasn't helpful at all! This is why I prefer going to Advanced Auto Parts.

I bought a starter for my car from this location with a life warranty i lost the resept And I use my phone number and when they put the number on the system they put a wrong number in the system so after a few months later the starter start acting up so I took it back to get a new 1 because of my warranty my number is not on the system but the guys still remember me and When we check the starter on their machine The starter work but on the car it don't work it's not given the car big power for the car so I told him let me try a new one on the car he said I'm not the boss so I cannot give you a new I went to autozone and bought a new starter the starter work fine on my car I went there to tell him he said don't talk to me get out of my store The boss at the stor he don't have a respect for the customers iwill never go back to the store again

Went to AutoZone to get my check engine light, checked out. Told me I needed all new ignition coils. With a V6 and $80 a piece, that's a lot of money. So I went to O'Rilly to get a second opinion. And Nick gave GREAT SERVICE!! Told me I didn't need 6, only one was needed. And didn't try to up charge me, and broke down the AutoZone report. Also have me tips on how to fix up my truck, thank you Nick, I will definitely be coming over to O'Rilly from now on for all my vehicle needs!

Get a lot of parts from them and they are almost always in stock. My cars are old so that's a big plus. Some places online a little cheaper but they are knowledgeable and you can rent tools from them for cheap or nothing. They have good deals on different items all the time.

They need to hire more people during the day. It is good they are busy, but itbwould relax current employees iff they had more help.

0 stars .... literally just spent $450 on calipers, rotors, pads, brake clean, brake fluid at O'Reilly's to do brake job on 2011 Ford expedition .... asked to use their restroom .... told "no public restroom" ... will not be going back!!

Was visiting from out of town and had an alternator emergency. They had the right part in stock and was able to refer me to a mechanic who had me on my way just a couple hours later. I will definitely go back !

Called talk to nate then logan an to different storys one said I can get a starter at the price match price then go in they tell me it hast to have same warranty but don't say that on 5he phone very bad business and I'm going to call when nates in and chew him out.....!!!!

Get stranded at orileys and Ernie will not change battery that I want to buy because it is too cold. Give me a big attitude as well. I use like this parts store when Cameron was working but the guy can t even let me use a wrench to change a battery that I will buy? So now I had to take a Uber to my house just to get a wrench. I will never shop at orileys again in my life note will my wife or the rest of my family.William ball

Good place to get parts for your auto and always have what needed in stock. Located in many neighborhoods so not far for what you need and good hours for your convenience
