I set up an appointment for a recall repair over a week in advance, and after arriving and sitting in the waiting room for ~15 minutes, I'm told they don't have the part and can't get it today. That's why I made an appointment. Why wasn't the shop prepared? Big waste of time for everyone.

Was in the market to buy a car and James was a tremendous help! He said he was new but I don t believe it! Helped me through the whole process with no problems! The Petes were also great, too! Thanks for everything guys! We love our new car!

Nissan service center on East State St the 2 times I have gone it has been phenomenal. It was fast, easy, and they were friendly. If you have anything wrong with your Nissan I suggest you bring it to these guys!

In response to Anderson on my review. My vehicle had 143,000 miles on it. They told me to drive it for a couple months since they could not diagnose. Then when they did diagnose too much damage done and they said I would need a new engine at $15,000 or they found a used one at $7,500. Sales department offered me $500 for my 2012 Nissan Armada Platinum that was very well maintained and the service manager stated that. I lost approximately $10,000 in trade-in value and I believe it was because I was told to drive it until the vehicle acts up worse.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
