Midwest Highline, took care of me from start to finish as I purchased a new vehicle from them! They walked me through their show room and answered all of my questions. They had great customer service from the time I walked through the door until they handed me the keys. Will be referring them to anyone that is looking for a certain vehicle in the future. the best customer service I bought a car from them they treat me like a VIP they picked me up from the airport. Ask me if I need lunch I will always do business with them it s a family owned business A+A+A

I bought a set of Dodge Viper wheels from this guy. One wheel was damaged due to poor packaging. UPS would not cover full value because seller lied about the value to save on s&h. Seller promised a refund of $650 for the one damaged wheel, (I wanted to keep the 3 good wheels). He then changed his mind when he found another buyer for full set for more money; and would only cover the damaged wheel if I returned the whole set including the 3 good wheels that I wanted to keep. Ended up getting less than half of what seller originally promised and I had to eat the s&h. Took well over a month due to seller being unresponsive and uncooperative. Worst dealer I ever dealt with.Just something to consider before you hand him $100k+ for one of his used cars.I see that the owner responded to this review suggesting that I take this up with whoever sold me the wheels. The guy I dealt with was named Charles Salamone who is listed on the website as one of the owners.

This was my 1st buy of a vehicle out of area. I can't say enough about the way Frank and team made us feel throughout the entire transaction. From numerous videos, photos, conversations, he never made me feel as I was bothering him. Once we finally made the decision to purchase, Frank ensured transportation from IL to WA was lined up in a safe and secure transport. I feel like I got an above average vehicle for a great price and excellent service. I would highly recommend them and will check with Frank on my next purchase. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Frank and Charles at Midwest Highline. They have a large variety of high end specialty vehicles priced very competitively. The service is very personalized in a no pressure to buy atmosphere. When I purchased a vehicle I have to say it was by far the easiest and most streamlined process I or my wife have ever experienced.If you are looking for a great experience with knowledgeable professionals then you found it here. It is a family owned business that treats you like family.I'm happy to report this won't be our last purchase with Midwest and we will be recommending others to experience the same amazing service.

Response times were spot on. Overall transaction was smooth. However, in no way was the Escalade mechanically "looked over". Rusted brake rotors and a bad wheel bearing would have been apparent. First time not getting a 3rd party inspection and I regret not doing so. Even so, I recommend Midwest Highline. Thanks Frank!

Very nice to work with. I would highly recommend Midwest Highline to any fellow car collectors looking for a solid, quality pre-owned sports car.The car I purchased was better than described and while I was there, I was impressed with the overall quality and diversity of their inventory.My transaction was quick, easy and the follow up communication was fantastic. I will be checking their inventory often and would buy here again without hesitation.

One of the best experiences ever! Frank was great to deal with and being 7 hours away was a little tough to get over the see the car. He took several videos and lots of pics. Had the car shipped here and it was more than amazing when it showed up!!! Thanks for a great experience!

The orange viper I purchased from Midwest Was everything I thought it would be and more! I had it towed to the Dodge dealership there for a buyer's inspection. The technician said it was one of the nicest viper's he's ever seen. That made me feel a little bit better. It's the first time I've ever signed a contract online and wired that kind of money. I a was bit nervous until I personally inspected the car and had it home in my garage. Thanks again Midwest highline

This place says they have a passion for cars but no NOTHING about the cars history they sell. Their just typical "SALESMEN" so be very cautious of dealing with them as they do not care about your best interest their pocketbook. They wasted my time regarding purchase of a vehicle.

10 stars out of 5! I have been in the business of buying and selling collector cars for nearly 20 years. Midwest Highline is hands down the BEST dealership that I have ever done business with. Salt of the earth people who put their clients interests above their own. They deal in nothing but the highest pedigree of highline automobiles and will represent every imperfection of each car (if any exist) honestly. Midwest Highline will be my first choice for any consignments, purchases, or sales that I have in the future. Honesty, integrity, and friendliness are very hard traits to find in the used car market, MWH has them all!

Messaged about a car in their inventory no response. One week later we were in the area and decided to pit stop to check it out, called the guys and they say we re gone for the day. This was 3pm on a Friday and we re 4 hours from home. We thought we d impulsively go home with a Z06 but I guess they don t want to sell.

Not a fan of this car dealers practice of cat-fishing sellers (they pose themselves as regular buyers) and then sending you a lowball offer on your car(s). I have 3 sports cars for sale and after several messages back and forth to provide the details they ve requested (and forgetting about cars they ve already asked about) this guy, Frank, lowballs me with $8,000 less than asking (for each vehicle) and finally identifies himself as a car dealer. Shame on you Midwest Highline! Because of car dealers like this, we should enact a law where they need to identify themselves at the beginning of conversations before wasting peoples time. Ethical dealerships already do this. Who knows, if I had a good experience with Midwest Highline, I might have become a customer down the road. Your move on doing the right thing going forward, Midwest Highline...

BY FAR THE BEST AND EASIEST DEALER TO WORK WITH. From the start the dealer was very professional and patient. This was my first big purchase and im glas to have had the guidance from this dealership in insurancing that I don't get screwed over. Literally 100 stars of I could.
