Just had my 2500 serviced at Kurt s on Wansford Way off Harrison Ave this morning. What a great experience! Friendly staff, extremely knowledgeable and a very clean waiting room. The service technician, Eli and his team took great care of me and I was out of there in roughly 30 minutes. I wouldn t go anywhere else to bring my truck. Seriously, the best place in town! Thanks Kurt s!

They tried to make the most amount of money of me and when that didnt work they resulted to rigging my van. Three different people were communicating with me and none of them were on the same page. $2000 later I still had to take my van elsewhere to get it fixed in 2 hours what they didnt do right in 6 weeks. Go somewhere else. This company is horrible.

I've owned 2 vehicles & they've taken care of both! My engine went out on my truck & every shop I've called before them told me to junk it but after talking to the helpful, knowledgeable & professional guys here they told me they could help me! They towed my truck from my home & kept me updated on everything they were doing so there was no surprise charges. They rebuilt my engine & it's been rolling ever since! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable mechanics for a reasonable price!

I was a first timer they fit me in rite away made me feal relaxed took care of all my needs recommended safety issues but didn't try to sell me something didn't want so came back following day dumped my second vehicle on them and it was done fast friendly and efficiently hands down lot of places you can go out there but want to know your AR the rite place go to Kurt's ask for Brad and did I mention this man has the best customer communications always informed this is now home for any of my future needs thanks guys for being there in my time of needs pleased appreciative customer

Great shop! And on the west side of Rockford too. These guys have helped quite a few of our friends and family through auto electric issues. We have found value and reliability with them.

Kurt's does an awesome job on my vehicle's. They always do quality work at a fair price and save me money when they can. An honest and trustworthy mechanic can be hard to find and Kurt's has been just that for years!

They were able to get me in the same day to fix my breaks. They also dropped me off and picked me up at home when my car was done! Price was fair. Everyone was super friendly..It's a family owned well ran business. THANKS for your help and making my problem your top priority!

I trust and reccomend this business. They will not hesitate to contact dealer to check on warranties. To be honest I'd rather pay them to do warranty work then take to the dealer for them to screw car up(which they have done). The most important factor is their knowledge and honesty. My go to car shop.

Unfortunately there are some bad apples in the auto repair industry but I am thankful to say KURT'S is NOT one of them. Friendly, customer focused, quick turnaround and affordable is what you get from Kurt's! This is a place that won't do any unethical extras on your car. They fix what needs to be fixed and no add on's! I recommend all my family and friends to go here. If you are in need of your car to be repaired, I recommend you going here too!

These guys care, they answered all my questions were up front with me on pricing and what needed to get done and didn't try to pressure me into repairs that were not needed. The selling point is when we were about to leave and one of their guys ran out of the garage to give me a few bits of info I didn't even think to ask about. This is a good group if people here and a great place to take your car.

Took my 2014 Jeep to get it checked for a coolant leak. They contacted a Jeep dealership on my behalf to find out I still had 2 months of warranty left. I was able to take my Jeep for repairs at the Jeep dealership and get my repairs completed for free. Kurt s Automotive does what s best for their clients not what s best for their pocket. I would definitely recommend Kurt s Automotive.

Best place to go for any problems. I have had my work trucks worked on here and all my family cars. I even bought a truck from them. I have never had any problems or concerns with there work or there staff.
