Workmanship is absolutely horrible. Took my car to them 2 times for them to do an alignment they did it wrong the 2nd time. Drilled out my alignment pins didn't get the car in line now I'm having to go elsewhere for a new tire and a while nother alignment that was do e wrong g from the start. I'll never go there again and warn anyone from going there especially for an alignment or anything to do with the front end

Stopped in there this morning on my way to office, right as they opened, to repair a nail in my tire. They quickly brought my car in and fixed in 15 minutes or less. Outstanding shop and will continue to have them help me maintain my vehicle!

The staff is very educated and informative. The customer service is above what you normally see in other places. I am always confident Kurt's will do quality work at a fair price. Kurt's replaced a wheel bearing and a door lock actuator on my 2012Town and country van. I had a very good experience with them, the repairswere covered under an extended warranty I had. They took care of everythingcommunicating with my warranty agent and keeping me in the loop. Great job, and the van was very clean and vacuumed when I picked it up.DL

I took my car to get the brakes looked at and was very pleased! I liked that I talked directly with the mechanics when dealing with my car and not a desk manager. All of my questions were answered and my car now works wonderfully.

I found myself in a terrible situation. I drove back to Rockford from NC for Thanksgiving and found my car making a -so-great noise. I made an appt for Wednesday and noted I needed the car back on Wednesday as well, cuz I left on Saturday morning and they were closed on black Friday.Turns out both front wheel bearings were toast and my front passenger ball joint and axle needed to be replaced. Kurt's went above and beyond to get the necessary parts and fix everything, and I was able to pick it up on Wednesday!!!Mike was extremely communicative during the day so I knew exactly what was going on. I can't thank Kurt's enough for their fantastic customer service! I presented them a nearly impossible task, and they knocked it out of the park!!!

I'm to old to work on cars and they aren't easy unless you have a fortune stuck in diagnostic equipment. Kurt's has been our go to place for several years. We aren't into trading cars and making monstrous payments and have opted to repair on occasion when things go wrong. Kurt's does it right and for a cost we can handle. I have not found any one there that wasn't personable. Very nice! Till the end Kurt's. Till the end.

I've been getting my oil changed at kurts for a couple years now, never had to wait more than 15 minutes for service. Prices are reasonable and service is excellent. Staff is always super friendly. Can't recommend this place enough.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

two guys that came over to change my uhaul tire, they went above and beyond for me. They not only changed the front tire that was bald but they put two new tires on and rotated the back tires as well. They did a great job and did it quicker than expected. These guys definitely know what they're talking about, and they're very nice to talk to as well. I'm very happy with my choice. I just bought four new tires through them, and they did a very nice job helping me find the tires I wanted and installing them quickly.It's also awesome that they are within walking distance of my home, and I would definitely consider that fact if you are looking for a place to live in Rockford.

I got a synthetic oil change with Mobil 1. The price was reasonable and the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. It took them a bit longer than a typical quick oil change place but I was ok with that knowing that they were doing a thorough job checking many different areas of my vehicle. They're a full service repair shop as well so their knowledge extends beyond oil changes. I'll definitely go back.

Long story short, I ran into the ditch and my car was overheating as I drove it to work, so I brought it here strictly out of proximity. They were very honest upfront about wait time, especially since a lot of the radiator work is handled by somebody that isn't necessarily there every day of the week. Also they were very honest about costs, and even quoted me the price on getting the bumper fixed. At the end of the day, they did a great job in shaping the bumper, and I feel as if I don't even need to take it to a body shop. Bob, the manager, is extremely timely and very friendly. One of the parts received came damaged, and I was called promptly detailing that is would be re-ordered. They could have just installed it damaged, so big props for that.

I have gone here for several years to get my oil changed and have been very pleased with the service I have received. At this point, I have not needed to use them to fix my vehicle (although I would strongly consider it if needed).While you pay a little bit more than an "express oil change", you certainly get what you pay for in service and technicians with knowledge.

Outstanding service, great pricing. They really go above and beyond for their customers. My vehicle required fabrication that most shops wouldn t have attempted, but they took care of it and got my vehicle back on the road. Treated me like family from the minute I stepped through the door. Highly recommended.

My step father who used to fix cars recommended this place to me. They were quick and well priced. I used them for two of my cars, 2006 Toyota Corolla with 150,000 miles and a 2014 Kia Forte with 120,000 miles. Will use again.

I had my oil changed in my 2014 RAM 1500. Their customer service was excellent! They answered any questions I had and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of. The manager even pointed out an issue with my exhaust that may cause some issues down the road. Great service, I will be coming back!

If you don't care about anyone paying attention to detail...take your car here. I was counting on a good shop and good mechanics. Not here. I expressed my concerns with Tom, a "shop manager". He told me that it isn't their job to tell me if there was a low amount of oil in my engine. I went in specifically for an oil change. I guess an engine holding only a quart of oil isn't something to tell a customer and owner of their vehicle. Not professional.Service: Oil change

I have used Kurt's for the past several years. My sister and son have also used their services. They have extremely well trained and educated service personal on both sides of their business - lube/oil service & general automotive repair - who are very easy to work with. They never try to 'upsell' you for unneeded services and always ask your permission before performing any work on your vehicle.They can provide you with a rental vehicle if you need one or give you a ride back and forth if needed. I would never think of using anyone else in the Rockford area.

Needed an oil change and was at another garage, they told me it would be next day. I called over to Kurt's and the receptionist say I could be next for service. I drove over and my car went straight into the service bay. Was a little pricey for an oil change but the service was fast and efficient.

Very pleased with quality of work, service and cost. I have been going to Kurt's for about 3 years now for various types of work (simple oil changes to engine work). They are very competitve in their prices and will work with me discussing options for work that needs to be done (i.e. they don't try and oversell service for something you may not need right away). Also, I like that they will give me a ride to and from work while they work on my car. I recommend them to my friends and family.

Polite and changed my oil. Also, they replaced a headlight bulb at $0 labor. Dealerships have charged me over $60 labor to change the front bulbs on Chevy Traverse because, they claim, they have to take off the front bumper to access the bulb. Not Kurt's. They accessed the bulb through the access panel in the wheel well, at no labor charge. I'll return.
