I was traveling out of town in a rental car and I had a flat tire. The rental car company offered to send someone for a fee. The flat happened to be near Just Tires entry so I ran to ask them if they could install the donut tire until I could make it back to the airport to exchange vehicles. The obliged and much to my surprise this was no charge! Thank You again to East State St Just Tires!

This is my first time ever visiting a Just Tires location. I had a flat tire and the customer service was very good and communication throughout my wait time, around 1 hr. was good as well. My car tire was assessed and a tire patch was installed from the inside-out of the existing tire. The service person who assisted me today was knowledgeable and patient with describing the work that was going to be done so understood fully. I trust the tire patch repair will remain functional and no more flat tire issue with this existing tire as long as no more puncture mark occurs from any object. The service person s name was Conception, who I found out was also the manager of this location I went to. For any flat tire need in the future, I ll likely return to this same location if I m close to it. Thank you!

Poor service and communication. They are very condescending when you will not approve their over two thousand dollar "recommended repairs". Brought to a real mechanic, Powders Automotive, and none of it was remotely necessary.

My family and I have been doing business with Just Tires for a few years. We are always impressed by the great service, quick turn around, and efficiency of the staff. We always leave knowing we received quality service. Cannot recommended just tires enough for all your car needs. I was able to schedule an appointment and left with new tires within 3 hours. Dave answered all of my questions and I left extremely confident in my purchase.

Great service from David and crew. I was out of town and wound up with a flat tire. They were very accommodating and the service was outstanding. I will definitely use Just Tires in my area from now on. Thanks David

My uncle Bob first recommended me to have a car alignment at JustTires. So I did & felt satisfied with my experience. So now I have been getting oil changes & various jobs done here since 2017. Definitely recommend this crew!Thanks JustTires!!-Brent Erickson

They performed a front brake job on my truck . However they misplaced the cap that went on my wheel. I have called numerous times and no response! I've had this truck over 4 years and the cap was always on the wheel! I am very disappointed in this service! This is an update! After not hearing from these people I decided to call again today Friday November 16th at 4 p.m. however I was told the same thing nothing was missing or found so after all the money I spent at that place I do not recommend anyone going there because they offered no apology or any type of restitution for something that they lost while doing the work on my car!

Just Tires put new front brakes on for me yesterday. (4/23/22) I wasn't sure if it was my brakes or not. Dave W. Did an excellent job of explaining everything to me. They were able to get me right in. Only took 2 hours. Very professional, yet very friendly also. A good experience. Every time I use them they do a great job. I would recommend them anytime. I used the one on State St in Rockford, IL.

The one staff member working seemed knowledgeable. Was informed upon arrival that online appointments are just for show, they don t actually work and what I planned on taking an hour would take 1.5-2.5 hours.

Went to get 4 new tires today for my car. Being a Saturday and having no appointment, I was expecting to have to wait a couple days because they were busy. David helped us out and got us in and out within a couple hours and was very helpful. Car drives great and the mechanical and customer service was excellent. I would recommend to call ahead if you need same day service because they can get busy...but this is the second time David has helped me out, the first was to repair a tire that I thought would need replacing. Two thumbs up!

Recently took my car in to Just Tires (E. State St.) to have an all wheel alignment done. After waiting an hour at a restaurant across the street with a window view to actually see my car hoisted up all that time, they call me to inform that they cannot do an alignment until I get a new lower control arm on front driver's side. The mechanics VERY likely saw a totally rebuilt suspension underneath.....new front struts, sway links, control arm on front passenger side, new rear coil springs, rear shocks, sway links in back, etc. The ONLY part of suspension that didn't need replacing was the driver's side control arm that was confirmed by my personal mechanic. All I needed was the all wheel alignment which my mechanic doesn't do. Before rear coil springs and front struts were replaced, I had other suspension repairs with alignment done a month and a half ago, after having front wheel bearings and pass. side control arm replaced (driver's side was fine.) It's a shame Just Tires lost out on $100.00 on an alignment sale because they want to con you into something else you don't need to increase their sales total. I declined on the work and had alignment done at another shop on the very same day with no one telling me I need a new control arm before I can get an alignment. Just tires should perhaps be just that.....Just Tires!!!

The staff at Just Tires are honest and trustworthy. I have been to many auto places and have felt taken advantage of but not at Just Tires. There is great customer service. It always smells nice and it is not dirty or dusty. They take good care of my car everytime. Thanks guys!

They did a great job on my vehicle! The pricing was fair and reasonable and their honesty/transparency was top notch! Service Writer, Dave was phenomenal! He provided exceptional customer service and kept continual communication with me throughout the duration of my car repair! Highly recommend to others!

Great place. Got me back up and going quick. Even double checked with Ram dealer to make sure right lug nuts were being put on to keep me with a safe ride back south. Highly recommend. Friendly knowledgeable staff

Came into this shop 9/17/22 to get an alignment. David the GM and Tom the mechanic actually looked over my car and found that it didn t actually need an alignment. Never in my life have I gone to a shop that actually told me not to give them money. They could have just given me the service and taken my money and I wouldn t have known the difference. I ll definitely be coming back to this place. Thanks again

Thankful they got me in quick- same day without a scheduled appointment on a Saturday. Very polite and professional. Waiting area was big and had a TV. Full set of 4 sturdy tires for our SUV plus alignment cost around $1,000. They tried to upsell us on extra services- kind of high pressure. I just wanted tires and spent more than I wanted but I get they are trying to run a business and gain long term customers. Other than that, it was a great experience and I ll come back. The car drives super smooth now and I m happy with the service they gave us.Edit: this post above was from 2018 and it didn t completely post until I came in to leave another positive review.

Great customer service, extremely professional. Store always clean and well kept. Dave W is always helpful, honest and goes above and beyond every time I have ever needed any service. I will keep coming back and recommend anyone that needs repairs to visit the East State Street Location.

Dave the manager does a great job. He has topped off my tires in the morning when I am on the way to Chicago before he opened the store. We share a love of food so it makes it extra special. I went there after I got a make work estimate at another big tire dealer. He did the job I needed and nothing more. That's unusual these days. I have sent him countless customers and get nothing but thanks from those I send there.

Update: the manager contacted me and left a message apologizing for things not working correctly. I really appreciate his quick response and I'm encouraged that we'll get it resolved. Changed my rating as a result.Bad business. Took my 2018 Toyota to them a month ago to have my tires re-balanced. My car would shake/shimmy at high speeds and I was headed on a long trip. After they did the re-balance, for $50, the car still behaved the same at highway speeds. So I figured it must be something else, maybe an alignment issue or wheel bearings. I took my car to the Toyota dealer today for general service and asked them to look into the problem. They advised me, to my surprise, that the tires needed re-balancing. I explained that I just had that done recently and asked whether it was needed.. Yes. After the dealer performed the re-balancing, for $50, the shake/shimmy is gone. Beware of the work performed at Just Tires on Main St.

I want to highly recommend the people at Just Tires. They are very knowledgeable and professional people.They have worked on my vehicle thru the years. I have a 2007 Jeep Liberty. I have always been pleased with their work

2 hours for an oil change and rotationWITH an appointment.They worked for 15 mins on my car. Rest of time elsewhere in the shop.Drop off, or dont bother.Car is done, waiting 10 mins on psperwork

Great shop they were honest and up front about everything I needed. I will definitely be coming here for all my tires, brake, and alignments. Dave was very knowledgeable and helpful and really took care of us.

I had a great experience at just tires. I made an appointment prior to coming in and when I did I was able to get in no problem immediately. I was greeted by Tom and the rest of the just tires crew and they brought my car in nice and carefully which is always a great way to tell if the people you re trusting your vehicle with can really be trusted. They got what needed to be done on it and even brought me into the bay to show me the repairs and other things I should get fixed up in the future. I appreciate the help from the crew at just tires and I know where I ll be bringing my vehicle to from now on! Thanks again just tires!

Ive got nothing but praise for these guys, came in with 2 flats and they had all 4 new tires on and sent me on my way no less than an hour after I dropped my car off. Great service!

I called on my way back from getting a flat tire on the highway and I was told they were short staffed and it would be a couple hours, got there and was only there one hour. Great help, fast service, and I ll definitely be passing the word a long to go here! Thank you again!!
