12/19/2022: I'm traveling through Rockford from west central Minnesota to Detroit. Halfway into the trip my steering becomes scary and unsafe. I get a hotel and call around to find a repair shop. Best case I'm looking at a week before I can get an appointment due to low staff. I called Jon and Louis and they were able to get me in and fixed within 4 hours from my initial call. Very impressed with both of them and extremely appreciative of them getting me in so soon. Great job and I wish I could bring all my cars to them but I'm 400 miles away. Always receive wonderful, quick, and very reasonably priced service here. They are one of the only places in Rockford that accepts external parts.

Have been coming here for a long time, usually happy, until now. Had vibrations in front suspension and steering wheel movement.They had the vehicle for a week, spent $300 on rental car. The repair bill was almost $400, NO part's replaced, they were able to "fix" the bad part. I drove it home and had the same issues. Spoke to Joe he told me my tires were bad. Had the tires rotated and surprise no more problem.

I haven't used this service but the gentleman on the phone was very kind and very knowledgeable about alignments, I wouldve gone to him, if he had an opening closer to what I needed, but he comes highly recommended, so he's busy

Jon is a no BS type of mechanic. Doesn't try to up-sell you on stuff you don't need, and gets the job done with a quick turnaround time.

I brought in a rear motor mount for them to install. I had replaced all the other mounts but this one was hard to reach. They had tha car almost a week. John jr said the apprentice mechanic worked long and hard on this and that he would not charge me any more than the usual charge. I drove the car away and had the same vibration. Ok...maybe its the transmission i thought. Recently i had to do some work on the engine that allowed me to see that the original rear motor mount was not replaced even tho i payed for replacement and supplied the part. He told me a story of this young mechanic struggling with this project. I believe that the young mechanic pulled one over on us. I wish Jon would have checked the kids work.

We had trouble on the interstate. They took us without an appointment, had parts delivered and Luis had us back on the road in less than an hour! Great service

They fix my old truck. I see them on a fairly regular basis. It seems like they know what they're doing, but I have no proof of this.
