If every business had customer service like this one, they would all be extremely successful. The Rockford Store is the pinnacle of great customer service. The gentleman that helped me out, definitely regained my trust and business for years to come.

Not good Customer Service. Needed a special battery pack made which they made for us many times through the years. We have our machine down. Dropped off and said it was an emergency and they said they would get back to me. 3-1/2 hours later I called and the Manager said they don't have time today. Did not even call me back and tell this. I asked him why didn't you call me earlier " Just so Busy". No Sorry or anything.

Got a new Interstate, 6 year guarantee Battery My old KIA Battery died 41 months after a 36 month Kia battery was installed

Went to this place based on previous reviews and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Great staff and costomer service, offered me multiple battery cost options and even changed it out for me. I highly recommend them for Interstate batteries!

Scott and crew were extremely helpful and efficient. This is the only place that gives ACCURATE battery testing because this place knows what CCA your specific car needs. If you have a high performance vehicle, come here! The only place I trust with my V8 Audi S5.

Great place with friendly staff. I use their battery recycling program and I received cash that I wasn't expecting. Wasn't much but worth the trip. Definitely recommend. Will return. Thanks guys!

I get econo batteries from here for all my cars and semi trucks. Even using an inverter I get over 2 years use from these "reconditioned" batteries, and they cost less than half of what new ones cost. I can't say enough good things about this store and highly recommend them

Drove all the way up here today in Hope's of dealing with an expert that could answer my questions regarding my travel trailer battery. And to make a purchase. Rick was full of knowledge and so very helpful!! Wal mart would have been such a waste of time. Thanks Rick for spending so much time educating me. I truley appreciate it. Dena McCoy

The best battery in the business. It may be expensive but you get fantastic service and a fantastic warranty. Will always buy an interstate battery.

Wow. I had a bad battery not even a year old. I walked out in less than 5 minutes with a new battery and a new warranty for no cost. The staff was extremely friendly.

Interstate batteries are the only kind I buy. The staff was helpful, and the man that helped me even carried the battery out to my car since I had my hands full with my baby.
