My agent Jennifer did a great job finding me the lowest rate and even gave me her cell phone number to ensure that if I didn t find a lower price I could still get ahold of her to get the deal offered. She even took my call after hours to get my payment through to make sure I was able to pick up my car from the lot with no issues. Definitely a 10/10 would recommend.

Theresa at the N alpine location is so helpful! She helped me get insurance on my car when I was very nervous about how to get into it. She s very nice and helpful and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend anyone looking for insurance to come here.

Nate is by far one of the best insurance agents I have ever had, he is fast accurate, and always gets me the best rate. I will stick with nate as my agent for life as long as he sticks with it. Nate great job.

OMG this is by far the worst company in dealing with insurance. I went here with a friend and she has no history of insurance and they gave her a bogus quote with high monthly premium. The agent is in Chicago, car was never repaired, no reimbursement for tows, it takes hours to talk with a representative. I don't know how they're still in business.

My neighbor hit my car 3 months ago and we have been trying to get our claim taken care of but my car is still dented. They have yet to take care of it. There has been call after call and nothing. Take my advice, the cheap price means cheap to no service. Don't waste your hard earned money and go to a company that will actually do what they are suppose to do. Insure you car.

My experience with Insurance King was great. The knowledgeable assistant knew what I needed and how quickly it would be in affect. Too all that are in serch for affordable insurance... don't waste time with the other things, apply to:"INSURANCE KING?" Have a great day.

I have now had the pleasure of dealing with Dan and the staff at Insurance King for a little over a year. They have always been professional and responsive. An added bonus is that they are also a sponsor in NASCAR in both top series NASCAR CUP and Xfinity with driver Josh Bilicki. The awesome part of that relationship is that they also send out Hero Cards to there fans which are great quality. I have to personally say that Insurance King is a great value. I highly recommend you give them a try.

My experience with the insurance King was nothing but Pleasant. They answered all my questions gave me a decent quote compared rates for me and they even emailed me a copy of my insurance policy and mailed the other one to my house I didn't have to go in and deal with anybody I would highly recommend

Always friendly customer service, great pricing, quick response with any questions and getting all set up with all the necessary documents both by email and regular mail. I would recommend them and i have to my family and friends. Only reason i gave 4 stars and not 5 is because when i lapsed in payment, i was set up with a new account and policy which would have been fine if the other one was closed. Which caused an issue but was quickly resolved in a couple days.Oh and i have to compliment the way they advertise with humor while your on hold for an agent. I prefer that over the elevator music.
