I needed to upgrade from a 2018 sedan to something larger. My wife and I found the perfect one at Hyundai on Perryville and test drove it a couple of times. This car is a 2024 Santa Fe SEL. We fell in love with the many features it offers and how different it is from the original Santa Fe models. Our Sales Consultant and friend, Christian Russell, helped my wife and I get a great deal and also provided a wonderful and memorable purchase experience and we couldn't be more happy. Thank you to Christian and the team at Hyundai on Perryville for a one-of-a-kind experience!

I purchased an Hyundai Tucson and the dealership and had a great experience. It is normally hard, as a female buyer, to buy a car and being acknowledged . I was with my husband and Andrew(my salesman) spoke to me about what I wanted in my vehicle. I had no high pressure sales that I was dreading. I was great to have him listen to what I wanted in my vehicle. Great experience! Andrew has been there after the sale to answer any questions.

My resent interaction with service department was a big disappointment and surprise to hear their arguments. I took my wife s car (Elentra , 2021) here to get it checked and fix the front collision sensor since it was under warranty. It was denied by this dealership to be fixed under warranty because they found few scratches under the bumper (not in front of the bumper nor any damage to the front of my vehicle ) .Service department stated that the sensor malfunction is caused by the damaged bumper (photo attached, not a significant damage some minor scratches). This is a low end car obviously it will have few scratches at the bottom of the bumper.I would recommend to look for the other options to avoid what I have been thru and clearly service department doesn t have any problem with that.

We just bought a new car from Christian with Hyundai, and it couldn t have been easier or more pleasant. The showroom was comfortable, the sales team were all very friendly and helpful. We didn t feel pressured, Christian did a fantastic job of helping us find what we wanted, and Luke made financing a breeze. It s also worth mentioning, we were in and out within 2 hours. It couldn t have been any better.Thanks!

Really disappointed in the service department's attention to detail and unwillingness to be proactive troubleshooting electrical problems. They are very quick to try and sell you tires, wiper blades and common maintenance, but not to listen or diagnose. My wife explained issues she is having with a Santa Fe and went on two occasions, taking time off work to do so, just to have them say oh they didn't understand or they made an appointment and didn't know what they needed to do. you'll have to come back another time. I bought my first Hyundai here, and had recent service on another car but they're losing the opportunity to sell me anything else or have me come in for service. I bought an extended warranty with my car, as I always do, and I would expect them to take a few extra minutes or be a little more concerned with taking care of a customer who drops $3000 to $4,000 on a warranty to ensure they won't have any problem getting paid with bumper-to-bumper issues. They will take the time to rinse your already clean car in their dirty reused water car wash and leave it full of spots. I'm sure the Hyundai Rep. won't be pleased with our report but we will be calling him anyway.

Don t buy anything from them. Paint is literally flaking off the car and no one, not even Hyundai wants to accept responsibility. How convenient that it was under warranty for the first 60 months but shortly thereafter the paint start peeling off. Spend your money on something better somewhere else.

The service center staff are not customer-focused nor are they providing quality service to vehicles. They wanted a full record of my car s oil change history before changing my oil, which they didn t tell me until after I went to pick my vehicle. They also didn t call me to tell me car needed to stay longer for the engine burning fuel, they instead told me after I left work early to pick up my vehicle that it would have to stay for days and that I should ve known better by booking an online appointment. This after they said two weeks ago the process was changed for what my car was in for, as if I should be up to date on Hyundai service policy changes. The desk staff called the manager who continued to tell me what I did wrong in a judgmental tone. I had similar poor customer service with my previous Hyundai vehicle more than a decade ago. Drive however far it takes to the next closest dealer to you if you must go to a dealer for service. I m guessing the sales team is better and that is why the reviews overall are above a 4.

The entire dealer is a disaster, lady at the parts has a horrible attitude, had a really bad experience in the service department as well with my vehicle. I talk to two neighbors with Hyundai vehicles and they told me exactly the same thing. They refuse to go there.

Jason from service disregarded my care when I noticed debris in my oil after my oil change (didn't leave parking lot yet i always check my own oil after a change before i leave to make sure it was done properly) he didn't note anything in my account to make me aware. So I called him outside to show him what I found after my oil change and he DIDNT CARE. I Felt rushed and belittled. All I asked that finding solid debris in my 2020 kona 28000mi car AFTER the oil change could be noted in my account (since it's under warrenty and incase something happened in the future) and he said no he won't note it and there's nothing he can do. After trying to Blame everything under the sun he then said it's due to my milage......28.000 miles and dang near brand new car? Ummmmm no. Will not be returning. I like my motor not blown. Well be traveling out of town for my warranty services for now on. First and last experience at hyundai perryville. The Young mechanic was fantastic and told me that's not normal and validated my concerns but Jason.... nah he didn't care about my car and he doesn't care about yours. Rushed me out without care

WHAT A SHAME! I bought my car from Hyundai on Perryville in 2018. I really trusted them with my car and to do right by me considering I purchased the vehicle from them directly. Recently went in for a quote due to my headlight being out. They quoted me OVER $500 almost $600 for my headlight to be replaced including labor. They said the headlight was in "a not very fun spot to get into to replace". I went to another place today Tire Depot in Loves Park and they quoted me $40.00 for the bulb and no charge for installation. I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE AGAIN AND I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW YOU OVERCHARGE PEOPLE TO KEEP YOUR BUSINESS RUNNING.DONT TRUST THEM.

Horrible communication, was told multiple different days of when my vehicle would be finished, ran into complications with them ordering the wrong part. Then made it seem like our fault the part was wrong. No communication.

I have had nothing but problems with this dealer over the last 4 years. This is my second time owning a Hyundai but unfortunately, because of the service at this dealership, I will never buy one again. When you call for service they speak to you like you do not know anything and they give you the runaround. When you need service in an urgent manner they can never get you in because they are always short-handed. You have to wait. I took my car elsewhere for service and will never go back here.

I was interested in the Tucson - picked out EXACTLY what I wanted and my husband and I headed to the dealership. Nick met us in the parking lot with a huge smile and a handshake. We sat down and talked about the car and unfortunately there were none available to test drive. Not wanting us to have "buyers remorse" Nick encouraged us to come back for a test drive a few days later. We did. We loved the vehicle - the looks, the drive, the whole thing. Andrew went with us that day on the test drive and both my husband and myself drove the car. We expected delivery possibly end of August or early September. Less than 2 weeks later - our beautiful car is securely in the garage. Andrew went over EVERYTHING about the car, showed us how to set the controls, explained everything we asked about, came in ON HIS DAY OFF (I do apologize) to make sure we were taken care of.We are grateful and happy with our new car. Every single person we talked to and met with was friendly, courteous, and responsive. Could not ask for more and we thank all of you. ALSO - they are undergoing extensive renovation - and working around noise, dust, workers, etc. I'm sure it will be worth the wait - and I would encourage anyone to consider this dealership and the Hyundai lineup. Thank you all!!!P.S. we have had our Tucson for a week now and I am IN LOVE!!! Beautiful, comfortable, and happy we made the choice we did. It was DEFINITELY worth the wait!!!

Had a great experience buying a pre-owned 2017 Elantra at Hyundai on Perryville! Thank you to Rob and Adrian, who were both very professional, helpful, friendly, and responsive to all our needs and questions. It's hard to find a decent pre-owned compact car right now at a reasonable price, so I'm very happy that they were patient and worked with us to find exactly what we were looking for, instead of just pressuring us buy a new SUV (the way some other dealerships tried to do)!

Buyer beware.I picked up my brand new vehicle on 12/30/22. I've had it less than three months now, and the engine light has come on 3 times (It came on the first time at 997 miles--yes, a whopping 997 miles). After the second time (at 2,834 miles), they tell me they have to order a part and that they should have the part within a few days. A week goes by and there's no word from Hyundai on Perryville. I call and inquire about the part and they tell me it's not in, and they don't know when it'll be in. I ask to talk to the manager, and they tell me he's busy and will call me back. I receive no call back.It would appear Hyundai on Perryville only cares about making the sale, with no cares about service afterwards. Considering I've had my brand new vehicle less than 3 months, and it only has 3,000 miles, I would think they'd show some sense of urgency to resolve the problem (and maybe even a coupon for a free car wash or something for the inconvenience of having to bring the vehicle in for service so soon after purchase). But the service and parts people I talk to don't seem to care.I realize that the bad part is not the fault of the dealership, but the lack of communication is why I give this poor rating,. I would have thought that if a customer was bringing in a brand new vehicle for repairs on a defective part, they'd have a sense of urgency and bend over backwards to take care of the customer. I don't feel I got that kind of service until after I posted this negative review.

WOW.. NEVER HAD SUCH AN AWESOME SALESMAN THAT KNEW EVERYTHING ABOUT THE CARS AND EXPLAINED ALL IN DETAIL. SO KNOWLEDGEABLE, FANTASTIC PERSONALITY, PATIENCE, SUCH A KIND HEART. NOT YOUR NORMAL CAR SALESMAN. I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HIM. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP US GET THE CAR WE WANTED! Terrible customer service. Called to try and get some resolution and was met with two unhelpful employees with very poor social skills. The service department manager tried claiming they warned me that the anti-theft update could affect my after market remote start not a single employee mentioned this to me before that update was installed. If I HAD been made aware, I would not have done it. Bottom line. Then the customer service woman that called me to follow up claimed the service department didn t know the update could affect my remote start. So which is it? A lot of he-said-she-said and very little consistency/communication among their departments, it seems. Very disappointed.

I bought my Sonata back in 2020 and I had to stop by the repair/mechanic shop twice to replace some things by the repair team. They released my car back to me in great shape each time. Obviously they fixed the issues but they cleaned it and washed it each time. Unfortunately I was affected by the Kia theft boys BUT Bret has done a great job in helping me more than my insurance did. The help was greatly appreciated in these stressful and overwhelming times. Thank you!

Don t buy a car from Hyundai or bring your vehicles here to be fixed . I ve brought my car here for a misfire, they charged me an outrageous amount for a spark plug and a diagnostic. Since they fixed my car I ve went through 3 spark plugs and found out today there was a huge problem over looked that they never mentioned or fixed so now I m forced to get a lawyer because they are rude and unhelpful. In order to fix my car I d have to spend thousands of dollars. My car has 59k miles and it s the worst car I ve owned. I should have listened to all the people who told me not to bring my car here.

The service appiintment is a 2-trip visit if you need anything done. The 1st visit they "say" it was fixed. It is not. You have to come back a 2nd visit, so they can really fix it. Absolutely hate this service dept. It has happened so many times to my family with 3 Hyundai's I quit counting!Also, tkes a week to get an appt for oil change, & rotate. No car wash. Is this not given any longer with service?

Let's talk about the automotive/service department.. Brad in the service department said they fixed this recall on my vehicle but now a year later the recall problem he said the service department fixed is now in effect.. I think not! This is bad business and saying you fixed something that you didn't is immoral and makes you guys untrust worthy! FYI these pictures were taken while my car was in park and turned off.
