Cory did a fabulous job getting me in without an appointment for an emergency check on the battery for my car. Unfortunately I needed a new one and they took care of it right away. That s why I always use Greatwater 360 Auto Care.

Ladies beware this shop! They charge diagnostics and then do not check the vehicle! Thank goodness I took my vehicle elsewhere to honest shop owners who advised the real issues and did not try to charge me hugely inflated prices for repairs. They found a potentially dangerous issue with my tires that Greatwater had supposedly checked. The fix for it was to simply adjust the tire pressures. Greatwater told me I had two bad sensors that needed to be replaced. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my sensors. I DID have a very dangerously high pressure in one of the tires, however. The blower motor was one of the other issues they told me about, which I already knew. I got that problem fixed by another shop for less than half the cost quoted to me be Greatwater. ..........1/30/24 update. My sensors for tire pressure are fine. The problem was the PRESSURE in the tires. This was obviously not checked. I was also advised I would be getting a refund as that service was not actually performed. Still waiting for my refund........

They were able find the problem, and got a quote to fix the car. Repaired and problem solved. Will refer Great Water 360Auto care and use them again.

I've been using this garage for years. They're a little expensive but everything is anymore. I always end up coming back to have them fix everything I seem to keep breaking.

All ways get a second opinion. After getting an inspection done at the cherry valley location, I was recommended to replace perfectly good parts which would have cost me $700 . I am highly disappointed will not be returning to this location ever .

I had no heat in my truck. Cory the manager explained what the problem was and cost to repair. Very clean, prompt and professional at this place. Highly recommend them!

Very nice caring peoples. They care about the customers and provide unspoken customer service. I highly recommend great water for all of your cars. They will literally show you what s wrong and let you decide if you want to fix it right then and there or later. If you want premium great water got it. The work is really good. I really appreciate doing business with Them. Give them a shot just have your money up. Worth every penny.

I use Great Water 360 in Cherry Valley because they're quick, fair priced and honest. I trust they will always tell me what I need and never try to "sell" me work that I don't need. My Toyota had a leaking differential, Todd reassured me of a through assessment, Josh the technician did an eval and provided me with a detailed assessment in short order. They did what I wanted done, I felt they understood the situation and handled it professionally. Think I have a new option for car care. Big thanks!

The tailgate on my sienna wasn t closing automatically. He said the body wasn t straight that s why the tailgate wouldn t close properly. Went to a different place, they replace the tailgate motor, and guess what? It works just fine. Going here first was a waste of my time.

Excellent customer service , and excellent technical knowledge and speed. I wouldn't go anywhere else.Update April 2022:This shop has continued to be a fantastic place ,both in terms of professional competence and it's customer service. I have had to take 2 of my vehicles in numerous times for multiple different issues. I have dealt mainly with Josh and Todd. They both take the time to explain all the details and they have always been very honest and forthcoming. The prices have always been fair and the work has always been top notch. It is incredibly reassuring to know that this is a workshop that I can trust with my family's vehicles. Keep up the great work guys.

I was a patron of Cherryvale Auto and Tire. They were a quality company. Nice, fair and trustworthy. This company is nice, but I suggest you call around for pricing. I questioned the price I was told for a brake job. The gentleman told me he sells brake jobs at that price all day. Funny thing. I called 10 shops after I left. No one was able to match his price. In fact no one came within 100 bucks of his price. They were ALL more than 100 less. I had my brakes done 2 hours after leaving this place for 220 less than he wanted me to pay with quality parts and a warranty...shop around. Facts matter.

Removed old 8-16 turf garden tractor tires and mounted new AG 9.5-16 tractor tires on the rims. Speedy and had no problems doing the work in spite of the garden tractor tires not being normal car or truck tires. Will patron them again in the future.
