Hello! This is Jen from Saturday, March 9th. I am leaving a lengthy, amazing review for the team at Grease Monkey off Ware Avenue. My Toyota van battery light turned on, with no other lights. It was odd, so I called my husband only for him to determine that my alternator may be bad and van could die any minute. Luckily, he got a hold of someone at Grease Monkey, Louis, and told them I would be bringing my van in to be checked. As soon as I got there, I was greeted with kindness and told they would take a look at my van. After 10-15 minutes, I was told my alternator was the issue and it would take 2-3 hours. Right on hubby! Before I even left, they started working on the van. After a few hours, I received a call that the van was fixed and ready for pick up. That was probably my first experience with speedy service and explanation of what changes were made. I left very happy. My van made less noise, even ran smoother. I would recommend this location to anyone. They took care of my van, eased my concerns and drove home with no other surprises. You guys are my lifesavers and I appreciate the swift response and service from the team. Keep up the great work.

Brought my GS 350 F-Sport in for an oil/engine air filter change. Unofficial 30K Service! Staff were friendly, knowledgable, engaged, and efficient. As a former lube tech, I love to see it!Well done, Grease Monkey near Lowe s on 2/3/24!

Phenomenal service. Quick in and out. Very thorough. Very professional. Did not try and up-sell any unnecessary service. Highly recommend. Will be coming back for not just my oil changes.

Brought my fleet vehicle in for maintenance on my day off hoping it would be quick. Not only was it incredibly fast but it was easy.Luis was knowledgeable and very easy to talk to, great and quick service all around. I'll definitely be back.

Had an amazing experience here as soon as I pulled up. There were three gentlemen working and all of them were very kind, and very informative. They brought filters out to show me and explain what they do and how it helps to have a clean one and they told me about promotions they have and how to receive them. I will definitely be back to this location and would highly recommend them

Always such great service anytime I use Grease Monkey. Keith took my call and concern about an oil leak very seriously; met me at my house nearby and followed me to the shop. He and his team promptly took care of the problem and gave me additional information in case anything were to happen in the future. Such a blessing to have a team like that available in a world that feels like people just want your money. Kudos to Grease Monkey.

Luis and Gustavo helped me so much during my visit. I came close to closing time and they were still so kind and welcoming. They thoroughly explained everything to me that I needed to know about my car in the moment, while staying humorous and hospitable. I told them I purposely choose to go to this store location, even though there are closer ones to my home, because of them.

I went to store #181 and I appreciated them soo much!! I had a headlight out and it was not easiest to get to! They got it though!! Todd didn t give up!! I am very happy he was able to get to it!! Jim was so nice and told me everything that was going on while Todd was working on it! I always go to this store because they are always so nice! Thank you guys!!

These guys are quick and very thorough. No pressure sales on stuff they think you should have replaced. Synthetic blend oil change, in and out in 18 minutes total (with wiper replacement).

We had such a great experience the first time at Grease Monkey that we made sure to only go back to Grease Monkey when my car needed its next oil change. This was a different location, different tech but same great, quick and knowledgable service at an affordable price. Will return!

They were understaffed I had about 40 min wait. While paying I asked to make sure tire pressures were all checked since I had low pressure light that came on. Tires were not filled. Then the sticker for new oil change reminder was placed on top of older sticker that was a different size from another company. Attention to detail was just not there.

I went to Grease Monkey today and they were fast and efficient. The two employees that I talked to were friendly and wonderful. I recommend Grease Monkey for your oil change. I went there last year and also got great service.

Quick, polite. They checked off that they performed a number of services: washed windows, tire pressure, check air filter etc. many were not done because I watched them. I was their only customer at the time.

At the location of 5409 E State Street, Rockford, IL, we received the best customer service, greeting, thorough explanation of what was needed, took their time and did great work. We appreciate being treated so well. This location is a great example of how customers should be treated.Thank You!

Today is 3/13/24! I heard a loud screeching noise from my tires as I was driving. I drove to Grease Monkey not knowing what to expect because I ve never been there before. They replaced my front and back breaks on my 2020 Hyundai Tucson in a timely manner and were very professional. My SUV felt brand after they finished. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Thoroughly inspects and calls out things not covered by them. They found a damaged and leaking coolant line which would have cost me a lot if not caught early. It was a very cheap fix at my local dealership. Don't be afraid to ask questions staff has great knowledge.

OMG the best service ever fast service great price I never had anyone to explain filters different types of filters great service all around just excellent guys honest and the price it s magnificent. They tried to sell me a battery I did not need (tested it with a meter when i returned home). They also tried to tell me my air filters needed changing even tho they were almost brand new looking(they had been replaced a month prior).

My dealership couldn't get me in for an oil change so I brought it here. I have had several of my cars done by Grease Monkey over the years. They always do a great job.
