I always go to Grease Monkey for all my cars oil changes. Absolutely no issues whatsoever. Thank you for always taking care of my engines quickly.

An oil change I normally would've had to wait an hour for and half an hour to complete, I waited 10 min for and I feel like they were done in 6 min. Great job! Great service! Fast and my car and I are happy.However, I do believe the price is like $30 more expensive than Woodman's though - which is typically 50-60$ for me.

We needed an oil change and wipers but were having trouble finding the time to do it where we live since there are no quick oil change facilities. My husband Googled quick oil changes in Rockford and found this Grease Monkey location which was conveniently located near the church we were headed to for a baptism. Without an appointment, we pulled up and were taken care of quickly. They had the full synthetic oil and premium wipers we wanted. They were both courteous and professional. We liked them so much we may just make this our routine, to have the car serviced when visiting family in the area. Thank you Grease Monkey for making life just a little easier!

They were very fast. Very efficient. I came in for an oil change. They gave me a full service oil change which included a complete top off of all my fluids and tire pressure. This only took about 10 minutes. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Grease Monkey..

I have many grease monkeys near my home, but the Alpine and Riverside location is my favorite. It might not be "pretty" but the workers are the best! They don't push and up sell. They genuinely tell you the truth and what to expect.

I came in with my wife for a synthetic oil change, we have not used grease monkey in a long time but it was close by and I remember them being very fast... today was almost too fast as they performed the oil change I got the last time I was there and it was for regular oil. Luckily we caught this before paying and they swapped to full synthetic. Overall still a very pleasant experience.

Went to grease monkey for a new headlight and windshield wipers on a day where I was not the brightest. Pulled in and didn t know what door to go through so made circles until someone came out and told me to go ahead and park and they would take care of it. Had my mom follow and did not tell them I was leaving to get food real quick, got to the food place and realized I gave them my remote start instead of my key. Came back and they were so gracious and laughed it off. Failed to tell them again that I was leaving to get food and when we came back they had no idea where I was. They were so fast and so kind despite my making their day quite interesting!

I got an oil and filter change as well as air on two tires but the signs in my car did not turn off. It still marks that it is in need

Just had my oil changed here. Went in with low tire pressure and came out with low tire pressure but tire pressure is marked off as completed on their service checklist. What else is marked as completed but wasn't? So disappointing they are so careless. Even worse they had to go passed my tire pressure screen to reset the oil life gauge.

The guys were both friendly and got me in line for the next opening for a oil change and fluid check. They showed me my very dirty air intake and cabin filters and also took the time to explain what different types of oil could do for my car. They were quick and thorough. 15 mins to get in on Friday afternoon was better than I expected, and 15, to get the job done. They did a thorough check of the vehicle, checking fluid levels and filters, though I only paid for an oil change. They checked the tires tread too.

I had oil change wipers cked, tires and headlights adjusted....riverside and alpine Justin did a great job and always helpful and friendly.

I got lucky because I pulled in. And they'd found that my motor was not attached and there was other problems that were not noticed. So they saved my car by noticing problems that nobody else did. Nice job grease Monkey

I ve been coming here for years, for good reason. This is the only place I would take my vehicle, whether it be for a usual oil change, or as of lately a throttle push and battery. Today happens to be rotor & brake day.I can t say enough about Justin & his team, knowledgeable, great customer services, more than fair prices, with the great quality to match.A HUGE extra shout out of appreciation to Robert.Great job to all. I would give six stars if I could. The employees here are always SO friendly and helpful. Today I had a headlight bulb I had picked up to change when I got home and they installed it for me while I was in the lobby! Truly above and beyond. We were driving across the country due to a military move and the check engine light came on right as we were driving through Illinois. We took our minivan to Grease Monkey where they diagnosed exactly what was wrong with the van and quoted us a beyond reasonable price for the labor. They knew we were in a rush to get back on the road so they completed the work in less than 30 minutes. These guys were outstanding and they were very friendly and even offered to show me how, why, and what went wrong with a VVT in our engine. The minivan did excellent after they worked on it and we drove over 3000 miles on this trip. I have never met a more honest, friendly, and accomodating group of service guys. Thank you, thank you, thank you! You guys are the BEST!
