The service personnel were so courteous and efficient that I brought my wife's vehicle in the next day. The technician reminded me that with synthetic oil, we can expect 50% more miles between oil changes. In a rush, I left my planner in the waiting area, but there it was, safe and sound on the counter the next day. Thanks!

Had a great experience getting my oil changed today. The manager was attending to us and was very kind from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left. Staff was helpful with any questions and the service was fast but with great quality. I would recommend this location!

I went to another location for a battery replacement. They did not have the battery for my vehicle. I was sent to this location and within minutes they had the specific battery for my Infiniti.The team went above and beyond and stayed after close to do the work needed. Answered my questions and were very respectful. Highly recommend this location!

I've always received excellent service and trust their recommendations. I only take my car here for service. I've never had any issues with their work and it's convenient that they offer multiple things I can have done all at one shop.

We had an issue with oil leaking from an oil filter caused by another shop, they called the place that did the work, explained what was wrong and made sure they would correct it. Very friendly, very professional. Would always recommend.

I came to have headlight replaced o my Honda crv. The technician came to me and said I have t remove your bumper to replace the headlight.I ask at the other gease money they didn't. He states according to UTube it has to be removed.I stated to him if you have use UTube to change a headlight, you are ot touching my car.Went to my regular mechanic and change the headlight without removing the headlight.I like to spread my business to other places for simple stuff.But I learned no, just go to your regular mechanic you know and trust.Sorry about bad review but this really upset me.SincerelyDonna

I was the lady there yesterday 3/15/24 when your computer went down. Neither tech came to explain anything I figured it out with all the hand gestures muttering and calls being made. After and hour and half wait you finally got the oil back iny car. Now you discover you can't get the card reader to work. More waiting. Now you call a second location to run my card over the phone. . Finally you discover you can't get the printer to work so I get no receipt. Lastly the entire time I waited you had the bay doors open. It was freezing in there.

Great customer service and quoted me on the spot and gave me a great deal on brakes , pads and Rotors on my luxury car. They even have a financing program. Thank you Tom and crew will def be back!

I highly recommend this place! My car was leaking after my oil change on a Saturday and I came back up here on a Tuesday & Jim the store manager let me know what was the problem, went to go get the part for me, and paid it for me! I m so thankful for him and the team at Grease Monkey

They didn t take competitors coupons like Valvoline took there s. Not returning. These people don t tighten things up. Had my son oil leaking all over my driveway.

I sent my son to change the oil in my car, and they changed the oil before telling him the type and price of the oil, and the price was very high, 50% more than every time I changed the oil, they were supposed to tell him before starting, and the worker s behavior was not good. The shop is on North Mulford Street. FYI i am a 5 year costumer

Went to get my oil changed and the manager said I didn't need it. He showed me the oil on the dip stick was clean, like new. I don't use my car often, but it had been awhile since I'd gotten the oil changed. So greatly appreciated the manager's integrity. The guys did a great job explaining to me that I didn't need an oil change. They told me they could do it but the oil wasn't dirty and then they even showed me how clean my oil was.
