Just had the BEST service experience that I ve ever had! Andy at the Rockford location should be highly commended for his incredible customer service. He is a wealth of knowledge and spent a very long time with me to find the product I needed. He has a great personality and was extremely pleasurable to work with. You are lucky to have him working with you. I will always remember the experience I had this morning!!!

We were looking for replacement parts for a pump we bought through Harbor Freight. We tried through HF website, phone and emails to find this part, without any luck. Went to Rockford Grainger and talked to Vinnie. He was wonderful at trying to find our part. He call H F talked to their people. He did web search and called one of his distributors. He spent well over 40 mins. Such great customer service. He wasn't able to find this part that is made over seas but he went way above and behind. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I purchased a gas mask and filter from this company. I thought the filter would be an insert to the gas mask, so there was some faulty advertising there. Then I was not able to ask any questions about what filter to buy in person, so I do not necessarily know for what I purchased what the symbols mean. Then this company does not accept Paypal, debit, or cash. So initially I tried to place an order online. That did not work. I neither have a phone nor a credit card. I ended up using my grandmother's landline to place an order to be picked up in store. Of course my debit card was declined because at no point I had to enter my pin in. Even at gas stations I have to enter my pin in if I am using my debit card. So I wasted 2 hours driving, and was unable to pay for my order. I even had exact change at the time. I ended up borrowing a credit card and paying the person back. But the shipping took 5 days, because of the weekend. All in all, the whole process took too long, about 2 weeks, just to get the mask. Then I was further disappointed on the arrival when seeing it. Then I wasted many hours of my life on their site, on the phone, driving, and in their store. Also since I physically went to the store I do not think I should have had to pay the shipping fee after the fact because of their faulty business model. I will not be shopping here again.

Stopped by the Rockford location on way back from a vacation. I discovered I could order a sheet of HDPE I needed for a personal project.I placed the order with the instructions it be delivered to the Madison,Wi branch for pick up since I live 2 hours from Rockford. Part was shipped within a day from Chicago and received an email for ready to pick up. Arrived at the Madison branch it was shipped to Rockford. ?! Why? Madison staff said they could have it transferred up to their location but could only hold it for 2 weeks. Since I made special trip would not be able to get back before the end holding time since there hours conflict with my work schedule.I drove to Rockford to acquire my part but the ordeal drove the cost of the part up well over what I would have cost to order direct from manufacturer.Really wish there attention to detail for non-business purchases translated to the service given to there other contracts.

Vinnie, Andy, Ron and the rest of the crew are all very knowledgable and put in the effort to get your order for you. If it is something they don't carry, which is rare they'll find it.

AMAZING SERVICE! WE CAME HERE FOR A BLOWER MOTOR FOR OUR A/C. THEY WERE THE MOST COMPASSIONATE PEOPLE IVE EVER MET! THEY LET US USE THEIR TOOLS TO TAKE THE MOTOR OUT AND A WOMAN EVEN GAVE MY SON A POPSICLE! WHENEVER I NEED SOMETHING ELSE I WILL ABSOLUTELY BE COMING TO THIS LOCATION. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE WAS GREAT!
