2nd time renting from this location and probably my last.My reservation was a day shorter than what I had booked it for.And when me and my son came back from our trip, my personal vehicle had a flat tire sitting at this location. I explained how I can change the tire myself, but I have my 7 year old son with me. And we didn t have a flat tire until having it sit overnight at this location. The manager didn t careI then changed the flat. And asked for a credit for a future rental. Even if it was a small credit, for the inconvenience.I was told no and to please leave.There are cameras at this location and I was still told nothing they could do.

When ever we need to rent this is definitely our go to location. The staff is welcoming and friendly. We just rented last weekend and the young lady Fatima Sula was very polite, helpful and simply just friendly. It's makes the experience so much better. Always recommend this location if looking for a rental.

Reserved car three weeks before when I got there they didn t have the vehicle that I reserved Did not do a walk around the vehicle with me just gave me a car instead of an SUV. this rental experience was totally different from other times that I d rent from enterprise have two more rental reservations this month hope they go smoother. Enterprise usually is a good experience for me.

Thoa, Jalisa and Fatima and JR are all awesome representation of excellent customer service, I rent cars here often for work and EVERY SINGLE TIME they are going above and beyond my expectations they are wonderful to talk to and interact with, when u need to rent definitely go and see them!

I had a fantastic, excellent experience renting a car from the Rockford, IL. location. They picked me up at Vangalder bus and were very thorough in making sure everything was all set. My rental vehicle had a recall on it and before I knew it was even a problem the branch manager already had a solution to the problem unlike a competitor in the same city who let come to pick up a rental and said we don't have a vehicle to put you in, even though I was asked to prepay to get their lowest price and when I get there, no vehicle. So thank you for excellent customer service Austin Stonecipher & Rockford IL Enterprise associates

The experience with the Enterprise rental process was a 5-star experience. The associates promptly greeted me as I entered the office, even though they were busy with other customers. My info from my online reservation was readily available and my vehicle was ready to be checked over. The associate was thorough in his check over of the vehicle and answered all questions satisfactorily. I was very pleased as the entire process was completed in a timely manner. I will definitely use Enterprise for my next vehicle rental!

I rated enterprise Rent-A-Car A3 because I ve been renting from them for over nine years maybe 10. In the beginning they were good to me what it seems like now they try to give me anything that they have on the lot far as minivans small cars and normally I m used to getting like SUVs and things of that sort but every time I ve rented from them recently they always try to give me, the last resort and that kinda is upsetting because I try to do my bookings days or weeks ahead of time so I feel like it s not fair for them to just put me in anything in charge a $300 deposit but I ve been with them so long, but Enterprise is really starting to upset me a lot

My car ended up at the Kia dealership for an upgrade, to which they placed me in a rental with Enterprise while working on my vehicle.The first vehicle was a 2023 BMW 5 Series 530i gas and electric in a beautiful burgundy color.It was a wonderful machine to drive. It however had a bubble in the front drivers tire so with that I called Enterprise road side assistance to obtain a new vehicle as driving with a bubble in a tire is unsafe.I was told they would drive overnight to deliver me a new vehicle no later than 2 AM (this call started at 4 pm the day prior).I stayed up all night waiting for them to notify me that they had reached the final location and needed me to sign papers of give the keys to my current rental.THAT DID NOT HAPPEN........ instead I got up at 7am that morning drove to the local airport spoke with the customer service member who informed me that I would have to wait until 12:30 to see if all the vehicles assigned for that day had been picked up.... (this was a Saturday morning to which I needed to leave town no later than 10 am that day)Due to having notes in the system showing there was to be a vehicle delivered to me this quickly became escalated to the regional manager. (Nothing came of it, not even a phone call)I was called around 11 am from the manager of the airport location and told there was a vehicle ready for me.This vehicle was an F150 Crew Cab (aka Super Crew) with no running boards on the truck. Yes I had to climb Mt. Everest in order to get in, after having right knee surgery for a broken Patellar Fracture 3 months ago).If it hadn't been for the dealership I was dealing with paying for the rental from enterprise while they were working on my truck. I would have quickly found a different rental company to use!!!!!!

I dealt with Austin for my rental pick up. He was friendly and ensured I would have the vehicle to fit our family's needs for our trip. I would come here again for future service, I've always had a great experience with Enterprise.

Was told by Insurance to pick up a rental car from this location, when I went to do so I was told there was no cars availableAt this location or any location. You would think when Insurance sets it up and you don't have a car available they should be notified so a customer is notified.

Reserved a car for yesterday at noon. Said they didnt have any cars they would call me if something became available. I said no problem but can you gurantee a car for tomorrow at 10.30. Get a call at ten saying they are hoping to have something by noon today hoping absolute joke that you can make a reservation online and it means nothing. Whats the point of taking reservations at this point. While employees were polite enterprise prob needs to figure stuff out and update the systems.

When I rent from them they are very nice and professional. But as soon as you drive away there is no more contact with them. They do not answer their phones ever!!!!!!!! Then you hold and after so long the call disconnects you. Very frustrating if you have issues or any questions after you leave their lot. Also you drop off the car after hours they never call you back and let you know if everything is good on their part and they charge you what ever they want for conditions and you don t know why or for what. This is the reason for the four star. Other wise I would rate them 5 star. Grrrrrr

I made a reservation online. The person who called me was very kind and did make sure that I understood the situation. They called to let me know that this location was currently "on a waitlist." This was only a few hours before I was picking up my car. In fact, at this moment they could not guarantee that I would have a vehicle at my pickup time. I will not rent from this location again as a reservation does not ensure there is a car for you.

The hold time for calling is much too long but otherwise this was the most enjoyable rental car experience I've ever had. A helpful and pleasant staff including my attendant, Kenny, who went above and beyond to try to track down my garage door opener. This would definitely be my first choice for a rental company in the future.

I made a reservation yesterday and it went through so usually if they don't have a car, I get a call within 5 minutes but not this time. I took a $100.00 Uber from elk Grove village to Rockford to get a car. The whole 2 hours in Uber, NO CALL SAYING THEY DID NOT HAVE A CAR!I by no means think I'm special or better than anybody else. I spend a lot of money at enterprise every year and have never been stuck like this before. When I got there and confronted them about no call, they said that they must have been out to lunch. They don't close the office and all go to lunch at the same time.This morning I have been on the phone for 44 minutes trying to get a hold of them to see if they found me a car yet and can't get anyone on the phone. This is very unprofessional..If enterprise does not have a damn car at a local location, it should not be able to go through as if they do.So on the other hand, the employees at this branch were very nice and they did give me a ride to a hotel. I don't think it was entirely there fault. Enterprise needs to step up there game and if no units are available reservation should not be accepted period!!!!!!

JayR, Tim, and Kenny was nothing short of amazing. The entire staff was friendly, engaging, and overall fun. The manager Austin also made sure that I was well taken care of and even had me dropped off at home instead of renting an uber. I will definitely be coming back and renting again.

I was attended 1hr after reservation time, got the last, and a completely different car than what I was told I d get, alignment was messed up and I asked to be switched out of that vehicle and they said it could be up to a week of waiting. A week later I had to call to get that checked up on, but still no cars available. And then when there was one, they d call me so I could go get it, but it had to be at that moment because they couldn t hold any cars and if someone came before me they could take it. They don t understand that I have a job that I can t just leave from at any moment. One day I called a few times because they said they d have a car ready for me at 4:30, so I called at 4 to double check and surprise surprise no cars available. I even got out of work early for that. They told me to call around 5, I called but still nothing,they said they d call me in 15min because they were expecting a return, 30 min later I called and I was on hold for like 10min. until I just hung up and went home. It was a waste of my time.At that point I just returned the car because I didn t feel like dealing with them anymore.The last guy I dealt with, Austin, was pretty cool though. He was very understanding and reimbursed me some for the inconvenience of the alignment.

I would give zero stars. They want all of your information for no reason. They don t have cars for same day rentals in person, but when you call the number they tell you something totally different. They are bias and the lady who helped me was so busy on her phone, I m surprised she knew what she was doing. Don t come to the Alpine Rockford, IL. location. They will disappoint you!!

Called to reserve a vehicle and when we went to pick up the price doubled, because of deposit. I was never told about the deposit and that my total was set. Was told over the phone that a debit card was all needed, no you need a credit card. Was told in person that I talked to a call center and they don't know why I wasn't given the correct information. And when I called the actual store and not a call center I was on hold for over 10 minutes and no one answered. Overall start up process with this company is frustrating do not recommend.

Ms. Ashley Ramos took very good care of me during this entire process. Mr. Stonecipher was also helpful. My only disconnect was trying to arrange for someone to come get me. The 800 number said this was available at this location but when I called the actual location, they said they needed 24 hour advanced notice. I ended up waiting for 45 minutes before having to Uber over to the site to rent the car. Also on the website, it did not give you the direct line number to the location (I had to go through the 800 number first). Overall very positive experience

Rented a car from an Enterprise in DeKalb IL, wound up getting pulled over because Enterprise of DeKalb gave me a car with expired plates from a different car The police searched my entire vehicle. Took everything I had out of the car
