If I could give this lot a 0 I would they almost killed me and my children and left us stranded for a week in a whole other state with a truck that they knew had intermittent transmission isssue and it went out they are liars and take advantage of individuals that they feel have no or low income to not be able to afford to take legal action I was treated terribly and taken advantage of during a vulnerable time. They knowingly financed me a vehicle that they knew wasn t safe to be on the road not too mention I only had the truck for 5 days and was experiencing the problem on the lot and was ensured by workers at the lot that it wasn t anything to worry about it just needed an oil change. PLEEEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE both Matthew and Mark Alcorn are very dishonest people and definitely take advantage of those in need of a vehicle and get a kick out of it doing it.

Very good experience overall. Bought a 08 Town and Country. Needed maintenance as most used buy here pay here cars need. Struts, wheel bearings..later on brakes, water pump and a tune up. But these are things that a buyer from one of these places must expect. Also do some research on the vehicle you're looking to purchase to see the overall rating and reported problems before committing to a finance thru a buy here pay here lot.

This is the worst place to get a car. All the cars are junk cars. I was sold a flood car. The people are rude and don't care just want the money. Be very careful everyone and anyone can get a car...but the car isn't worth it!

I went to Carlyle auto sales in August 2019 I went to purchase a car I found a Saturn Outlook that I loved I put $1200 down on the vehicle I had to replace all the speakers and the muffler within the first couple day s of having the vehicle then the check engine light came on the fixed the car not offering me any resolution for how I was going to get to work gave me back the car and a week later the car completely broke not to mention I spent $200 on tires a couple day s before the car broke. They put me in Mercury Milan next I had to put $200 down to drive this car the power steering then went completely out one week later the once again wouldn t fix the car so I wouldn t pay then I found out their was a gps tracker on my car THEY NEVER HAD ME SIGN ANY DOCUMENTS OR RECORD MY VERBAL CONSENT TO THE GPS WHICH IS ILLEGAL. Two cars in two months broke down because they are selling cars they know will break.

Every car I drove had a check engine light on or something wrong with it. Clunky noises. The people are nice, but, will do anything to sell a car. I wouldn't even give A Star. Taking advantage of people in need isn't right. $320 a month for a car plus whatever people have to pay for a repair is ridiculous. I went to a dealer and got a better deal. Beware.

Pretty much all their vehicles have some sort of a major problem with them. I recommend bringing someone with you who has knowledge about vehicles. They will try and bs you on why its making this and that noise. Don't fall for it! All you are is a sale to them. At the end of the day they could care less, if they sold you a pos.If you have other options, I recommend trying that first. If this is a last resort be smart about the vehicle. Bring someone with you! Can not stress that enough. Luckily, I didn't get a vehicle here.

Purchased a car it died 5wks later and deemed junk. They wanted me to put another $600 down to get another car! They have been reported to BBB also. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE ARE SHADY! Not worth the 1 star I gave them.

Really great place to buy a car they have cars for cheap and some nicer options down payment is reasonable and payments are good plus you pay off the car in about 2 years or less.
