The staff at Caliber Collision could easily win multiple customer service awards. Each person I interacted with was professional, informative, and cheerful with the whole process of getting my wrecked car fixed. They have the skills to turn one of life's biggest headaches into a pleasant experience.My company vehicle was repaired ahead of schedule and I was given text updates all along the way.They set a standard of excellence in their field and Jennifer and Julie take a lot of pride in their work. Very grateful that I was recommended to go here.

Please note, this is a review of the Caliber Collision on Colosseum Drive (not Morsay Drive).The vehicle repairs were done in a satisfactory way. However, the overall customer experience was terrible.We brought our car in needing minor body repairs. It was dropped off on March 11th and we did not get the vehicle back until March 28th. This was after a previous miscommunication about the drop-off time/date that we were told was Progressive's fault. The vehicle went in for very minor repairs and was completely serviceable without the repairs. There were several delays because one part that they thought they could "fix" had to be replaced. After delivery of the part, they promised a date for the vehicle to be finished and then didn't follow-up with any communication. When we arrived to pick-up the vehicle they said it was not ready. Apparently they had not yet put on the front grill. It was available, they just hadn't done it yet. So, we had to make yet another trip to the shop to pick up the vehicle (the very next day of course, because it doesn't take that long to put a grill on a car). Additionally, the vehicle battery died while at the shop. The employees could not figure out why the car wouldn't start until it was suggested by my husband that the battery was dead. When the car was picked up, it again had a dead battery, my husband watched them try to jump start the battery, and witnessed them putting the positive cable on the negative charge. I hope we never need collision repair again, but if we do, we won't be coming back.

I d like to thank the team at Caliber Collision for helping me get my car back in order after an unfortunate accident with my liftgate on my 2024 Mazda, CX-50. Lee, Nigel, and their team of technicians really came together to get this part ordered and shipped after the part was on back order due to my car being so new. They cleaned up all of the shattered glass in the cargo area and made my car look brand new again, the way it looked when I got it from the dealership. Thank you all for all of your hard work you put into fixing up my car so that I am able to get back to my daily routine!!

They did an absolute beautiful job on my car. It looks better today than when I bought it new I swear. I highly highly recommend Caliber Collision, the old Crash One on Coliseum Dr. Julie, Jennifer, and Brian are the best!!!! Very patient with me and and accomedating. I don't know what I would have done without them. Thank you ALL for the beautiful job you did on my car.

Would recommend 10x over to anyone in the area! They communicate with you every step of the way and the repair results are immaculate Also, Julie at the front is such a sweetheart and very knowledgeable!
