Someone backed into our car and pushed the headlight in and cracked paint on bumper. Caliber collision matched the paint perfectly and had the car ready to go ahead of schedule. Our estimator, Jennifer, was very knowledgeable and very straight forward about what needed to be done. They kept us informed of status throughout the process. I will definitely use them in the future.

The communication and quick repair was excellent. Haven t seen customer service like this in a very long time. Have recommend to friends and family and would highly recommend caliber collision for all your car repairs. Excellent job and very happy with the work done. Looks like when we first bought it.

My family was hit by another driver and our vehicle had to be repaired. We were referred to Caliber Collision. From the first interaction we knew we would be in great hands. As a company they are very professional. From the lady at the front desk, to Justin who we worked with specifically, to the Manager Bob.They go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience even though they know being involved in an accident is not a fun one. Justin was very professional and super kind. One of the nicest people I have ever spoke to, actually. He made this experience much easier on us.Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. We hope to not be hit by another vehicle again, but if we end up having to go somewhere, we know Caliber Collision will be our first choice!If you are involved in an accident and need some auto body repairs backed by a lifetime warranty, choose Caliber Collision. I had an exceptional experience with Caliber Collision in Rockford. I received updates throughout the process, letting me know what stage of the restoration my car was in. They promptly responded to any questions and finished my car two days before the initial promise date. I highly recommend their services. While I hope to not need body or glass work again, if I do, I will choose Caliber Collision.

Great job excellent work on my son car. They were done in 2 weeks. Everyone was so friendly including the dog . Kevin is such a sweetheart very funny. They keep me informed throughout the process. Highly recommend Caliber Collision Thank you so much .

Caliber Collision did a fantastic job on our Volvo. The whole front right bumper and headlight was trashed and a ton of sensors had to be fixed as well as an exhaust fan for the electric battery on our hybrid. Pretty big headache for them but they did amazing! Super helpful and walked us through the entire repair process, I would definitely use them again!

Very pleased with the service that Caliber provided! They communicated with me the entire time my vehicle was in the shop and Justin was great to work with. I was even able to text and ask questions and they got it done earlier than the estimated date. They must have vacuumed out my vehicle before picking it up, because it looks better than when I left it. Thanks Caliber!

I had a fantastic experience at Caliber Collision. It's always nerve-wracking to leave a new car for repairs, as anything could go wrong. However, Jennifer alleviated my worries and handled my concerns efficiently. I didn't even have to reach out to Caliber Collision for updates because they provided weekly progress reports, including where my car was in the repair process and the expected completion time. Jennifer also kept me informed about a part delay, which I found very considerate. When I picked up my car, it looked as good as new - the workmanship was impeccable. Caliber Collision has definitely become my top choice for auto repairs.

I'm editing this post, because I made the mistake of reviewing the wrong location. I have no experience with Caliber Collision on Morsay drive. The Caliber Collision we had the BAD experience was with the one on Colosseum Drive. The manager of the Morsay drive location has apparently made several calls to my husband requesting that the google review be edited. I do think that is a fair request considering we don't have any experience with the Morsay drive location. I am not sure if both locations have the same ownership.It is also probably worth noting that if you are looking at reviews, to make sure you are looking at reviews for the right location.*******The vehicle repairs were done in a satisfactory way. However, the overall customer experience was terrible.We brought our car in needing minor body repairs. It was dropped off on March 11th and we did not get the vehicle back until March 28th. This was after a previous miscommunication about the drop-off time/date that we were told was Progressive's fault. The vehicle went in for very minor repairs and was completely serviceable without the repairs. There were several delays because one part that they thought they could "fix" had to be replaced. After delivery of the part, they promised a date for the vehicle to be finished and then didn't follow-up with any communication. When we arrived to pick-up the vehicle they said it was not ready. Apparently they had not yet put on the front grill. It was available, they just hadn't done it yet. So, we had to make yet another trip to the shop to pick up the vehicle (the very next day of course, because it doesn't take that long to put a grill on a car). Additionally, the vehicle battery died while at the shop. The employees could not figure out why the car wouldn't start until it was suggested by my husband that the battery was dead. When the car was picked up, it again had a dead battery, my husband watched them try to jump start the battery, and witnessed them putting the positive cable on the negative charge. I hope we never need collision repair again, but if we do, we won't be coming back.

One of the best shops I've ever dealt with! Hands down best team in rockford! Not only were they very professional but they understood our situation and worked with us above and beyond and that meant alot! Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing collision repair 100%

In end tail of January this year my vehicle was in a crash, after making calls to insurance company they said take it to your choice of mechanic shop. I had some experience with caliber collision so I took it there, from the time I made call to them till the time I picked it back up everyone from front desk to my case officer her name is Jen everyone was on same page with information I needed, hands down the best customer service the best case officer, best chief mechanic, i will never go any place else if I end up in this situation again, Jen and her team went thru the inspection with fine comb and then presented findings to insurance company with facts unfortunately vehicle was deemed total loss but I haven't seen this much dedication on customers behalf before, they went far and beyond, thank you Jen and rest of your team for having my back. Even though it was totaled I bought it back because I had put too much money in this vehicle. before I left their chief mechanic goes brother I don't feel comfortable letting you drive this off but it's not my call please be careful, I somehow drove it to my place where it sits for me to come up with money to get repairs done. I am their customer for life if it ever gets to it. Keep up the good work ! And thank you again..

Caliber Collision did excellent work on my vehicle. They matched the paint on my vehicle as close as anyone could get. I am grateful that I chose them to repair the body of my vehicle after an accident.Moreover, they kept me updated with every step of the way and they were caring and very helpful anytime that reached out to them.I would state, they go above and beyond!

Had caliber do some minor body work on my 2020 wrx and they did a perfect job. You would never know it was a minor accident and it looks better than it did before the accident. They were quick but efficient and the quality was better than factory. 10/10 job

Was in a car accident, insurance didn't total my 2008 Vibe. Caliber staff worked tirelessly to get/make the parts needed to get my car done in timely manner. The weekly reports and check-ins were so helpful! I always knew exactly what was happening, how long they thought it was going to take, and the car looks fabulous!! Can't say enough positive things about Caliber!! They even returned my rental for me!! Way to go crew--5 stars for sure!

This was my first time going to Caliber collision. The people were very friendly and informative. They kept me updated every time they would get ready to do something to my car for the repairs I needed for my car after an accident. Best part is it only took 5 days for them to complete my repairs! They had an estimated day it would be completed and they finished my repairs on the day they promised! Definitely going back to them for any repairs in the future! And highly recommending others to go to them as well! I ve never had such a great experience with a shop before! Thank you Caliber for all you guys do!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Amazing work by amazing people. They kept me updated with my car everyday and made sure when I picked it up, it was in the easiest way. They took care of my rental when I picked up my car! My car was beautiful inside and out. It came out like nothing ever happened to it. I will definitely come back. Thank you caliber for all you did!
