The experience was exactly as explained. They truly want to help you and put you in a vehicle and as long you have all your documentation you will leave in a vehicle. My salesman and finance person were great.

Went to take my car to mechanic because I was hearing noises coming from the truck when I would brake. After they checked the car I was told it was lifted in the air and that nothing was wrong with the car & it was test drive d! So I got charged half of what I was suppose to pay for getting the car checked for only 30 minutes (wow that was fast). The very next day I took my car with a different mechanic & turns out I have an issue with both front control arms and that s why I was hearing the noise & guess what he checked my car for free PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY TAKING IT HERE. Just go somewhere else. Laziest workers ever

I have to give a very big shout out to Steve at byrider! Steve is an amazing gentleman that tells you what the deal is up front. No hidden information and you know what to expect as you continue to go on with the process. I have had lots of credit difficulties in my life that put in a hard situation but with Byrider they understood me and gave me a fair chance!! This review really is about the day I left the lot with a Kia! Beautiful car but unfortunately I was a victim of someone breaking in it and trying to steal it TWO days after I had it! Steve reached out to me after I called Byrider to let them about the his incident! Byrider without hesitation took the car from me and helped me into something new that I could feel safe in for me and my children! This is a business that cares about their name and clients! That speaks volumes. Unfortunately the car has to get a repair soon that they will cover which is fine- I hope their service department is just as wonderful!! Thank you Steve, manager, and byrider establishment. I am forever grateful with the help I have received. And for the ones who says they charge a lot, etc. this is a place that is going to get you on your feet so you can do better and with warranty on the car?? Baby you better grateful until you can do better!!!

Great salesmen here. They got my husband into a car quick he got to pick whatever car he wanted on the lot. They will work with your down payment and car payments are reasonable Definitely Recommend..

The vehicle I bought from them has had a couple days before Christmas has been at the shop longer than at my house. On the first They replaced a motor mount making rpms jump on the 2nd week an rpm issue persist even after motor mount was installed, so it turns out they just added a little transmission fluid that's all it needed and to drive it for the next 2-3 weeks and see what happens we'll the 2-3weeks is when they were able to just tell me it's the transmission you need a new one good thing the warranty covers that's what they told me so to top it off they couldn't even do It there they told me to go else where now I have to pay a fee that was NOT in my plans so now till this day my car is at the shop for the next 2 weeks and they couldn't even cut me some slack this place turned out to be a joke oh yea I have message the service manager JIM, the one that messaged me letting me know if I was unsatisfied to let him know again so I did I messaged in my complaint and I messaged him to see if he ever saw my complaint never once heard from him.. I'm will have to file with BBB as I see I'm not the only one that has issues right away.

Horrible experience with their service department. We bought a car from them and it came with a warranty well we started having problems that were being caused by a bad VVT solenoid. The service department told me I'd have to pay for a complete engine teardown and the warranty wouldn't cover it. I told them it was the VVT and they said to just let the motor blow then it'll be covered. Well went to a mechanic instead $500 later I have 4 new VVTs installed and not a single issue happening. Why would you rather let a motor go bad and replace that which is multiple thousands of dollars instead of fixing the simpler issue causing the problem. Then tell your customer they would have to pay out of pocket for a teardown that wasn't needed. Very unhappy with the service and would give negative stars if at all possible

Like so many others, I experienced some recent hardships. Because of that I was left without a car, and was getting extremely predatory financing options from some other financers.I walked into Byrider two hours late and they still kept my appointment. (without power due to a transformer issue) I fully expected to be price gauged, and told that my payments would be way more than I was comfortable with, so imagine my surprise with these guys! The process was seamless. The application was easy. And I was treated with respect and dignity which I appreciate as a single woman shopping for a car.Dave H., Nick and Brian thank you for making the time for me. I will be referring everyone I know to Byrider of Rockford!

Do NOT get a car from them. I had purchased one and within the first year the motor, Trans, and whole suspension and axel had to be replaced. The warranty caps out so they won't cover everything. Their mechanics are the worst. Have the qork checked over because they will forget bolts holding your vehicle together.

They provide great customer service when trying to secure the sale, but it's unfortunate that once the sale has been secured how quickly you become non-existing. I would never refer anyone or do business with them again. The people that are working there are so unprofessional it leaks out in their conversation and appearance.

Janesville didn t have a great Big selection like Rockford. Came in Hopeful and Left Blessed THANK YOU ROCKFORD JD BYRIDER. EVERYONE THERE IS VERY NICE AND WILLING TO HELP Gotta 2014 Ford SUV for only 500$ Down.!
