Thank you to Neal and the rest of the team at Butitta on N. Main for getting my car in today on very short notice. I appreciated that. They did a great job working on the automatic transmission on my 2013 Grand Caravan. I have taken my vehicles to the Butitta Brothers on N Main for the last two years. They have always been friendly, efficient, and most importantly- got the repair right. I've had oil changes, wheel bearings, brake pads, and a few miscellaneous minor things repaired. 30% markup fee is outrageous, then tax on that, labor charge, which is a little more palatable. But then, $24 for shop supplies: for what? You changed a battery. Did you use $24 in shop towels? No. Just another charge to turn a $150 battery into $370. Highway robbery. I didn't ask for or want a diagnostic test that also cost $60+. You get to take the old battery to the recycler and earn more money. I'm looking for another mechanic. I can't afford to pay double this kind of money. I'm a senior who is also a disabled veteran.

Our BMW was towed to Butitta unexpected from a break down on the road. By the end of that day the Tech's found the problem and had a quote to fix. Butitta had the car running and ready to pick up within two days. I thought that was great for having to order parts and no appointment. Prompt service and reasonable. That is the kind of repair shop we need local when you need your ride .

I had a vehicle with a warranty repair that uses Butitta Bros. They were quick to diagnose, made the warranty phone calls and completed the job in 24 hours. No deductible was a plus. Thanks Neal and team!

I have been coming here for years. One of the only places I will trust with my car. The manager Neil is the best, super honest and fair, always accommodating and welcoming. I highly recommend bringing your car here.

The guys put my car up and found the radiator leak as I expected. They were very nice about telling me the news even though it is a definite needed replacement they were not pushy and very understanding when I said I had to wait a month. I compared prices of the needed work and Butitta Bros are reasonable. I will have them do the work soon and hopefully the next job can be a little more down the road. They are friendly, personal and honest which made me feel like I can trust them. Nowadays that s hard to find. Thanks guys for taking the time to show me exactly what needs to be done. See you in November.

Great experience very professional. I mark my tires for a tire rotation and they actually did, they did their job. Tires were rotated. Im def coming back.

Went in for a oil change that I scheduled. They got me in and out roughly about an hour. Nice staff and a decent waiting area. Seems like a nice place to go for maintenance and car repairs

The first time I went there they did a great job and I waited on my car yesterday not so much left in my car brought it back they said they wouldn't address the problem did nothing another place that went down hill smh well to add to this is I put brand new tires on the car the next day and they didn't offer any pictures it didn't change anything the alignment is still off if they even tried they probably would have seen that the steering wheel is off waisted money smhService: Wheel alignment

Needed oil change. Decided to wait until they were done. Had a great time visiting with the guys at the front desk. The gentleman who did my oil change when over everything else that needs to be done to my vehicle. That I appreciated. He even cleaned my front window. Thanks again for everything.

The shop was able to get me in in a pinch I got my truck back on the road so I can continue work very courteous staff a great work ethic I would definitely return to the shop

Dropped in for an oil change last minute before leaving on a week long trip involving lots of driving. They changed the oil and checked 36 other things and made suggestions but didn t push to do them right away. Most professional in customer service. I had a grinding sound in the left front wheel. Somehow, some small rocks got into the mix. They cleaned out all the debris and sent me on my way: no charge. Thanks guys!

I have been going to Butitta Auto for my oil changes for years. I like the fact that they inspect everything from all fluids to brakes, tires etc. Found out that I had a transmission fluid leak and they fixed it promptly. Neil (the manager) goes way beyond duty to make sure his customers are happy. Highly Recommend, 5 stars all the way! Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

Was ok the parts were not all that was wrong and the fuel sending unit was bad and an easy fix, if that was mentioned on the report and the price for the struts was a bit lower I would have came back for the work.But cool dudes and great place for an oil change or breaks.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change
