Bob, Zach, and the whole crew here did such an amazing job that the engine light on my dash turned off the second one of them started the car. They detail the dash, they somehow made the stereo sound better, and they did not criticize me for all the coffee cups in the back seat. Thank you, Butitta Auto.

Bob and the guys do a great job with my cars and are always professional, on time and honor there work. I had a bad new part from Napa and there was no problem having it replaced and they do a thorough check to make sure there were no other problems on the return for service.

Had a gift certificate for a oil change and car check, took my 1986 corvette convertible which is even lower undercarriage, they were very careful driving on and off the lift watching so that it would clear and let me stay out in the shop. Many places won't let you. I appreciated it very much, the care they took. I have another 1964 corvette and usually do all my car maintenance myself but am getting older and will not hesitate to use their services again. People were all very friendly and made it a pleasant experience, thanks!

Well once again they got me!They got me right where I need to always be; right on the road again!I m never taking my SUV to BMW shop again. I brought in my 06 f150 with a leaking exhaust manifold. Not a fun or easy job! Quoted labor price was extremely reasonable, workmanship was A+, customer service was honest and transparent and they got the repair done in a very reasonable amount of time! Had to get my car towed in for an issue with the fuel filler neck... Bob explained everything very clearly, including pricing a few additional services I asked for a quote on. We went ahead and fixed the a/c along with the fuel issue - two days ahead of schedule and under the estimate. Probably the best experience I've had at an auto shop. The definition of "under promise, over deliver!" Will be back.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning

We were visiting Illinois. And just driving around and had a flat tire.I randomely called tire service.Which they did. No. NOT JUST A PLUG, WHICH THEY COULD HAVE DONE EASILY AND I WOULDN'T HAVE MIND, BUT A PATCH. THEY LIFTED THE CAR TOOK OUT THE TIRE AND PATCHED IT. ALSO SERVICED THE REST OF THE TIRES.AMAZING SERVICE NOTHING LIKE IT.And guess what, IT WAS ALL FREE.And the GOOD HEARTED MANAGER/OWNER (i believe) TREATED US LIKE WE ARE PAYING CLIENTS.THAT BLEW ME AWAY.THEY WONT EVEN ACCEPT THE TIP.GOD BLESS YOU GUYS.EVEN IF WE HAVE TO PAY FOR IT, I WOULD STILL GIVEN THEM 10 STARS EASY FOR BEING PROFESSIONAL.

Thank you so much for the outstanding service in taking care of my dad when he was unable to start his car due to a dead battery. The guys at the front desk are great. Zach explains everything to you. He doesn't just throw things out there saying what might be wrong. He waits until they can dig in and look your vehicle over. We have taken 2 of our vehicles to them for tires and sensors plus a warning light or two.

I get my oil changes done here and they are always easy to schedule with over the phone and get things done quickly. They send a text with your vehicle report to see pictures, comments and information about the 60 point inspection they do. Their customer service is great as well. We have had some random issues with cars and they have been amazing about getting our car in, looking it over for us, and getting the job done in a timely manner.
