This is another family chain own operation that make sure it's employees know all facets in areas of the store they're very helpful they'll walk from one end to the other to help you find what you need again I applaud stores like this and the employees that work in them

Seems to have gone down hill a bit over the years. They still have a decent selection of tools, clothes and pet stuff.

Always fun going in to farm and fleet! Takes me back to my childhood! Love this store and their employees! Clean store with helpful and friendly employees! Guy helped me carry a big bag of dog food to my car! You just don't get service like this everywhere anymore! Thanks for the help!

Love this store.. friendly employees, large selection of merchandise, and competitive pricing. Always shop here when I'm in the area. I purchased a sump pump and battery back-up sump system.. found the pump fairly easy and located the battery as well without incident.

Blaine and Farmer fleet is a good place to buy clothes , shoe, boots planting gardens, growing shrubs ,car needs, rodent protection, things other store don't have BF Has.

People at customer service namely one female and ran into me and my partner is very prejudicial they assumed we were trying to mess stuff up when all we were doing was looking at canning jars and the lady specifically came to us and told us in our face eye contact telling us that we cannot go and look at the jars I don't know if what you thought we were trying to do but I was just trying to see what the jars look like and she said you absolutely could not and basically walked us away from the jars would not leave until we left that area and she's a customer service so it wasn't even her Department I don't know what her issue was I don't know if it's because I'm white and my partner is black or if it's that we don't dress to the nines I have no idea it was very inappropriate and very

Pre black Friday sale was a bust , no really good deals , prices are going higher and stock is limited , good luck getting help here

I love this store, but nowadays instead of employees knowing where things are and taking you to them, they all have to look it up an a computer. Such a joke. Take pride in your job and learn where things are.

Love farm and fleet I sure they love me to when I go in they know my basket is going to be over full I buy the 50 pound bag of dog food and get treats for the dogs I buy the big bags of cat litter 50 pound bag of cat food bags of food for the critters out side buy my out side lights if I can't find what I am looking for always get helpful people to help me always have helpful people to help me lift the heavy bags of food into my cart and help put it in my car for me

Gave it a 5 star review only because I love the store and staff but today the oriental lady had a bad attitude with me when I walked in at 7:46 pm.I was like whatever maybe she's had a long day.At the register she had an even worse attitude with an elderly couple.Just some feedback.

In and out in reasonable amount of time. I didn't find the belt I needed, several employees saw me looking but didn't ask me if I needed help, which I didn't. But someone who didn't know what they were looking for might have been aggravated.

The rockford east state street store.It should take lessons from this store.I live in Pecatonica and drive to Freeport..at times because they never have enough help at State stree.

Went in for an oil change. When I got into the car, the low tire pressure light was on. It had not been on when I drove to the store. I looked at the paperwork, and it said they had adjusted all tires to 35psi. I went back in to tell them about it, The right front tire was at 26psi. Obviously they didn't check the tire even though they said they did.
