Honest people. It s hard to find an honest mechanic nowadays. Well here is one. They diagnosed my coolant leak.

Eli, Dennis and the rest of the team are amazing. Very patient, SUPER considerate. I was nervous about being taken advantage of. My car parts are always over $100 and labor is too. These fellas charged me reasonably and Eli, the owner, even gave me a ride home, to get a part (I chose to get a part from an auto store) and picked me up when my car was ready. They even found the error of another shop and tried to fix it for me but, the part was not available. I am sooo grateful and glad I found a shop with honest staff, warranty service, extraordinary customer service and reasonable prices. 10 stars for Godsends Service: Steering & suspension repair

Since day one Biggers Auto has met and exceeded my expectations on the work they do. The owner and his mechanics are polite and very patient on explaining issues that have been found with my vehicles over the years. Cost at first may seem high for repairs but they are spot on for the fine workmanship that I have received. In the future I will definitely continue the use Biggers Auto Care for friends and my future Auto repair needs.

Best mechanic in town. Wiley is a very personable and helpful mechanic. His shop is by far the best value in town. I was referred by a coworker to visit Bigger's Auto when my car needed some repairs and now I don't go anywhere else. He does the work right the first time. He makes reasonable suggestions at each service to keep my car running in tip top shape. Never pushy but extremely helpful in understanding how much life I have on certain components before I would need repair. Great service, great prices, great shop! Thank you!

This shop, these people are just phenomenal. He found an alternate solution to my problem that saved me one thousand dollars. Beware!!!!Had lifetime parts put in less the 2 years ago and neither biggers or napa would honor the warranty. BBB will be notified on both napa and this shop.

We have a 2002 Ford Escape ... got 970$ worth of work done... front end was super messedUp... they took their time and did a awesome job... quality and honest work... we were worried about getting ripped off but we were proved wrong ... We will be coming back again for sure ! Love you guys thanks SO much!!! 10/5 review for me !

Recently had U-Joint and front differential seals replaced, a desperately needed job as my car sounded like the Wheel of Fortune wheel at low speeds.On a recommendation, I stopped in over lunch on a Thursday and spoke to Wiley. I came back the next morning for an estimate, gave an approval over the phone around noon, and the work was done before the end of that same day!The estimate was about half of what some other shops in town quoted, and they saved the replaced parts for me to check out after the job was done which I appreciated.Couldn't recommend more highly.

We have a kia hybrid, with 30,000 miles, which would slide all over when it snowed. They put on new tires and what difference, they really know about tires. They are now going to put brakes on my son,s vehicle, I have great confidence they will do a great job as they have always done in the past!
