Hit a deer with my car and had minor front end damage contacted B&S and was told they had plenty of openings and it wouldn t be a problem took them over a month to get the car in then once they got the car they said 4-5 days with the possibility of finding more damage and having to order parts which I understood. Well almost a month later I got my car back and there was zero communication everytime I called they had excuses as to why they didn t call me and every date they gave was pushed back another week which I had to call and find out for myself. I get it things happen but to not even call or contact anyone and have to be called when you are already 2 weeks past when you said the work would be done unacceptable I will never use their services again and as I talk with others about this issue I m finding out that this isn t the first time this has happened with them and there are many unsatisfied customers that won t be returning.

Unfortunately, cannot recommend as I received more damage to my car than when I brought it in. Brought in my car for a small dent received it back with all the windows deeply scratched on the side of the repair and clear coat overspray all over my mirror on the side of the repair. I had to take it to another shop to have the damage fixed as the repairs were so bad.

Benny has worked on both of our cars for body work. They have ALWAYS done a spectacular job, more than meeting our expectations. I would always take my vehicle to them.

Very friendly staff. Got me in right away. Kept me informed through the whole process. Got my car done fast and in a timely manner. Called me when it was done and my husband went and picked it up. Very good quality work! They did an amazing job! Can't even tell it was ever in an accident. Will definitely be using Benny and sons for all my future car body work needs.

Took my van here after I hit a coyote on the I-90 Tollway. The repair they did was mostly quite good but there was a problem. They advertise that they use OEM parts, and they don't want to use imitation parts because they want to do the work right and all.... yet they used a few after-market parts on mine, particularly for the cooling fan, and that cooling fan caused trouble. The first fan they put in was defective, resulting in my van overheating badly a couple times before finding the problem. They replaced the fan, with another aftermarket part, and a bit over a year later, it failed again. Had to replace my engine after the head gasket blew out, (something that rarely happens, but they do get damaged by excessive heat). READ THE REPAIR REPORT THAT THEY GIVE. It listed the aftermarket parts used, but I didn't read it at the time. Currently considering if I can sue for false advertising.

Previous work and service were excellent. Somewhat disappointed that my recent appointment wasn't honored because they "didn't realize" my vehicle needed put on a lift despite me saying that at booking and that they couldn't even reschedule due to having only one lift that was taken up by a "big job". Still, I'll have them do my other vehicle because their work is high quality.

My wife and I recently had her car there to fix several panels off her Ford Escape. They did a fantastic job. They dealt with our rather difficult insurance company and for everything squared away, making sure that we were taken care of. I really appreciated the above-and-beyond customer service they showed us. If we ever need body work again, I won't even hesitate; I'll go right to Benny and Sons Body Shop.

They chose Benny and son to repair the front fender after hitting an unknown object in the highway. They were able to work with my insurance, get the parts very quickly, and get in my car restored to its original condition plus giving it back to us cleaner than when we brought it to them. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking to get their car restored from any collision accident.Service: Body & Trim

Horrible detail job on an 8 thousand dollar repair . Coming from a former body shop guy and lifetime detailer. Go to another shop!Dude said my other review was fakeThat's his answer instead of doing a better job.

I will say this about Benny's and Son they did a great job on the repair needed on my Honda 06, already looked like new with a few unnoticeable scratches. Although when I went to get my car, not to mention was only suppose to be 4 days; days turned into 9 days. In fact, I had 3 visible scratches not cool at all. However make them give you a quote first hand and be alert. They like money and will play with the numbers, if you aren't careful having you paying more. I had to share this. I realized after the next day I made the wrong move. I know for my repairs didn't come up to 1700 for a bumper and trunk on a 06 Honda Accord, even if they do order"OEM" parts. But since I do believe in people reap what they sow I let my car stayed there, because the hassle with having a newborn and the back and forth and transportation since my car was already there. I know that good is distant from Value, Punctuality And Nor Honesty At That Place. Overall I Feel Good About Letting Them Know I Know You Got Over On Me Rather My Money Or Whoever Money Paid For The Repairs. Lastly, To Say... Be Eduacted ok Even When You Are In A Rush Or Excited; Fake Smiling Faces... Learning Experience

Super helpful and honest staff. The door handle had fallen off of my wife's SUV, they inspected it for free and then gave us a ballpark figure for the fix. They had it fixed in a half of a day and for a very reasonable price. A pleasure to do business with, will certainly use again.

Without hesitation I fully recommend Benny & Sons for collision repair. They repaired one of my cars to its pre-accident condition with expertise. They were especially good at matching the paint color. They also handled all aspects of the insurance claim so that I didn't need to bother with it. With confidence, I give them a five star rating. I had major ice damage done to my truck. Busted windshield, hood, fender, headlights and damage under the hood. Benny & sons did a great job repairing it. Looks better now than when it went in. Great service in a time efficient manner. 5* all the way!!

I've used Benny and Sons three separate times. They do excellent work you can't tell there was ever an issue. I will use them again if I ever need a body shop.

When I was rear-ended in an automobile accident the other party's insurance told me I had to go to a body shop in Chicago! I called Benny and Sons and they told me that was illegal and that I could bring my car there. After they did the repairs and my car looked as good as new, the insurance company refused to pay. We ended up going to court and the owner of Benny and Sons testified. We won by jury trial and Benny and Sons was paid in full. I know this is an exceptional situation, but still, Benny and Sons could have told me I was just out of luck and would have to pay, but they fought for me! They will fight for you too!

I don't like the location, my brother had his Toyota Sienna repaired and after driving 1/2 hrs to get there they forgot to check if everything was put together.
