I called ahead of time and spoke with a sales person to tell them I was interested in a car. They said they would have the vehicle ready for me when I got there. They didn't, which isn't a really big deal, but the car was full of snow when they said it eas ready to test drive. The sales person said "we don't have an in door showroom"They allowd me to take the vehicle to a mechanic prior to purchase and I am so glad that they did. My mechanic found many things wrong with the vehicle after they said they put it through a 100 point inspection.I would not recommend buying a car from here.

I have been debating purchasing a new car but had no idea what I really wanted. I stopped in on a whim just to look around, and was very honest about that when approached by a salesperson. Even though he knew I wasn't ready to buy, Kevin was extremely helpful and patient with me. He listened to all of my questions and took the time to show me some great vehicles. You can guarantee that when I'm ready to purchase, I'll be going back to him!

I had a good time with Dave at JD BYRIDER. He s a very good salesman that doesn t push you into something you don t want or need. I got a great deal and I had poor credit . They worked out a plan that I could work with and already my credit is getting better. Also Tim Oliver in service is very good taking care of your vehicle with the warranty.

I went into Lou Bachrodt just looking for a car, I wasn't ready to buy yet. I was able to talk to Kevin about the different cars that they had available there and how I would be able to afford a new car. He made the experience great and I am super thankful for all of his help.

What a wonderful place to get a car! Very friendly salesman Dave and finance department worked together, to get the best.deal for me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I love my little VW beetle

Use caution if dealing with online!!!Contacted them via Facebook marketplace post for a vehicle they had listed at one of their Rockford locations. Got an email from one sales person, a text from another. Didnt know which to deal with. Very confusing. Sales people dont seem to listen or communicate with each other very well... was even told that coming a different day (2 days later) to look at it would be better so she could "have it gassed up". Huh??? Ultimately told their price (which is quite high) wasnt flexible more than a "few hundred". Clearly not going to work. Ok. Verbalized my frustration with the lack of communication and thats that. Not impressed, but thats how it goes. Just glad i didnt drive the hour + to the dealership.I then get a response from a different person about a different car posted in Geneva, IL that i had also contacted (different pics, different price, same model and trim).I quickly discover... its the same car i had spent several hours back and forth on earlier in the day with other sales people/finance dept!!! Only this one was from what turns out to be their buy here/pay here department (also in Rockford so why it was listed as being in Geneva 40+miles away is beyond me)...This dealership posted the same car at completely different places at completely different prices (over 1000.00 difference), making it look like a different car and place of business. When I call the dealership back I was told it was a mistake on the salespersons part, they are allowed to post cars independent of the business, it will be corrected etc etc. The sales manager offerred to honor the lower price (the right thing to do of course). However, any trust i had in the dealership was gone by that point.I hope others have a more positive experience... maybe face to face there is better (I really hope so). However, in an increasingly online world, their non face to face communication is sorely lacking. The posts by different people/locations/prices/photos seems sneaky and fishy. To many other dealerships out there to go with one like this.The one positive i will note is the finance person i was talking with appeared to be honest and sincere, which I appreciated. Thank you for that at least.Good Luck!

I got a 2004 Chrysler Sebring Convertible from them on 9/7/17 but what should of been a 1 Hour deal turn into a 3 Hour deal I paid with a Bank Check. But the guy we had to talk to was in a 2 Hour meeting and we had to wait for 2 extra hours. So when they E-mailed me a few days later how stuff was going I said they should give us a free oil change for the inconvenience they caused us they said they will look into it it is now 9/20/17 they have not gotten back to me.

Stop by to get a look at a new car. Was not sure what I was really looking for. After talking with Kevin, he asked questions about my likes and needs and was able to give me some great options. He was very helpful and made the experience great.
