Decent price. Paid for parts. Had to wait 3 days for someone to pull the wrong parts. Was offered store credit instead of a refund, although it was their mistake. They do not honor the store credit unless you have the receipt - no matter how long ago it was. Their computer system shows the initial transaction. However, they do not keep records regarding if the store credit was ever used, how much was used, and who the parts were given to.

ordered over 2000 worth of parts and they shorted me a grill, then when i call them about it they give me a story of how the grill wasnt quoted, then they said oh we didnt have it, no resolution, super rude, do not reccomend

Over priced!!! Maybe he thought because I was a woman I would not have knowledge of a good price for a rear driver door. These guys tried to quote me triple!! Will not be spending my money here and O will tell my friends not to do so either.

I bought a transmission for my shop through these guys. Called about pricing one week and then called back a week later for pricing again. They originally quoted me $1300 for a trans with 80k miles. they sold that one and told me they had another with 126k miles on it for 1250. I was flabbergasted 40k+ mileage difference and your charging me $100 less. Especially when you can go get a remanufactured transmission with 0 miles from any reputable part store like advanced oriellys or autozone for 2k with 0 mileage. But im trying to do the job on a budget for my customer so I accepted the transmission. I asked the guy before I went to Rockford to pick it up if everything was good on it and working and he said yes its been verified to be 100% fine and working. Upon delivery of the part I find that the oil fill tube is completely damaged and broken off. I called him to see what he can do. The guy pretty much said there is nothing he can do he would send me the new tube but wanted me to pay $150 in shipping and then I was like rather than paying you for the shipping or having you send me a new part how about you just refund me some of the money for the transmission we bought and he said okay how about $50. $50 wouldnt cover the part nor the labor for my team to take that off and install a new one. He then proceeded to call me insane and I just told him Myself and any other midas will know not to do business with his company any more for the way he treats his customer. WORST experience I have ever received from a part distributor

ZERO STARS. I paid almost $200 for parts. They pulled parts from the right car but wrong year. No refund but store credit was offered. Every time I try use the "store credit", they keep saying they don't have parts for my car.

Poor customer serviceYou have to pay for part first. Then the part is way different that on the picture. And you can t return the part. So think twice before go there

Very helpful, great service, great price. I was unable to find what I needed at any other salvage yard that I called. I am 2 hrs away and they were very helpful in making sure I was able to get what I needed quickly and easily.

By far theeee WORST customer service I ve ever experienced in my life! They re completely rude, careless, and WAY OVER PRICED! Wouldn t recommend them to anyone! I would rather walk somewhere than have to deal with them to get any parts again!

I was trying to help my roommate get a new rim and tire for his car. We called and when asked...we got hung up on. So we called back and then they said we wouldn't be able to find one for his car in the whole state and to go to Wisconsin for it....I have never...NEVER been treated that poorly about car parts. EVER... who thinks that's a good way to do business? How can you not care so much that you drive your own business away just be ause you don't want to do something? I would give ZERO stars if possible...

Service is amazing and top notch. Prices are fair and reasonable. But it's the customer service that sets them apart. I've been known to drive several states to come here for parts I'm sure I could of found closer. But not near the same service and honesty.

Horrible place. I dealt with Mike and I was waiting for some parts and he kept saying we're swamped we'll get to ya. So I wait for about 2 months then he tells me sorry we smashed that vehicle a week and a half ago. Very bad service to do that when he knew I was waiting for parts from that particular car for 2 months. ZERO STARS!

This is the second time that I've bought a used part from B & H Auto Parts. Reasonable prices and great quality used parts with a 60 day guarantee. Friendly and professional service over the phone and in person at pick up window. Very coveniently later in Rockford, Illinois.I like them and recommend them.

I called a few days before heading over asking about a 14 Challenger Door. They said they did have it and I said I would call the next day again. I call the next day to find out they raised the price by 100 dollars! I didn't complain much. After all, they claimed the door was in excellent condition. I drove 2 hours and when I arrived they took me to the door. It looked like it was left outside for days. It was dirty, dusty, and rusted in some areas. Not only that, the mirror was missing, the glass was missing, and it had many many scratches on it. The person that took this door off also broke all the set clips from the door panel. They wanted to charge me 500 dollars for that! Wasting everyones time is ridiculous.

Please get a website to make it easier on everyone. I had a jack priced $15+tax. I asked "are you aware that's how much they cost new?" I asked if they'd lower the price. He said you can always buy a new one.

B and h is hassle free and always has what u need at affordable prices they are also very friendly and like family that's the only place in rockford that's always open and honest with customers

Rude employees asked for a car part they said it would be ready they would in 20 minutes 4 hours went by I called the part wasn t ready and the employee told me I misunderstood him and they will get the part when they are ready. I was lied to and my part I had ordered was sold to someone else. Never ever will I go there nor would I recommend!! Unprofessional and rude liars. If I could I would give 0 no stars.

They had the part I needed. I didnt have the information they needed but they came out to my car to check to see what I needed. Went and got the part and I was able to do everything through the window. And it was 30 dollars less than I expected to pay. Thanks B&H

Called to ask about purchasing an axle for a chevy truck. The guy on the phone was helpful, but when I asked about a few different axles and he hung up on me without answering. What a joke. I need to get an axle and they don't value my business. I thought it was your job to answer phone calls, and locate parts. Guess I was wrong.

I went to scrap an old catalytic converter off my 2004 Lexus. They told me 35.00... I asked for 40.00 he said no. He had to double his money at least or he did not want it...I said.
